With its weak main characters the class and storytelling depth of Dishonored 2 is out of reach for Death of the Outsider. Having said that, you definitely can look forward to a suspenseful and stealthy return to Karnaca.- 4P.de

As if Sega made a sequel to Virtua Racing: Formula Retro Racing has a few minor problems, but overall offers a lot of racing fun nonetheless.- 4P.de

In a surprisingly emotional way A Normal Lost Phone not only is a coming-of-age tale. It manages to be informative without being obnoxious, to be authentic while being playful. A wonderfully different storytelling experience.- 4P.de

A good soccer experience with loads of spectacular dribblings, speed and a lot of action in the box. But compared to the last years it feels more arcadey.- 4P.de

On one hand Obduction follows the adventure traditions of Myst, while on the other it adds modern storytelling layers that remind you of games like Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture – just don’t expect a puzzle density like in The Witness.- 4P.de

Sneaking, hacking and puzzles: Gunpoint is rather short but very entertaining with its wild and unique mix of funny dialogue, challenging jump sequences and stealth elements.- 4P.de

A felicitous sequel with a dark atmosphere, great puzzles and dramatic encounters. Trial & error can become quite frustrating here and there, though.- 4P.de

In terms of content and mechanics this is better in almost every aspect than Shadow of Mordor, heavily relying on the vastly improved Nemesis system to carry the burden, while the story is decent enough to keep you motivated for most of the time. Unfortunately the fourth act falls short with its omission of story elements and the temptation of micro-transactions lurking - which, by the way, bothers me mostly because of the break in the immersion. Orks from loot chests? Really?- 4P.de

The coherent presentation and the original gameplay concept make Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective a very special genre title, but the puzzle passages can cause frustration at times.- 4P.de

Watch out Capcom, SNK and Namco: A new challenger has entered the ring. Although you could reduce it to tits and ass at first glance, you'd make a terrible mistake. Skullgirls offers not only outer but also inner values.- 4P.de

The PC port of Days Gone is technically way more stable than Horizon Zero Dawn, probably because it uses Unreal technology. Having said that, the action-adventure in an apocalyptic biker world is still good entertainment.- 4P.de

The Thaumaturge is a story game through and through, a game that has the thrilling power of a Netflix series, but in which you can play as yourself. Only the fighting is hardly worth mentioning.- 4P.de

Gran Turismo 7, despite its almost unassailable status as an exceptional racing game, is far from what it should be, could not be and probably will be in a year's time.- 4P.de

The mechanical structure is quite repetitive, but this ghost hunting adventure in a haunted mansion looks and sounds just great. A decent experience throughout, but no stroke of genius like Super Mario Odyssey or Breath of the Wild.- 4P.de

Complex, but easily accessible prison builder with an interesting campaign structure, but also a few bugs here and there, while the micro management can get out of hand sometimes.- 4P.de

Mechanically Harmonix has outdone themselves. The freestyling for guitarists and vocalists works well and adds to an already motivating partygame. But the omissions of quickplay setlists, treaining or asynchronous competition as well as the unoptimized import of legacy content rather makes me go back to the old gen versions, which, at this point in time, deliver a more complete experience.- 4P.de

This is a trip down memory lane into the era of classic 3D platform action – even the sometimes clunky scenery is reminiscent of PS2 games. You’ll find charming characters, loads of jumping, fighting, the occasional stealth element and a lot to collect – what you won’t find, though, are fresh ideas.- 4P.de

Harmonix proves once again that they are the masters of Kinect: The movement recognition is almost flawless. The decision to shrink everything down to downloadable snack size is not that convincing though. Nonetheless this is still worth to sink your teeth in.- 4P.de
