Web of Power is definitely an interesting and thought-provoking game, but it's also not too terribly accessible.- 148Apps

Thinking of High Society as something akin to Solitaire rather than poker certainly helps to ease the pain of solidarity, but it's a missing feature that's bound to turn off some App Store shoppers. Everyone else just might want to check it out, however, as it's every bit as consuming and "easier than it looks" as most other Knizia offerings.- 148Apps

Even as a solo experience with nothing but an adjustable AI it's still plenty entertaining and liable to eat up any amount of wait time. Plus it's got donkeys, and if animated films about ogres have taught me anything it's that donkeys are awesome.- 148Apps

Roman Backgammon could do with this potential pitfall fixing but otherwise, it's a worthy title for board game fans to check out.- 148Apps

While it may not be the most visually stimulating or even mechanically impressive game on the platform, Offroad Legends proves to be the ideal game for an iOS gamer. It could effortlessly help burn away a few spare minutes or just as easily suck away hours of battery life. No matter what your playstyle, you will not regret the investment.- 148Apps

These simple variations on gameplay make for a very unique game that players familiar with the genre will enjoy.- 148Apps

It feels like this game could have had some wickedly difficult levels, ones that demanded repetition in order or beat even once. Instead, it's about repeating and mastering the mechanic itself. While the game is certainly a very fair value at $0.99 (the game is free to download, with the first 10 levels to try out), I'd love to see future updates with more levels to play to explore the concept more.- 148Apps

It feels too derivative. What's there is fun but there's nothing about the game that makes it stand out amongst its rivals. Sure, the challenges are fun but it doesn't really add variety to the experience. For those desperate for a change of scenery, it might entertain. For everyone else, stick with Temple Run.- 148Apps

There isn't nearly enough there in Banzai Dice as it is, and that's a shame because it does feel like there's an interesting, intelligent game that could be seriously addictive.- 148Apps

Overall, Amoebas Attack is a dual stick shooter worth exploring if you're in need of a fun freemium title or if you're a fan of this genre. It's got enough going on for it to keep players occupied for longer than five minutes, but at the same time it can get repetitive the longer gamers play.- 148Apps

Glow Bugs isn't revolutionary by any means but it does offer plenty of fun. Much like Tiny Wings, its constant supply of rewards and sense of achievement will keep players coming back for more.- 148Apps

Overall, Chicken Doom isn't a bad egg and is worthy of downloading if you're in need of something new to add to your summer gaming library. It may not have that element of excitement for some gamers, but it's a nice casual game that will have you squawking with laughter as you battle the funny chickens.- 148Apps

Bottom line, though, DancePad is definitely worth picking up. It's free, has plenty of free songs, and the extra songs available for download are on sale for $0.99.- 148Apps

Moleheart probably won't turn non-believers or dabblers into enthusiasts, but it will doubtlessly please fans of the genre. Plus there's moles. Moles and necromancy. If nothing else it wins major Silly Points.- 148Apps

Heroes in Time might trip up a little bit with the gameplay, but what's there is decent if nothing else. What's surprisingly pleasant is the way the story (of all things) starts to take hold, clichés and all.- 148Apps

The graphics are polished, Mathilda will enthral little gamers while annoying those with younger siblings or children of their own in just the way intended, and the game uses a tried and true formula.- 148Apps

Some simulations are much more heavy-handed than others, and Astronaut Spacewalk is certainly an example of such. It's got a plodding pace and very unforgiving physics, but it's also relaxing and oddly compelling. Whether or not someone enjoys the stellar hiking depends largely on their desire for action, naturally, but if nothing else this is a pretty interesting addition to the genre.- 148Apps

It may be a good week too late for Euro 2012, but Luke the Liftboy is a solid bet to occupy an hour of that long wait between now and the start of the 2012/13 football season. Let's just hope Luke the Olympic Flame Carrier is a little more punctual.- 148Apps

The cartoon art is generic but clean and serviceable, and the cheery music is actually quite pleasant. However, there's no getting past just how little there is here. Still, it is free and short so at least there's not much to lose by checking Dropimals out.- 148Apps

Golf Kingdoms is amusing for a while; I love to see some experimentation in 2D golf games, though there could be some more variety and quantity in the courses, and having some easier ones to start off with could make the game easier to get into. Let's see what if anything comes next.- 148Apps

For fans of the retro style, Shuttle Scuttle should be very appealing, as it sticks very well to its roots as an NES homage, and that consistent style shows. Plus, it's an entertaining and challening shoot 'em up that should leave players begging for mercy after a while.- 148Apps

In its current form, Band Together is really good, great even. It definitely deserves a look. There is still this nagging feeling though that with a few more levels, which are coming, or tighter controls it could be something fantastic.- 148Apps

It all feels so cynical. Sure, there's no requirement to buy any in-app purchases but there's always that sense that you're missing out on something if you don't. For the stubborn, being pushed to buy help so regularly will no doubt infuriate all the more.- 148Apps
