It's an interesting space themed vertical scroller. Don't expect anything too complicated though, it's just easy going entertainment, but still very well executed.

An interesting "reverse tower defense", with an original and humorous setting. Too bad for the oppressive grinding.

War of the Roses, thanks to its genuine feeling and its peculiar gameplay mechanics, is one of the best combat simulations on PC.

Mixing lovely 8-bit graphics, puzzle solving and managing aspects, The Escapists offers an original experience. Escaping can be fun, but it will also require patience and a lot of trial and error, especially when it come to the most complex prisons. It lacks any form of cooperation with the AI controlled inmates, and that's a shame.

The DioField Chronicle basically has good potential, not always exploited properly. With this atypical experiment, the suspicion is that the developer Lancarse has aimed mostly at the casual audience or at least the neophytes of the genre, who through The DioField Chronicle could in fact approach for the first time the evergreen world of strategists and remain trapped in it. All the others will still be able to let themselves be carried away by an intriguing narrative system and an incredibly rich mythology. With the right precautions to the playful formula, The DioField Chronicle could become the starting point on which to build a valid and innovative series.

We therefore cannot help but welcome The Wonderful 101 Remastered with open arms, a must for anyone who has admired the Platinum Games creations or the videogame action tout court, had not yet had the opportunity to join the crazy race of Hideki Kamiya and his large task force of polychrome heroes.

The "claymation" is stunning, and gameplay wise it might not be as brilliant, but it can still deliver some hours of good fun.

PowerWash Simulator turned out to be a relaxing and engaging experience that gives its best in short and immediate missions, thanks also to a series of gadgets that further enrich the gameplay of the game. Everything becomes complicated when the cleaning activity involves levels of considerable extension, monotonous in the long run and marked by some design problems that break the Zen formula much sought after by this simulation.

The sequel to Ancient Trader is a funny pastime thanks to the speed of gameplay and a disengaged approach, suitable, as a Board-Game, to animate evenings with friends.

It's a step further from its predecessor, as it adds a bit of replay value to the formula. On the other hand, the main gameplay issues are still there.

A little slow in the beginning and a little repetitive in the long run, overall Grow: Song of the Evertree still offers a pleasant and relaxing experience, with its simple but effective playful loop, its ability to motivate the player without pressure or forcing and that sense of freedom and progression that it transmits in a concretely satisfying way. It has obvious technical limitations and a localization to review, but it makes up for it big with the gameplay and raw but fine art style. In short, the perfect game to be played without commitment, perhaps as a pastime between one AAA and another, or as a decompression tool after a hard day at work.

Hot wheels Unleashed is, in some respects, a brilliant arcade driving video game. Simple, immediate, fun and just enough adrenaline, supported by an excellent technical department and which offers one of the best circuit editors that have been seen in recent years. However, it is not explained how such a well-made title can be inserted in such a cumbersome and counterintuitive menu system, in addition to the fact that in the face of an excellent interpretation of the Hot Wheels brand on an aesthetic level, it contradicts itself so evidently with the its management of the lootboxes, the underlying mechanics of the title that has influenced its internal balance in a way that is at least questionable.

A mix between a card game and an hack'n'slash, it's filled with interesting content, although the mechanics are sometimes over-complicated.

The potential is really good, but not really capitalized on. It's nonetheless an evolving platform, and future updates could work around the bugs and crashes, making it really interesting for all Magic fans out there.

As is Good Job! it remains an interesting and well packaged product, but ultimately also a little "light". In short, net of a not very popular price, a side dish not bad to alternate perhaps with much more structured and demanding experiences.

Super Mario Maker 3DS is not a hurried porting. The efforts made to ensure the title could have a place in the 3DS line-up are tangible. The single player mode, for instance, is finally interesting and funny. The lack of online, on the other way, deprive the project of a substantial dose of appeal.

The positive and negative sides of the curious Piku Odyssey end up being absurd: the first work of the collective Sectordub entertains and distracts, without leaving a mark beyond the carefree and cheerful tones.

Sniper Elite: Resistance doesn't add or take away from the series' typical formula. The spectacular, varied and bloody kill cams remain spectacular and the level design of different levels allows for different approaches to completing missions. At the same time, the series is starting to feel the need for a refresh on several fronts, which we hope will arrive together with a new numbered iteration.
