While it's a nice attempt at replicating our beloved Mario Kart, it does come up short in my opinion with the lack of on-screen controls and multiplayer mode.

Kahuna is a tightly-focused strategic game for two. Quick and challenging board games don't come much better.

Fans of the Cut the Rope experience will certainly not be let down by the most recent time traveling outing. This is very much one of the cases where, “more of the same,” is perfectly acceptable. Don’t even think twice about ponying up for this sweet treat.

Like you would expect from Com2uS, Heavy Gunner 3D is a quality game with surprising depth.

It's playable if obnoxiously flawed in a couple of key places, but there's always the hope of future updates to address the control issues. And really, once those are gone I'd be more than happy to call it a fun runner.

Surprisingly, in the simplest of simple games, Berzerk Ball really does have a lot going for it. Its idea really isn't new or original, but the implementation of the simplistic game type is fantastic. This one deserves a thumbs up for sure.

Worth a download for the free Galaxian "G 30th" edition alone, though the value of buying all 3 extra games is debatable. The classic games do get a nice new twist on them for those otherwise familiar with the games.

It's Paper Toss for zombie fans which is all that's needed. Beating each other's high scores for most shots as well as conventional scores via Game Center ensures that there's always a reason to dip into Zombie Toss Basketball for 5-10 minutes here or there.

Zombie! Zombie! Zombie! is a free-to-play action-packed match-3 title with a deep campaign and survival mode. Match zombies to kill 'em or toss a grenade for even more damage - it's all good!

A great little idea. It's not going to win prizes for most beautiful app by any means but it has a rough charm to it. The key mechanic of sitching dimensions is great and really gives you food for thought. A bargain at the price.

It's certainly not the best RPG in the App Store (probably not even in the top 10), and It may just be a 75 page book wrapped up in 900 pages of fluff, but as far as mobile RPG's go, it gets the job done.

8 Bit Rally brings the total package in terms of retro style revivals. The graphics, sound, and gameplay are all top notch, and even though the game is obviously inspired by older titles, Photon Creations managed to add their own depth and charm to arcade racing.

While there is some room for improvement, I still enjoyed the clever dialogue and intriguing gameplay. Those who aren't quite sold on the platformer can check out Crash Dummy Lite for free to get a feel for it first.

I was genuinely surprised to find myself playing Fluff Friends Rescue so incessantly. It can turn into a major problem when there are important real life things to do. Animal lovers should consider that both praise and a warning.

While Plague Inc. isn't ground-breaking iOS game, it's definitely one of the most refined. With features like self-mutating viruses, government collapses that actually effect the spread through a given country, unlockable virus classes, and an honest to goodness save feature (yay!), this is the apocalypse plague game to get.
