Yooka-Laylee is a good classic 3D platformer which is better in its first hours and levels when you are discovering the wide array of activities and challenges that you have in this retro colectathon. The rest of the time you can suffer with some weak design decisions to prolong the time required to complete the game.

NBA Playgrounds is not perfect, at this moment the game could offer us a deep variety of game modes and there are some mechanics like precision in perfect shots that are difficult to understand. On the other side, is a very fun experience when you are challenging other player on your own platform or in the competitive online matches.

FIFA 18 on Switch is by far the best portable edition in the FIFA series. It works great in the handheld mode: no framerate issues, quick loading and easy to start. Sadly this version still feels like an old one, but we hope EA Romania can improve the game in the next entry.

If you want to complete 16 legendary installmentsof the Yugi saga, this is your opportunity to review its history and learn why it became a mass success. Also, if Konami sees interest in sales, they may now want to move to the PlayStation era.

My Hero's One Justice 2 doesn't fix some of the flaws the first game had, and instead, tries to add more content, but with the same mistakes.

Dead Kings has some good moments and feels like a nice apology from Ubisoft for the original game’s mess. Going back to the roots of the series fits really well into this DLC.

Shadow Labyrinth is a very interesting experiment from Bandai Namco. The game clearly has its flaws, but there's also a lot of potential here. If the developers have the opportunity to create a sequel, I'm sure they'll take everything that worked in this title and expand on it to deliver an experience that meets the goals the team surely had for this title.

Marvel's Avengers has a great main campaign accompanied by great potential, but in the end it is overshadowed by technical errors and an unnecessary GaaS section.

Serious Sam 4 feels like a decade old game, and some of its elements are plainly outdated. Sometimes it's best to just leave things behind, and maybe it's time for the Serious Sam franchise to take a much needed break.

Exoprimal is not a bad game, it has good characters, it has a good concept, it looks beautiful. But still, it's not a game I can recommend. The title is available via Game Pass for Xbox Series X | S consoles and also on Game Pass PC. In this case, I could tell you that it's interesting that you take a walk around to find out if it's a game that satisfies you. As for the PlayStation versions, I'd rather spend my money on one of the many great releases we've had this year, even from Capcom itself, Street Fighter 6 and Resident Evil 4 Remastered are much more worth your money than Exoprimal.

Biomutant is a game with good ideas that are executed in the most boring way possible. The experience is tedious and lacks substantial motivation for the player.

Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart doesn’t revolutionize the genre of Strategic RPG in any way and instead focuses on offering a simple yet funny and enjoyable game. That’s something to not be ashamed of. It is more a game to enjoy for all the elements it has than those that could have had. A really good game for those who like SRPG.

The power of the Ring and the big final battle with Sauron were some nice surprises on this enjoyable expansion. Unfortunately, the overall contents on the DLC and the poor story are far from the greatness of the original game.

Oninaki is a compelling game, the art style is the best from Tokyo RPG factory yet. Its story is dense, as the studio uses to, but it has its mishaps when delivering said story. The change of pace in the combat serves it well, but unfortunately the complex system renders useless once you get to the higher levels. It goes from a strategy based combat to a mindless button masher. But nevertheless, one you could enjoy.

Outlast 2 is a great sequel to the game that started this series. Awesome atmosphere, a scary setting, good game mechanics and an interesting story, are some of the elements that makes this game a must have for survival horror fans.

The narrative on Mafia III is great and exciting, maybe one of the best of the year, same with the attention to little details recreating New Bordeaux and general adjustments to the gameplay of the franchise. We cannot say the same of the general open world structure that gives us repetitive activities to unlock the premium content, in the same way, we're sad to see the final game with a myriad technical issues.

In short, if you enjoyed the original and want to take that to larger proportions, it is clear that you are going to like it, however simple its humor is and also its graphical performance. It is totally a satire made into a video game, and if we are honest, it fulfills its function of entertaining. It's not a GOTY at all, and I don't think it wants to be.

One of the clearest examples of how a series can age badly. It offers highly monotonous and tedious gameplay that takes time to develop and arrive at the most important elements of the story. By the time you get to the best or most interesting sections, you will probably be annoyed by its repetitive mechanics and slower pace of development. Only diehard fans from the Digimon World series will have what it takes to endure and tolerate its flaws and value its well-hidden content.

Senran Kagura: Estival Versus is a really entertaining and naughty game that, sadly, turns a little bit repetitive after some hours. Albeit it has a simple yet somewhat deep gameplay and controls, its lack of many more game options or different objectives in its missions, turns this entry in one that will be enjoyed by mostly all the fans. If you like games packaged with a lot of fanservice and don't get uncomfortable with the depictions of pervy and sexual jokes, then you should give this a try.
