The Galadriel Blade is too lazy to represent a virtuous extension of Shadow of War.

Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 was destined to die, yet here it is, risen from the grave like the protagonists whose exploits it chronicles. The Chinese Room weaves what is, to date, its most complex plot, narrated through the voices of memorable characters but, above all, a captivating world from which I never wanted to part. Not everything works perfectly: the developer's inexperience with certain aspects of the gameplay is evident. The most significant burden is the legacy of a structure that doesn't mesh well with the overall game's economy, making one feel the full weight of an open map inserted more for practical reasons than for true coherence. Despite its various imperfections, Bloodlines 2 remains a solid game, capable of insatiably entertaining for over thirty hours. But above all, it's an excellent first effort for the developer, demonstrating its ability to break away from its past to embrace a more ambitious, complex, and courageous experience. If this is the starting point, I can't wait to see what awaits us at the finish line.

Crazy premises and a great atmosphere will keep you involved for a while, but it really lacks in terms of gameplay depths and rhythm. You are being hunted, and the main solution to that is crouching. Not very gentleman-like.

What is clear after several hours spent with the game from EKO Software is that it is an incomplete project, poorly balanced, empty and not so varied. The shell of an action RPG that certainly didn't promise sparks, but had at least a few little tricks up its sleeve.

Thinking positive The King Of Fighters XII is the first, timid, step of SNK in the next generation and ony a launch platform for a better future. Despite that the game offers really poor game modes, bugged online playing and the worst graphic design of this generation.

Compared to Nitendogs, here you'll find a specific purpose for your pets, in finding an ancient treasure. Interactions with the puppies are not varied as they are in Nintendo's rival, but the game still has a fun part to it.

Planet Alpha is a colorful and overwhelming adventure. A daring platformer with ever-changing situations and dynamic, truly-inspired puzzles. If you manage to go beyond the reactivity of the not-really-exciting commands, you will have in your hands an excellent title, able to keep you glued to the screen up to the end credits.

Gothic IV is not a a great RPG. Gameplay is too simple (too similar to an Hack'n'Slash), story is uninspired and characters are dull. Linear and straightforward, it offers at least some kind of visual magic.

A valid and funny gameplay, which reads in a modern way the old-style beat 'em up. However, some superficiality under development weigh heavily the playing experience.

OmegaBot is a very basic action platform, certainly enjoyable, even in its brevity but without real distinctive elements. The mechanics linked to the shooting are not enough to characterize it, nor does a certainly appreciable level design enhance it enough, but which suffers from two important problems: the excessive simplicity in the first hour of play, the lack of gimmicks capable of varying the action in the subsequent.
