Just Dance Kids 2 is the perfect game to introduce the dancing genre to young children. It's a fun, innocent way for kids to get off the couch and get active.- GameFocus

While Afro Samurai won’t be the worst game you will play in 2009, the only thing I can say is that it could be so much better. The incredible presentation level, the nice graphics/animations and the compelling storyline are overshadowed by the poor camera angles, the repetitive and tiresome gameplay and the impossibility to change the X-axis controls.- GameFocus

Outrun Online Arcade doesn’t offer a whole lot of a different experience from recent Outrun games. The multiplayer is a bit of a mixed bag, but at 10 dollars (or 800 Microsoft Points) it’s a great arcade experience that can be a whole lot of fun.- GameFocus

X-Men Origins: Wolverine delivers exceptionally on a very simple concept: an M Rated slice and dice adventure starring Wolverine that follows the plot of the movie. It never claims to be anything deeper than that, and in a way, that’s why it succeeds.- GameFocus

There’s a little something for everyone in Easy Golf. Casual players both young and old will find the game to be graphically appealing and easy to pick up and enjoy, but there’s an audience here for hardcore gamers as well. The player created courses can bring a challenge to this game. While a little pricier than other XNA titles, be assured this is a game that is overflowing with features and content that goes beyond what many Xbox Live Arcade titles offer at the same price, giving players a full Arcade-style golf title for their money.- GameFocus

Dementium II does a beautiful job improving on it's predecessor. It maintains the creepy atmosphere, the level of maturity, and the originality of the first game. However, the title is still plagued by a vague plot and annoying enemies.- GameFocus

Although the game carries the name SHIFT, don’t expect a faithful simulation replica of the console version. While it’s not your perfect racer, it packs enough punch to entertain you at a reasonable price. Now, if you have played Gran Turismo, you might see it as a huge backward step but let’s be reasonable here…EA Bright Light didn’t took five years to develop this one.- GameFocus

If you played the classic versions like I did, chances are you will be disappointed with all the things that Robomodo left out. There was so much potential but not enough was delivered to live up to it. All in all, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD is still fun, but not worth its $15 price tag.- GameFocus

Goofy, fun and sometimes ridiculous, Just Dance is a great little game that stops short of being fantastic because of a lack of gameplay options and janky motion-sensing. It’s just not precise enough to appeal to a really competitive gamer, but then again, that’s not audience they’re going for.- GameFocus

As much as this review may come across as "negative", Dungeon Siege III is a fun and easy to pick up game and certainly the best technical effort from Obsidian Entertainment in recent memory. If there were more complaints than praise it's because I really wanted this new entry in the DS franchise to be the best Action-RPG cooperative offering it could have been.- GameFocus

Despite the few complaints I have about Wolfenstein, particularly the dated graphics and terrible A.I., when it comes right down to core gameplay it is a fun, solid and satisfying FPS that will appeal to those looking for a straight up shooter with few bells and whistles.- GameFocus

Yes, it doesn’t have the depth of Pokemon snap, but it has charm, and it is a lot of fun to boot. Lots of secret areas, special pictures lots of things to see make this game great.- GameFocus

You don’t have to be a Spidey fan to enjoy this one. Good fighting, fluid web swinging and exciting boss battles make this game enjoyable. I won’t say it’s a must buy, but it’s definitely a must try.- GameFocus

Problems with the plot, damage balancing, and the awkward grappling hook are faults that I can’t ignore though. However, Lost Planet 2’s does campaign offer some unforgettable moments and great teamwork opportunities, provided good group of gamers to play with.- GameFocus

If you loved the first Mario and Sonic outing, the Winter Olympics is most definitely a welcome addition to the series. The controls feel less contrived than the previous game, and the addition of Balance Board support makes a huge difference. Perhaps not a gold medal finish, but it’s definitely reached the podium this time around.- GameFocus

The exclusion of a few modes is a glaring issue, but one that can be excused considering this is a launch title. Thankfully, the action on the pitch is still up to par and there is enough content to keep soccer fans happy in the meantime.- GameFocus

If you have enjoyed online games like Phantasy Star Online and are craving something a little more in-depth, Monster Hunter Tri should be right up your alley. Be careful, though. Get in too deep and you may never come out.- GameFocus

Fuel might not appeal to everyone because it fails to live up to the hype about the land mass size and open world racing, but if you are a patient gamer who is willing to just race and play the game for what it is you will find plenty of racing game to enjoy.- GameFocus

If Yukes can find a balance between past successes and the features that work here, they could easily offer a game that’s worthy of the championship, instead of just champion by default. As it stands right now, they’ve got some great features, but not enough hooks to keep all but the hardcore coming back for more.- GameFocus

In the end, Homefront is a solid experience even if it doesn't quite deliver what it promised. As a FPS, it's competent. As a story device, it does tells a tale, just not quite the way it was billed out. The issues Homefront has are not terrible individually, though some may think twice once they are all lined up side by side.- GameFocus

If you're looking for a fun and interesting puzzle-based platform game for your 360, Ancient of Ooga is a worthy option. The combat and sometimes unnecessary tutorials might bring it down a notch but thankfully, its concept and quick-play feel more than makes up for those short-comings. Again, if you are in need of some enjoyment after a long day in the sun, you can't go wrong with this one.- GameFocus

Despite the absence of the bongos, this Wii version of Donkey Kong Jungle Beat is fun, charming and will sure give you the most interesting bang for your buck on a Wii game. Instead of buying crappy third party compilation games, add this one to your Wii collection…yes even if you’re still playing with the GameCube version.- GameFocus

Provided you fall into the target demographic, there's a lot to love about Kinect Rush. No matter if you are slapping on your superhero tights in The Incredibles, or racing a co-op buddy with Mater and crew in Cars, you can be sure to have some fun, and get one heck of a workout in the process.- GameFocus

For the first Wii-specific racer by EA, Need for Speed Nitro is a step in the right direction. The only major factors that hold it back from absolute greatness are the repetitive career mode and lack of online play.- GameFocus

Fans of platformers looking for a new twist will love this game. The 15 levels will keep you busy for roughly 3-4 hours, which isn't bad for a downloadable title, even at 1000 Wii Points, although I would have preferred it to be a bit longer.- GameFocus
