Even the level layout and "puzzle" elements--find the key, backtrack to the door--smack of things we've already seen, which makes the game, despite its arguable technical flow, something of a letdown.

Controls take some getting used to, but they're not bad in the end.

The video game falls short of the quality Potter fans expect, and provides nothing more than a simple platform/adventure game that young fans will adore, but older fans will feel disappointed with.

Great concept, graphics, music, and controls are important characteristics of a great product; but so is gameplay, and in this department Stretch Panic is lacking.

Even though there are some weak moments, overall it’s a great deal of fun being the guy who can stop the horrifying Xenomes from destroying humanity.

The detail is reminiscent of "Sudden Strike," but rendered in 3D. It's truly awesome.

Mad Maestro!'s repetition, missing variety and sundry flaws make it the runt of the litter so far.

It's very short--you'll play through it in an afternoon easily, unless you have trouble with the bosses, but the visuals and adrenalin-overdose gameplay make it one of the most visceral and fun PS2 action game I've played yet.

Chock full of the same brain-straining combat that made the series famous, Unfinished Business will delight turn-based tacticians. Conversely, the game is difficult, perhaps needlessly so, and newcomers are warned to either stay away or prepare themselves for many hours of frustration.

A very faithful recreation of its coin-operated brethren in both its graphics and gameplay. The bad news, however, is that without the light gun, it’s just not as fun. Plain as that.

Just consider it a still-good, if a little threadbare hand-me down from your PC-gaming big brother Trip Hawkins.

    Putting a 3D face on a 2D game just doesn’t cut it.

One thing I found (and liked) about Away Team is that the direct approach works more often than it did in "Commandos."

While this game's lackluster graphics will turn off most gamers, there is a deep military simulator underneath.

If you can make it past the cuddliness, there is some good napalm throwing fun to be had.

Freaky and entertaining, yet you'll note nowhere on that list can "addictive" be found.

A great-looking simulation but only the hardest of the hardcore are going to be able to get into this game, let alone be able to advance very far.

A PlayStation game that will disappoint Potter fans around the world with its bland graphics, blocky characters, lifeless locales, frustrating challenges, and uninspiring gameplay.

Not as fun as the extra-exaggerated Triple Play games of the past and nowhere near as good as better baseball simulations by 3DO and Acclaim.

No doubt the combat is tough to master, and the graphics won't make Squaresoft's artists lose any sleep, but Forever Kingdom has an unquantifiable charm that makes it an enjoyable diversion.

As good of a wrestling games as I have seen for any next generation console. In fact it is quite a bit better than most. However if Yuke's would implement their older grappling system, this game would have been unstoppable.

Part puzzler, all prankster, it's a unique, silly puzzler with a few glaring errors, but lots of heart.

The main thing holding this title back from greatness, or even mediocrity, is its tasteless gameplay.

For the large group whose main interest in a Britney Spears videogame is sexual voyeurism, the inability to watch the breast-enlarged, navel-exposed, hip grinding onscreen display is a real let-down.
