If you bought and enjoyed the first Penny Arcade: On the Rain-slick Precipice of Darkness Episode 1 (what a name), Penny Arcade 2 will be worth every dollar or MS point you spend on the game. But if you did not buy the game, it is not worth starting with Episode 2 unless you have purchased and finished episode 1 and if the first game was not your cup of gaming tea, you should skip this one and play something else.

If you like the Command and Conquer series Red Alert 3 is a must buy. If you are new to real time strategy games this one might be a bit more daunting for some player then they may like, but the tutorial and the rest of the game make it a must buy as well.

If you like role playing games, buy it. If you like first person shooters, buy it. The game is just amazing in everyway and we could not have expected a better Fallout title. Bethesda has another huge galactic hit on its hands and now we need to see some downloadable content please.

Back in May, Sony delivered the best SingStar experience ever and sent a clear message to its competitors. But here, it regresses. Sure, it’s maybe good thing for those who haven’t bought the first game but I just don’t understand why, a person like me who downloaded some songs out of the SingStar Store, would buy this one with no noteworthy options like Trophies, Online Multiplayer or a track ripping system a la Rock Band 2 for those who don’t download premium tracks. Don’t get wrong though, this game remains a cool game, it’s just that I expected more.

FIFA 09 All Play is incredibly fun to play. Even though the Footii Play mode only added one more game-type, thankfully 8v8 is the best addition and should be a focus for future editions. This is a solid sports title for the Wii and should be played by all soccer fans.

If you have all the SingStar PS2 games at home and you’re a fan of the series then this game will maybe find it’s way into your game collection - but as always, don’t expect anything other than 30 new songs. Still, if they keep adding original, unique and shady music genres like this one, then maybe they should think to release a SingStar Hip-Hop once in for all.

If you are looking for a good fighting experience for your PSP, I would check out Tekken: Dark Resurrection. If you were one of those young men crowded around the NEO GEO machine 10 years ago, you will probably enjoy this title and relive some fond memories from the past.

If you played the first Scene It? game last year, you will find this sequel worth picking up simply because of the addition of the multiplayer mode over Xbox Live and the promise of new questions through downloadable content. But frankly, I was expecting more of it. Sure the improved visuals bring something interesting to the table but after seeing what Sony was able to pull off with Buzz! on the PS3, this Scene It sequel feels not as complete as it should.

There’s a ton to do in LittleBigPlanet, this is one of those games that is quite literally hard to describe because it’s hard to choose what to say first about it. Between the levels provided, the complete customization, and user created levels, this is one LittleBigPlanet that will capture the hearts of millions for a very long time.

The game’s difficulty, weak graphics, annoying voice-work and sound does very little to attract either Trading Card or Strategy fans. If you’re looking for a card-based game for your PSP, I would suggest going back and playing the Metal Gear Acid games. Your other option is to go to your local comic or card shop, buying a starter deck of Magic or World of Warcraft Cards and making some new friends; you’ll have a lot more fun than playing this.

This game is part FPS, adventure game and a virtual stock market game. I was impressed by how each aspect of the game works within the core game, and while the game could be a bit more solid in graphics, audio, basically making it more esthetically pleasing. Addictive, very fun and innovative are the best words to describe the game and the bottom line is this is a welcome addition to any gamer’s library so buy this game and enjoy it, I know I did.

While the story isn’t very strong, the experience is full and very rewarding; it’s easy to lose hours doing trivial things and finding tucked away secrets. There’s a lot of interesting concepts within Fable II that make this a truly unique gaming experience. Albion is such a beautiful world that there’s no doubt you will want to see everything and visit the world often.

If you’re new to the franchise, prepare yourself for one of the most satisfying and immersive first person shooter out on the market today. BioShock is a great game but what makes it incredible is its brilliant approach to making you emotionally invested in the game.

Considering just how different this game is from the other Spiderman games out there, it’s easily the most recommendable to anyone who didn’t enjoy the previous two outings. While it never reaches the level Activision reached with Spiderman 2, it’s still an enjoyable romp while it lasts. It’s refreshing to see a game come out that focuses on the dark side of being a superhero, and it’s definitely a trend I hope we can see more of in the future.

Making a sequel to an average can either stay average or improve. Thankfully, TouchMaster 2 improves on the little things without making huge waves.. If there’s a third game currently in the works, it can’t do anything else than improve.

Midway was clever to release this ‘clone’ now instead of waiting for the real Incredible Machine to show up. Either way, this game delivers and for 30$, the investment is worth every penny. So until the real game makes its appearance on the DS or elsewhere, Mechanic Master will keep you busy for a long time.

Great game and one of the best first person shooters of all time with only a few minor issues such as you will always be on the run and sometimes you must travel far distances for missions. But with plenty of weapons, vehicles, zebras, and for you pyromaniacs out there you can do some major damage with fire, there is a lot of fun to be had.

Star Ocean has always been a fantastic Science Fiction based action Role Playing Game series and this remake of the original game shows how amazing the series started out. For RPG fans this is a must buy, especially if you have never played a Star Ocean game or you are interested in the upcoming Xbox 360 exclusive Star Ocean prequel, Star Ocean: The Last Hope.

If the first game was a success on so many levels, the sequel brings the same success back but pushes it so high that at this point it will be hard for anyone to catch it up. I can’t finish my review without saying that if you never experienced Rock Band, you’re definitely missing something really special.

Age of Booty is an addicting RTS that while simple to grasp; it has enough to offer hardcore gamers. The single-player mode is hurt by uncooperative AI teammates but the online multiplayer more than makes up for this. Age of Booty is a winner for anyone who enjoys the RTS genre or always wanted to try it.

Confrontation is the best edition of SOCOM yet. With relatively smooth servers (patched and fixed after a rocky start) and great character customization, there’s a lot of fun to be had in the wide open and stunningly beautiful maps. Precision accuracy and coordinated teamwork are well represented here, making for one of the most fun tactical online shooters this side of Rainbow Six: Vegas.
