Torchlight is a good portage of a still good game, and it's great to play it everywhere on your Switch. But unfortunately, it lacks a local multiplayer mode on one console.- Gameblog.fr

With Murder by Numbers, Mediatonic has managed to mix various elements from visual novel games with nonograms. The gameplay lacks of variety but the overall setting is sufficiently engaging, thanks to its characters, to make sure the player will stay until the very end.- Gameblog.fr

Whether the face revealed by a zombified Mini Mario is fresh or not, the mechanics of Tipping Stars are mostly old, but they still shine through this brilliant lesson of level design. Then aspiring - and inspired - puzzle builders can give their own interpretation to the community, stimulated by an even more gratifying workshop. Surely a t(r)ip towards the seventh heaven for all brain teasing games' lovers.- Gameblog.fr

Mars War Logs isn't free of shortcomings, and not all of them can be explained by the low budget of the studio. Some are design mistakes, or skewed ideas. But its basics are pretty solid, and this RPG, as well as its universe, are ambitious and realistic. Its shortcomings should really be overlooked, for a sequel with more means would probably be even more enjoyable.- Gameblog.fr

4 interesting multiplayer maps, specific modes using a new tool - the Exo-Grapple - and an attractive Exo Zombie mission... Ascendance is everything Havoc should have been: brilliant additional content.- Gameblog.fr

It is safe to say that Broken Sword 5 on the Switch is the ultimate version of Charles Cecil's Adventure game. Being able to switch (no pun intended) between handheld and console mode is a great feature for a game such as this one. And the addition of brand new bonus videos is a nice touch for fans of the franchise.- Gameblog.fr

We. The Revolution propose a very good concept with a very immersive atmosphere. The choice of the french Revolution is brilliant, unfortunately some mechanics like tactical phases don't feel relevant at all.- Gameblog.fr

LocoRoco Remastered reminds us how unique and fun the game was back in 2006. Its trigger-based gameplay gives a new taste to the platformer genre, and the level design never ceases to renew itself. Unfortunately, this reissue do not offers any new content when there was so many things to think of.- Gameblog.fr

Greedfall is not an RPG that is intended to play the leading roles of the genre. Limited as well by its technique, its fights and its relatively remote progression, although intriguing and therefore fascinating, the title still has a beautiful soul, shaped by its universe, its artistic direction, its writing, its themes, its music . So many attractive arguments that counterbalance its weaknesses, making Greedfall a game that can not be recommended to the greatest number but deserves attention to at least judge the effect of its charms.- Gameblog.fr

Final Fantasy VII on Switch could easily have been one of the console's must-haves: its undeniable charm still works more than 20 years after its original release, but this stingy port still contains the horrible French localization from 1997, as well as the old PS4 bug which constantly reset the beautiful sounds of Nobuo Uematsu.- Gameblog.fr

Another World is a masterpiece for old gamers, and this HD version keeps all the charm even today for newcomers, even if the die and retry gameplay can be frustrating in 2014. Try it, even if the price is a bit high.- Gameblog.fr

Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire push to new heights the weakest duo in the series. Two excellent remakes that still doesn't surprise and innovate as much as Pokémon X and Y did last year.- Gameblog.fr

Olija is truly a great experience, a delicious and clever Pixel Art Swashbuckler video game that offers a great setting, gorgeous visuals, a world and a story to love fondly. But sadly, it is really too easy and too short.- Gameblog.fr

Styx Shards of Darkness is a good evolution of Styx's Universe, and it offers a lot of improvements. Better graphics, better gameplay mechanics... and always this sneaky and funny goblin! A good stealth experience, that still suffers some technical and AI issues.- Gameblog.fr

Picross S4 is one of the best things to happen during the lockdown. With 482 (485 if you have saves from the previous iterations) puzzles, there's plenty to eat and a lot of adorable Pixel Art to discover, especially with those HUGE Extra puzzles. It still feels like Jupiter could be more generous with non classic Picross grids and that some changes could be made, in particular concerning touchsceen controls and multiplayer. But, it's fine.- Gameblog.fr

First thought as rogue-like, Genesis: Alpha One brings a lot of interesting management elements. Thus mixing design, action / FPS and strategy in the way to reach its goal (to find a new planet and to colonize it), it proposes a large number of different directions and a beautiful variety of situations. Beginners in rogue-likes may be a little bit lost because of the not-so-clear indications on how to proceed, but if they manage to go beyond frustration and a technical level below average, Genesis : Alpha One might deliver some good experiences.- Gameblog.fr

Although not lacking in some weaknesses, principally due to sluggish editing and acting, Checkmate is a decent conclusion to the journey of Louis de Richet on the ominous island of Lord Mortimer. More fast-paced than the previous episodes, these last chapters are also more fascinating since the demonic realm is involved.- Gameblog.fr
