The stages are generous in size and some of them are true level design gems, accompanied by a decidedly inspired soundtrack.

Rage of the Gladiator is not a simple cut & paste from the great Punch Out: it adds some exciting elements to the rhythm-based gameplay and a more complex control scheme.

The 2021 edition of MotoGP has arrived, and we can only be happy with it. As per tradition, the one dedicated to the most famous two-wheeled world championship in the world has also proved to be one of Milestone's most solid annual releases. Strengthened by a substantial injection of content and a better organized career mode and finally worthy of being compared with that of the alter ego on four wheels by Codemasters, we are sure that MotoGP 21 will be able to give you dozens of hours of fun with braking , folds and millimeter overtaking. Since the main mode is particularly full-bodied and consists of a cumbersome managerial component, however, it may not fully satisfy the taste of the most hasty and eager players to launch on the track without too many frills. If you are one of these, however, do not worry, as always you can create a custom championship, try your hand at a quick race weekend or look for some challengers online.

It's an original experience, one where the quality of the screenplay plays an important role, and the unique atmosphere does the other half of the job. Consider it if you like the genre.

The reissue of the collection that delighted all Sonic nostalgics last year fleshes out its offer with a handful of titles with fluctuating quality: devoid of those small modernization processes that had characterized the first chapters of the series in the last edition , Sonic Origins Plus games originally released on the Game Gear are more distinguished by their historical value. The addition of Amy as a playable character is an important step for the entire saga, but her moveset does not revolutionize the approach to those levels that we have now learned by heart. Basically, if you missed the 2022 appointment, you absolutely must make this expanded edition yours. Die-hard fans of the pet with base experience might think seriously about upgrading, everyone else should think twice.

Whoever wanted a revolution, not just in the plot but in gameplay terms, will be disappointed. Trying to make combat and parkour more complex and compelling, Ubisoft Montreal overlooked some complications, and that's a shame, since it will show in every aspect of the gameplay. On the other hand, the digital version of the revolutionary Paris is stunning, and there's a lot to play, so fans of the brand will have their fair share of entertainment.

Planet Coaster is a hymn to creativity. It is a simulative drug, with the flavor of the old Roller Coaster Tycoon and the beauty of a modern game engine. It's intuitive, satisfying, and allows the player to make very distinctive and unique parks.

Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves does not bow to modernity, building a combat system strongly anchored to tradition that will delight all fans of the arcade era. The very pleasant feeling of being in front of a revised version of the fighting games "of the good old days" is only partially ruined by the unwelcome guest characters and rather poor single player modes. With multi-year support already made official and a first season pass completely free, we hope that the title will be able to carve out a niche for itself within the hyper-competitive market of two-dimensional fighting games. Good luck SNK!

To make up for the lack of a prestigious UEFA license, as well as the presence of some exclusive partnerships, the development team decided to focus entirely on the evolution of the gameplay's strong points: pad in hand, PES 2019 gives a feeling of great realism, which is expressed both in animations and in the management of the ball derived from the First Touch Impact system and the miracles performed by the combination of the Fox Engine and Enlighten.

The steps forward made by Forza Motorsport in terms of the driving system and simulation care are evident, including the important work done to further improve the drivers' AI, which as far as we are concerned reaches peaks of excellence, like the visual presentation . Despite the renewed car upgrade system, the career mode proved to be more tied to the past than we hoped and at times seemed lacking in bite, but this shouldn't be misleading: we are faced with a solid, satisfying and fun, which certainly won't disappoint fans of racing games.

Knights in the Nightmare can’t be judged by numbers. It breaks the barriers between two different genres, melting elements and creating something really different. Sometimes it loses himself in the hugeness of the magnificent gameplay, but it’s a little sin, and the supporting elements, from the plot to the fantastic artistic direction, confirm the quality of the production. Hail to Sting, for the courage needed to innovate, and to Atlus, for taking the responsibility to believe in their vision.
