Chivalry: Medieval Warfare is an interesting first person melee combat simulation, quite similar to the Mount & Blade series. The game made by Torn Banner Studios is funny and beautiful but doesn't have its own identity.- Everyeye.it

Wastelanders represents a small revolution for the general enjoyment of Fallout 76, a return to the classic canons of the saga that opens up new and interesting perspectives on the future of the title. A year and a half after the game's release, Bethesda has finally followed up on the audience's demands by implementing a long series of substantial changes that significantly alter the game's narrative balance.- Everyeye.it

Arrived like a bolt from the blue, Valiant Hearts: Coming Home can only embellish the Netflix Games portfolio, even if we would have expected something more from the sequel to a rare pearl like The Great War. It's not about creative gaps, because what Old Skull Games did with the supervision of Ubisoft is in all respects a deferential recovery of that stylistic figure, updated and integrated also with the deepening of new themes. It is the excessive debasement of the playful component that sometimes makes it difficult to fully immerse yourself in an otherwise visceral and well-constructed story. In short, this "homecoming" is bittersweet just like the story - or rather, the stories - it wants to tell us: pungent and imperfect.- Everyeye.it

The greatest omission is in fact to be found in the absence of naval battles, which have been replaced by clashes on the islands: a solution that, in any case, does not satisfy.- Everyeye.it

Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D is not the game's best version: it retains some flaws from the original game and adds new conversion-issues. Still, it's a good example of the series' classic gameplay.- Everyeye.it

The Virtuous Cycle is a brilliant gimmick that gives Mortal Shell new life, and not just because of a brand new shell and weapon to show off in both the base game and the new mode: the DLC devised by Cold Symmetry transforms it in the mix of Hades and Dark Souls that no one thought they wanted, but from which it is now almost impossible to break away.- Everyeye.it

Who would have thought that the world of League of Legends was suitable for a "cozy game"? Yet Bandle Tale a League of Legends Story works really well, at least for video game lovers who don't engage their minds too much. Its calming and relaxing power is undeniable, and lies in the combination of pastel graphics and light texture, perhaps too much so in reality. However, the gameplay loop based on improving one's resource gathering, crafting and decoration skills is solid and varied, with objects, tools and accessories to unlock and build. Everything is embellished with an essential artistic direction, which seems "tailor-made" on the chill genre. In short, when an online session of LoL has got you a little too pumped up, a spin on Bandle Tale is ideal to calm down a bit.- Everyeye.it

Pokémon Legends Z-A, in keeping with the series' tradition, is a controversial creation. Game Freak manages, as always, to create a fun and enjoyable adventure, with gameplay that is well-integrated across its various components, but it fails to shake off some now endemic critical issues. The gameplay formula is experimental enough, demonstrating the team's willingness to try different solutions, but it is set in a somewhat flat and personality-less setting. Fortunately, Lumiose City makes up for it with a wide range of activities, both primary and secondary, and delivers what I can wholeheartedly call a good Pokémon experience. Despite its flaws, it brings a slight breath of fresh air and stands as an interesting evolution of Arceus. After years of stagnation, despite some timid steps forward on the gameplay front, we can say that Pokémon Legends confirms its most interesting approach in the series, at least in the Switch era.- Everyeye.it

Of course, the sound accompaniment is not up to the other elements, but thanks to a collective of memorable characters, to original and functional mechanics for the genre, to an excellent bouquet of missions to follow and to a main story that loses hits only on the final, the boys of Draw Distance have sketched a remarkable work, with which it will be pleasant to get lost in the night of New York.- Everyeye.it

Dragon Age: The Veilguard arrives at its launch with a proposal that unfortunately shows signs of a development that is, to say the least, troubled, which over the years has seen the project repeatedly change shape and prerogatives. Although Bioware's work has all the pieces of a great role-playing epic, these compose a ludonarrative mosaic that is at times disorganized, to the point of undermining the power of the story and the solidity of the gameplay. When the game shifts into gear, and it does, it is easy to recognize in The Veilguard the best traits of the Dragon Age saga, but it is still difficult to overlook all those asides that, on the other hand, consistently dilute the overall effectiveness of the offering. Even on the gameplay side, we have detected some significant dissonance, although the action "turn" orchestrated by Bioware proves to be functional overall. This play of light and shadow extends to every aspect of the experience, although it is ultimately the positive elements of the whole that triumph. In essence, The Veilguard is certainly not the best chapter in the Bioware saga, but this does not mean it deserves to be labeled as a role-playing game of little value. It is a work that knows how to be satisfying, however we are convinced that, with a more coherent overall vision, it could have given much more.- Everyeye.it

Although it has an improved graphical system (16:9 and 480p scan are available), and a control scheme perfectly functional, Pikmin is the same game of six years ago. Those who own a copy of the original version can leave New Play Control on the shop shelves. But those who have never experienced the adventures of Olimar, should take the opportunity to discover one of the most creative game in the past generation. Deep, immediate, poetical: Pikmin is a great classic of videogame industry.- Everyeye.it

Ultimately, our encounter with Rematch gave us generally positive feelings. Sloclap has reinterpreted the rules of the game of soccer, declining them in a game context dedicated to pure fun, free from all the complications that have occurred in the greatest exponents of the genre in recent years. If you are passionate about the 'most beautiful game in the world' or are looking for a sports title to try your hand at, perhaps in the company of a close-knit group of friends, you should give it a chance: despite a certain lack of content and a few too many uncertainties in the management of physics, it is one of the most genuinely fun multiplayer titles that we have tried in recent times. Will it be able to make its way among the big names in the industry and stand as the 'next big thing' in a competitive landscape such as that of multiplayer titles? Posterity will decide.- Everyeye.it
