The peculiar concept of Minit is refreshing for the first few runs, but the novelty wears off pretty quickly and we’re left with a super simplistic gameplay and a sometimes tedious experience. It’s a nice little experiment, but hardly one that’s worth its price tag.

Planet Alpha is a visually astounding platform and an enjoyable adventure in a wonderful alien world. Nevertheless it's a real shame that the experience is partially ruined by a series of clunky stealth section.

The new game about Naruto is something completely different from the Ultimate Ninja’s series. The mix of traditional combat and MOBA mechanics is interesting, but technical problems can’t give the right start to this spinoff.

Valkyria Chronicles 4 proposes again the lucky formula of the saga. Few new features, but very good, for a game ideal for both experts and newbies.

Despite being the best episode of the new trilogy, Shadow of the Tomb Raider fails to deliver deep character development and compelling narrative. But it's an excellent piece of work with an outstanding graphic detail, beautifully directed sequences and unexpected flashbacks.

Apart from a few smudges, everything works well. Spider-Man is more in shape than ever: he jumps, fights and lives an exciting story inside a world that is beautiful to see and perfectly directed. But it's a game that promised more than it could keep; betrayed, perhaps, by its great ambitions. And it's a pity that its strength, the magnificent New York reproduced in all its details, turns out to be at the same time the heaviest of its flaws. A crime, that Spider-man’s freedom is at the same time his punishment, because of the schematic and repetitive side quests.

A docu-game where the line between right and wrong is never clear nor defined. 1979 Revolution: Black Friday tells a brief but though story with great emphasis on players choices and moral ambiguity. Outdated graphics limit the game potential, but its story and its characters hit the target.

Detached is a game far from perfection. But thanks to the soundtrack and its atmosphere, it will fascinate lovers of science fiction.

State of Mind is a good narrative game that brings you in a very well created futuristic world. A Sci-fi thriller that doesn't need a challenging gameplay to be appreciated and keeps you in suspense until the final credits.

Epic Loon includes an amazing OST by Pryapisme and a funny multiplayer experience like few titles out there. Its movies references are the biggest disappointment, often left behind during the various acts, and its humor isn’t always on point, but Macrales Studio’s love for old style games shines through all the adventure.

It’s difficult to not recommend Flipping Death, a true lifesaver in this hot August. With a simple but not trivial gameplay, Zoink’s new game gives the best chance to play the role of a less terrible Death, committed to helping the crazy characters of an insane world and to solve one hell of a mystery.
