It won’t keep you entertained for all that long, but while it lasts, this class-based online shooter delivers an oddly entertainingly, if undeniably average experience.

Don’t Die, Mr. Robot! is a quick fire arcade game that is surprisingly good fun in small bursts. As the sort of game that can be returned to over and over again, particularly after a long hiatus, it’ll be a welcome mainstay for your PS Vita library for quite some time. The classic aesthetics of the game along with some variety will remind of lost afternoons in the arcade, without gobbling up your loose change at the same time.

Overall, is STAR WARS Battlefront worth your time and hard-earned cash in the run up to Christmas? As a STAR WARS fan, definitely.

An okay game, but it is definitely only okay at best.

If you are looking for a game that is fun, simple, entertaining, and that is family-friendly then this game is for you. I found Snail Bob 2 to be a fun game to play to pass the time.

Despite its mild pacing issues and occasional technical glitches, Game of Thrones is a wonderful representation of the gruesome HBO series and captures the harsh, unforgiving nature of the show that continues to shock all of us. It’s reinstated the GOT mottos: ‘there is no such thing as a happy ending’, and, ‘don’t get too attached to characters…because they’ll probably die…horribly’.

I liked Sentris. As a person who does have experience in music production and has produced an entire album of music digitally, I was really impressed with what it is for the price. But I would not recommend anyone just looking for another Hacker’s Beat or quadrant to buy this game. This is most certainly not a game. Make no mistake. It’s music production software that a laymen can use to produce mid-level quality beat loops.

The high price point of Hamster’s Arcade Archive releases remains an issue, but for those looking to experience a very entertaining and extremely obscure piece of gaming history, UPL’s, Nova 2001 is well worth checking out. It will feel instantly familiar to anyone who has played, Geometry Wars, but with its pleasingly old school visuals and brilliantly impromptu boss battles, it still feels like its own beast over 30 years since its original release.

Overall Guns, Gore & Cannoli was a nice surprise once I got into it. I could certainly feel similarities to Metal Slug and other side scrolling shooters. The setting is interesting, art direction and soundtrack is unique and suits the game well.

Despite the fantastic presentation and brilliant on court gameplay, those looking for a solid single player experience can confidently ignore this entertaining but criminally undercooked offering.

This game is enjoyable, especially in co-op with a friend where one player can take on the role of spy and the other, hacker. However if you’re a gamer who has a specific focus on graphics and you cannot look past the flaws then it might not be the best game at least until the game is (hopefully) polished up a little.

It’s a fun little shooter with some good replay value trying out different weapon configurations and finding all the blueprints. It’s a tad short for the price in terms of its main story, but the nature of the game means it’d be easy for 17-Bit to add extra content in the future to keep it fresh.

Call of Duty: Black Ops III hosts a large range of new and game defining elements, from a compelling new zombie storyline to a fast new movement system, as well as fleshed out new campaign characters and diverse multiplayer specialists, making the title a must buy for both a series veterans, and new players alike.

This is one of the best games I’ve played in years, it seems to have been made to the specifications of my exact sensibilities. But I’d be remiss to not mention how essentially damaged the finer points are.

In the end there’s no doubt RPG Maker MV gives you everything you need to make a great game. With the community always expanding the possibilities of the program with new plugins and graphics you could really make anything you can think off. This is a great tool that can make your ideas become reality.

Need For Speed is definitely a step in the right direction for the series, at least. With genuinely intelligent AI and the removal of rubber banding, as well as a cleaner lens, the next game from Ghost could well restore Need For Speed to its former glory. At the moment however, it is still unable to catch up to a game released two generations ago.

For all its sloppy seconds and used structures, I can’t help but feel a little disappointed in the end that the developer didn’t try to evolve beyond just being another clone.

It would be harsh to call it a mess, but Rodea: The Sky Soldier is an utter disappointment with brief glimpses of a good game smothered by poor design choices and a long and ultimately damaging development time.

It isn’t a bad racing game and is pretty decent. It just doesn’t stand out as much as it could have. NASCAR ’15 is a season update with a lot of polish and fixes. But it’s not an all-new simulation game… it’s a polished season update for $20.

If you judge it as a sonic game it’s disappointing but if you judge it for a good platformer it’s not a bad game by any means but there’s better and worse sonic games out there. That said it rarely delivers the speed you crave and as a sonic fan I was disappointed about this.
