Although there are some rather negative elements of Time Crisis 4, it's still the only game on the PS3 that currently uses any form of light gun technology, and that alone makes it worth while.

The superb attention to detail, coupled with mind-blowing visuals, fantastic combat, immense climbing puzzles and a brilliant storyline makes Uncharted: Drakes Fortune the best PS3 title to date.

Fun while it lasts, quirky and true to the Shrek films.

Too basic in gameplay, and sluggish in execution.

The easy to pick-up control system, coupled with some enjoyable combat makes Assassin's Creed a good game despite the repetitive and sometimes laborious build up to each assassination.

Kane and Lynch could have been a fantastic game had they have spent some more time on it. Instead we are left with a fun but short and buggy game.

The sheer attention to detail that has gone in the game, both in plot, visuals and audio makes your experience in the game a memorable one. The combat system, though tricky at first, eventually becomes intuitive.

The entire development team seems to have just tried too hard to make a decent title, and changed key areas of their previous titles which simply shouldn’t have been changed. Sadly, this Need for Speed title is the first one for a long time that needs to be left on the shelf.

It’s a game that may well appeal to a broader demographic, but also one that may leave its existing fans somewhat out in the cold. There really needed to be more innovation and less reworking of old ideas if Pro Street was ever going to live up to the (not insurmountable) hype.

A solid fun title and you wont be disappointed, but just don’t expect to be wowed.

Medal of Honor Heroes 2 is far from perfection and is riddled with inadequacies mainly due in part to the drab environments, but as far as first person shooters go, this is actually an eye opening experience.

Overall, Monster Jam brings nothing new to the genre. It feels like a direct port of the PlayStation 2 version with added achievements, and with the release of Race Driver: GRID at the same time, Monster Jam will never really get off the starting line.

Galaxy warps you back to when you were a child, charming you with its simple, imaginative gameplay, amazing level design and tremendous amount of variety—all the while sticking to the core Mario formula that we all know and love.

The graphics for the game are simply stunning. Normally, Midway games have pretty average graphics, but the graphics in BlackSite are very crisp and detailed.

Superb physics engine.

Word Puzzle for Xbox Live should be avoided, simply because you will typically find more enjoyment from the pen and paper variety.

Overall F.E.A.R Files will likely appeal to fans of the original, which will see the clear degrade in quality from the original. Anyone who has yet to experience the original should certainly start there, as they will be confused as to what is going on otherwise.

Graphically, Infinity Ward has been able to gasp as much power as they can out of the Xbox 360 in CoD4. Although still looking much like their previous titles, the detailed models and environments, particle effects, smoke, atmospheric lighting and lengthy draw distance makes this title look simply stunning, and all this while running at a baby smooth 60fps.

TimeShift would be a pretty average game if it wasn't for the time manipulating abilities.

Overall, VF5 would've been a completely average fighter, but with the inclusion of a good online mode, it's brilliant.

It is remarkable how much hard work has been put into a game that will generally only appeal to fans of the original subject matter.

It is by no means perfect but it is a polished title with no major bugs or glitches and with its budget price tag it’s worth getting, particularly if you fancy some mini-game fun for a change.

The Simpsons Game will instantly appeal to fans of the series and typically a younger generation of gamers, due to the often easy gameplay. However there are enough jokes thrown in there and fantastic game parodies that only a seasoned gamer or adult would appreciate.

The entertaining one-liners and simple 3D platform aspect of the title will keep you going for a few hours, but won’t have you playing until your eyes fall out.

Overall this a game that somehow manages to avoid the usual join-the-dots approach of other film franchises. Although it never quite lifts itself above a pretty average game, at least it proves along the way that it knew what it was and was happy to laugh both at itself as well as the games industry at large.

Better songs, better guitar, online play and co-op make this game a blast to play—a definite purchase for anyone who's dreamed of rocking out on stage.

If you’re a lover of card battle games, then this title is an absolute must – especially if you have mates to play it with.
