Spongebob Squarepants: Battle for Bikini Bottom - Rehydrated is a colorful and exciting remake of old school platformer but, most importantly, is a great fun for all ages.

The Metal Gear Solid HD Collection is a good deal, but the insane absence of Peace Walker spoils an otherwise good bundle. And the lack of the gameplay adjustments of the 3DS version of Snake Eater is another crazy issue. Both Sons of Liberty and Snake Eater are still great, anyway. If you can't play this package on PS3 or Xbox 360, the Vita Version is still worth of your money.

If it weren’t for the actual toys, Lego Dimensions would be just the last in a long series of semi-identical games, but with the added physical factor this time we are on a whole new level. For the first time in the “toys-to-life” category we have real, fun to play with toys coming to life in the virtual world. This is a brand new start for the series.

Dark Souls is a masterpiece, but From Software should have done a better porting to fulfill PC-users' expectations. Nonetheless, it one the best games of the past season, so close your eyes and have fun.

Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak is a glorious RTS with a wonderful campaign and a less than impressing skirmish and multiplayer department. Still, with a sublime gameplay and a spectacular technical department, it is one of the best RTS in the market.

The Denpa Men: They Came By Wave is one of the finest game in the eShop. It's funny, engaging and we hope it will be the first step of a new wave of digital products for 3DS.

Horizon Zero Dawn, with the Complete Edition on Steam, arrives on PC with a convincing conversion, which allows you to retrieve one of the most fascinating open world games of the current generation with a significant performance boost and greater detail. Too bad for the lack of support for Ray Tracing and DLSS.

Hyrule Warriors isn't a masterpiece, but the cooperation between Nintendo and Tecmo Koei has created a really great Zelda themed action game. The Adventure mode is interesting, and the huge amount of unlockable content grants many hours of pure fun. The stunning soundtrack, moreover, is the real jewel of this project.

Live A Live is an outstanding remake of the game originally published in 1994. Its art style, music and sound effect perfectly merge with narratives while maintaining the same combat system and structure of the original version.

SoulCalibur V is a great fighting game with a completely new fighting system. The Project Soul team has done a great job changing the fighting mechanics, with few big mistakes around game modes and the character roster. This is a great new beginning for the saga.

Hob is the reflection of one of the best developers of our time. A team brave enough to change completely genre moving away from a golden goose like Torchlight in order to create a little gem of level design and exploration. A puzzle game full of mysteries and wonder. [Recommended]

The best card played by Eidos Montreal is the core of the stealth gameplay, and the vast array of augmentations can change drastically the way the player can solve the most intricate security situations. Ok, the graphics and the combat probably aren't the freshest beverage of this summer, but for 20+ hours of high quality hide and catch, you can drink them anyway and leave the complains for the inevitable DLCs.
