The story is a little on the light side, but it makes up for it with intense battles and well designed environments. You will die a lot in this game, but ultimately it’s a satisfying experience.- Brash Games

The game is very fast paced, over the top and utterly relentless. The roster of characters is very good, and gives some very interesting gameplay options. The game uses a unique style, with fun gameplay and funny moments. It’s a game that is worth taking a look at, and will challenge you.- Brash Games

This is a mechanically basic video game at best, and if the simplistic story and unique visuals don’t work for you, there is very little left to keep you entertained.- Brash Games

A good game with some flaws, it is beautiful to look at and listen to and while similar to game experiences that have been before it is actually quite an unique offering.- Brash Games

Forced: Slightly Better Edition is a game that genuinely had potential. With a better camera and more variety in its puzzles – and its design – it could have been a unique experience, offering a challenging series of battles interspersed with intriguing puzzles. It could even have had a half-decent story or offered a greater breadth of character classes...But, quite simply, potential does not equal a good game.- Brash Games

Overall Casey Powell Lacrosse 16 is a game that offers a surprising amount of depth and replayability for an indie title. From the deep creation suite to the solid career mode, there is a quite a bit to do no matter how you want to play.- Brash Games

Every different aspect of this game just comes together perfectly to create this arcade masterpiece that is unlike any new game on the market and brings to mind all the great games of the past, thrusting it forward onto a new platform and paving the way to show all new gamers what older games used to be like.- Brash Games

Corpse Party: Blood Drive definitely feels more like a survival horror RPG than the first one. Its twisted story and death scenes are something you either love or hate. I found myself enjoying the game right until the end I do not want to ruin the end but it didn’t really deliver all the promise it had. Still this may be the end of the Heavenly host series I am sure Dead patient will at some point refer back to the characters in this one and maybe the questions I still have at the end of the game will be answered in that.- Brash Games

Retsnom is good enough where it counts. It’s very challenging, well written, and has a good soundtrack. I definitely don’t think you will regret buying it if you don’t get stuck and quit. But it’s not the best looking game in the genre and there are several titles in this genre to choose from. If you love level based puzzlers I say give it a go, but if you aren’t big on these types of games there are certainly better ones to try first.- Brash Games

The combat is average at best (and downright poor at worst), while the less said about the platforming sections the better. Nothing here is broken, (a case of damning with faint praise if ever there was one), but honestly, the sense of disappointment is often palpable given the overriding sense of this being a horribly missed opportunity.- Brash Games

Ambition of the Slimes is a lot of fun if one has the patience to deal with its various faults, and can get into its challenging gameplay. It is far more difficult than first impressions would suggest, but rewards the player with a good level of replayability; pick it up and give it a go, and before you know it you’ll have spent several hours in a row wreaking vengeance on the nasty humans with your merry band of slimes.- Brash Games

Aaru’s awakening is a gorgeous game with a great story. Due to the sheer difficulty of the game, replayability is very low. Once I got through each level, especially the boss level, I did not want to go back and play it again. As a matter fact it makes you lose interest in the game period.- Brash Games

The characters, world and narrative are well crafted and kept me absorbed throughout. The gameplay however is fairly basic and doesn’t really develop over the course of the story.- Brash Games

The game was obviously intended for adults with the subject matter but then it doesn’t respect the intellect of the player. If it was an animated picture it would be a visual arts spectacle but sadly it’s a video game.- Brash Games

It’s a fun game to pick up and have a quick blast with, and even more fun if you have a friend to tag along with you. Having said that, I think this could be the basis of a much better game if the developers take this engine and build some more variety into it.- Brash Games

Neocore Games has made a game that is initially fun, once you get past the poor story and voice acting and awkward controls, but balancing issues and over-reliance on throwing hordes of enemies at its players turn the game into a slog in the second half.- Brash Games

With a premise such as the one we have here, Lost Sea could have been a fun hack n slash survival game. Sadly it’s neither, and apart from the nice looks, solid controls and great soundtrack it deserves to be left where its name implies.- Brash Games

In conclusion, Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness truly encapsulates a feeling of excitement and adventure with a wide range of locations and enemies testing even skillful player’s abilities. In addition to this the debut of a newer and smoother combat system allows even new players to easily access the game’s world and combat within it.- Brash Games

The game still manages to have its own unique aspects and it feels well designed. I loved the freedom to explore, uncover and collect items throughout the various environments. The combat feels a little clumsy but I enjoyed the platforming and crafting mechanics.- Brash Games

It feels like a solid foundation for a decent beat ‘em up game and I hope that it gets some sort of sequel so it can improve on the various shortcomings. I would still recommend this game if you’re a younger gamer or have kids that you like to play games with.- Brash Games
