FlatOut rises from its ashes with a little-more-than-average new chapter full of craziness, hi-octane speed and some annoying flaws.

Considering the initial expectations, Final Fantasy XIII is definitely a disappointment. Although the adventure looks absolutely stunning (especially on PS3), the gameplay lacks in terms of depth in a way that no one could have expected, and if we add to the equation the extreme linearity of most of the adventure, the whole experience is far from perfect. Anyway, we can't blame Square Enix too much: this is where mass market is leading us.

Although there are some improvements, PES 2012 doesn't innovate as much as fans were expecting, proving that Konami doesn't currently have what it takes to win the match with EA Sports. The game, anyway, is fun to play and represents a good alternative to FIFA 12.

Lumberjack's Dynasty is a mix between a life simulator and a management game, surrounded by a pleasant story of a budding woodcutter. Surely we cannot call it a latest generation game but it perfectly respects the value for money.

A fun and improved game compared to the first chapter, but something is still lacking in terms of content quality.

The Tiny Bang Story has two different souls: one, less convincing, built on the classic "find the object" gameplay; the other one lives on its magic atmosphere and makes the game great to be played.

Q.U.B.E. 2 is a pretty solid puzzle game with a better graphics than the previous chapter. The story is not very original and there are no complimentary characters, probably due to the limited budget. Even given this, if you like this kind of game you should keep an eye on it.

Joe Danger Infinity is a funny game, but is also too similar to the previous Joe Danger game on iOS. The new levels and the various vehicles are not enough to stop us from calling it the classic “more of the same”. Anyway, it’s a very nice “same”.

Beyond some unconvincing visuals and some technical flaws, Aliens Vs Predator proves to be a well crafted FPS, fully able to recreate the engaging and terrifying atmosphere of its cinematic counterparts. Rebellion has definitely managed to capitalize on Aliens Vs Predator's source materials.

Dead Island is not your typical zombie game and certainly it's not flawless, but if you take your time in Banoi Island, you'll have a good, gory, tropical-flesh salad.

Seasons After Fall is a beautiful adventure, a bit lacking in the playful side. The art design is great, the soundtrack amazing and delicate. The puzzles are too simple and the level design is not surprising. A game that is nice to see, a little less to play.

This RTS game is very challenging to master and will need a lot of time for you to be crafty with the different skills, manoeuvres and tactics. Not a game for everyone though. A must try for all Warhammer 40k fans.

Total Tank Simulator is a super interesting mix between strategy and action in a WWII sandbox low-poly game. Negating the player any strategic RTS-like command is probably an error that we hope will be soon rectified by the dev team.

Gatling Gears is a nice shooter with awesome graphics and an incredible mecha design. The main problem, here, is the lack of a real challenge due to the godly easy difficulty level. If you're looking for a nice shoot 'em up for casual gamers, this is your game.

To consider The 3rd Birthday as a real sequel of Parasite Eve is a bad mistake: it is just a pretty good TPS spin-off that has its ups and downs... Now, dear Square Enix, we want a real third chapter of this glorious series!

Sadly, Close Quarters is a perfect example of a "Call of Duty wannabe". This is a carbon copy of the popular FPS, disguised as a simple DLC. Even the game modes are the same. The lack of original ideas is sad, but it isn't enough to crush a good experience. The maps are interesting and if you're looking for something different from the original (and awesome) Battlefield gameplay, you could give it a try.
