Platformines is a brief, fun and fast paced experience, created with a nice pixelated style and enriched by a great soundtrack. Well, maybe too brief, given that the first run is over in less then 4 hours, and after that the only thing to do is another playthough with increased difficulty.

Killing Floor Incursion is an imperfect but enjoyable FPS, enhanced by an original and interesting control system.

Despite the fact that Rift is a well crafted game, with some fresh ideas and a nice class system, its desire to confront World of Warcraft ("We're not in Azeroth anymore") forces a point-to-point comparison where the Trion game doesn't succeed beat the Blizzard champion.

Conway reincarnates the best adventure games of the 2000s, with simple but very solid gameplay. A story to live in one breath, ready to surprise and blow you away.

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII is a good game with many issues. The brand new combat system is the most interesting element of this project, but a weak storytelling and the lack of a true challenge are enough to affect the final score. The game is still good and interesting enough to entertain players till the very end.

Ashes of the Singularity is an RTS that dares to do things differently and mostly succeeds. Spectacular, yet deep and interesting, the experience is only marred by a subpar single-player campaign and some quibbles in the user interface.

Even if it fails to depict the different aspects of and mature love story, Haven has undoubted qualities and its artistic side will make a wide range of players fall in love.

Need for Speed: Heat is a welcome return to the atmosphere that made the series great. A general lack of cleanliness and finish prevents the title from making the leap in quality but it is still a product that will satisfy its audience.

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds did not invent the battle royale genre but is the game that exploits it better than anyone else. With 30 millions players and after becoming a phenomenon on Twich, it's one of the biggest surprises of 2017 but is still far from being considered a masterpiece.

Warhammer 40K: Gladius –Relics of War is a splendidly crafted simplistic wargame that takes the Civ formula, strips it of everything except military but also makes this last part incredibly fun and engrossing.

Agony is a good horror/stealth game, for sure the best representation of Hell ever seen in a game. Although if the visual impact is amazing, many of the mechanics don't work as they should, making the game at times too frustrating or difficult to explore.

Despite some technical limitations, low longevity and lack of replayability, Metamorphosis is a game full of passion and respect for the novels that inspired it. A budget-priced game that every gamer who loves Kafka's works should offer a chance.

If this is your first Kinect-oriented sport game, maybe you'll love it, but if you already played Season 1... well, you can pass through.

Zen Pinball 2 for PlayStation 4 is a solid pinball game like the PS3 and Vita versions, but unfortunately there’s a small delay with flippers and DualShock 4 controls. Owners of PS3/Vita versions can automatically download tables purchased in the past at no extra cost, which is nice since Pinball Arcade doesn’t allow you to do that.

Kinectimals is a great experience for every child with an Xbox 360, but a more mature audience will notice some gameplay problems. Every pet is as cute and beautiful as the gorgeous landscape but the difficulty of some of the mini-games, due to some hardware problems, ruins the final experience.

Mirror’s Edge Catalyst misses some polish around its key elements. Once again, it’s a shame to see all this untapped potential in an intellectual property like Mirror’s Edge.

Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions is a brand new videogame dedicated to the iconic anime series. With two career modes, the first following the classic events and the second offering an intriguing brand new story, with graphics very similar to the anime and some great moments, this is the most advanced Captain Tsubasa game ever created. Though, there is the feeling of a missed opportunity both gameplay side and story. Frame-rates are not so solid and we would have loved the addiction of the primary school tournament.

Even with some minor imperfections, the game is well developed and entertaining, enthralling with good storytelling and an nicely designed environment, enhanced by the excellent audio recordings.

Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi is an interesting evolution for this epic franchise. Spike did a great job trying to create a combat system as simple as dynamic, but the result of this operation is the lack of variety in the final experience. This could be the first step for a brand new saga about the Dragon Ball universe.

A Pretty good horror adventure that wraps players with an engaging narrative and some clever gameplay solutions.

RiMS Racing is a very innovative title in terms of driving but immature in terms of contents. Its excessive difficulty and the lack of motorbikes and circuits won't have the other developers to be worried for this new competitor. Still, we cannot forget it's just the debut title in the two wheels market.

Neon Chrome is a fun but flawed roguelike. The frenetic gameplay and the multiplayer make it ideal for lovers of the genre, but an often imprecise level design mortifies its ambitions.

Obduction is the spiritual successor to Myst, and it offers all the stuff beloved by fans of that game, but with a refresh for the modern era. Puzzles are ingenious but can be frustrating if you don’t quickly understand their logic. There are some heavy technical problems that partly ruin game experience. Players who never played a game like this may be find themselves lost, but if you were searching for a game like Myst or Riven, you will be greatly satisfied.

The Saints Row saga can still be considered the most debauched franchise that lovers of free roamers could dream of. It has some good new ideas and the same shortcomings of the previous game, but it's a funny game nonetheless.

While technically lacking, Ar nosurge: Ode to an Unborn Star offers many hours of play, plenty of things to do and an interesting albeit very exotic storyline.

As the previous DLC, Imperial City, Orsinium increases dramatically the amount of hours you can spend in with The Elder Scrolls Online. The new Maelstrom Arena is an interesting novelty and for many it will be a pleasure helping King Kurog rebuild the capital of his kingdom.
