Hero Academy is a curios experiment, giving us the chance to play a long on-line session but in our spare times. It's done by letting the users send their moves to each other and then waiting for a new one.

It's really accessible, and that's a good thing, but for strategy veterans it won't go deep enough on the strategic and management aspects.

This low-budget title has been able to conquer our sympathies with a staggering and unexpected level of environmental interaction, which during the campaign has therefore encouraged us to examine carefully every single element crossed along the path towards the final battle.

Team Ninja's proposal once again reaffirms the conservative approach of the studio, between the meshes of a narrative arc that runs out all too quickly.

Playing the NeocoreGames title, we had mixed feelings. If from a tactical and managerial point of view the product can offer a demanding challenge even for the most demanding players, some choices in the game mechanics appear not entirely in focus. The technical care for every aspect is evident from the very first minutes and the ambitions of the development team in wanting to create an epic story of battles and magic make King Arthur: Knight's Tale a work of great aspirations. We cannot help but notice how these go in more than one circumstance to shatter against a lack of variety in some respects. In any case, the possibility of developing a plot full of characters and events in several ways gives the title a fair amount of replayability and content, which will satisfy fans of the genre.

Tough but rewarding, the action in Hard West 2 benefits from the great role played by the element of luck and is supported by a strong pool of characters, with unique traits and abilities. Between its peculiar gameplay mechanics and its dark-hued West, the Ice Cold Games kids' game has hit the mark and we recommend it to all lovers of real-time strategy and to those looking for a challenge worthy of the name.

On the narrative front, there are some valuable creative flashes, perfectly consistent with the tones of a western story that moves within a stylistically excellent setting, but we cannot help but perceive the DLC as a wasted opportunity.

This new incarnation of The Sims has a simplier gameplay but a more interesting setting and tasks to achieve. A good diversion overall.

TERA is faithful to the Korean tradition. However, while devoted to grinding, TERA introduces interesting new features such as the political system. The lack of appropriate endgame content, and the mismanagement by Frogster and Blue Hole are emptying the servers.

Fat Shark delivered an istant classic. One of the most intriguing action/puzzle of this generation, and a brilliant demostration of how an indie game can beat many of the "triple A" productions.

It's a weird mix between the depressing atmosphere, the very well calibrated gameplay and the side scrolling. It will please very specific tastes, but it's definitely worth a try.

Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013 is a good digital version of the popular trading card game Magic: the Gathering. The poor deck personalization doesn't spoil a game rich of magic, fun and fearsome monsters of legend.

The great quality of the narrative, as well as the artistic and gaming sectors of Gold Road demonstrate that the development team really cares a lot about the MMO and Tamriel itself. West Wald is a beautiful, varied location full of quests, loot and secrets suitable, as always, for everyone: from level 1 up to the maximum allowed in TESO. However, even if this update had only contained the Scribing mechanic it would still have been worth grabbing, as it is so important and fun to use it in both PVE and PVP dynamics. What else can we say? It's truly a perfect time to start an adventure in Tamriel, or to return to visit after being away for a while: the past is the past, the present is "golden", and the future is exciting.

A perfect remake: shiny graphics and some new contents that increase replay value. Still, is a game from 1997, some puzzles are too "childish" and the main adventure don't last more than 5 hours.

Imperfect but fascinating in terms of style and themes, the INTERIOR / NIGHT adventure wants to tell a lot, and it succeeds in a somewhat discontinuous way. The multiplayer experience is also a valid addition, on a par with what has been seen with the recent Supermassive-branded productions. The plurality of points of view, the never too obvious moral paths and the courage to change the register several times, combined with a graphic novel take, are the cornerstones of a convincing work, yet not fully amalgamated in all its parts. However, this is only the beginning for the team led by Caroline Marchal, and we are sure that the next choices that the collective will make will be more focused than those experienced in As Dusk Falls, whose story may still have something to tell us.

Even with a few too many technical defects, Sniper Elite 5 continues to be an enjoyable and fun game, just like the chapters that preceded it. Thanks to spectacular X-Ray kills, maps designed to be played multiple times, immediate gameplay and many different modes such as co-op and invasions, the Rebellion title can keep the player busy well over the ten hours required for the solo. completion of the campaign. Furthermore, we cannot ignore the addition of Sniper Elite 5 on Xbox and PC Game Pass at launch, a factor that will help to populate the servers and, due to cross-play, will allow you to find new companions or opponents to challenge without particular problems.
