FreeDum is a great-looking game with an imaginative (and disturbing) setting. Its protagonist's clunky movements make survival a bit difficult, however.- 148Apps

Sure, you could look at Liberty Wings as a 3 in 1 game box, and in that sense Liberty Wings is a good value (mostly at its 99 cent asking price). Just don't confuse a good value with an amazing game, as there are much better plane shooters out there in the App Store.- 148Apps

Rad Skater Apocalypse can indeed be entertaining in relatively small doses, but it ultimately falls flat due to way too much repetition and a somewhat painfully slow pace. Sometimes goofiness, retro aesthetics, and zombies just aren't enough- 148Apps

Combos can be accrued and enjoyed, but ultimately the challenge from Cool Pizza is attempting to traverse the 42 waves of attack. Don't expect to do it any time soon, but do enjoy the old school challenge along the way.- 148Apps

For the most part Foodie the Bug is an enjoyable game. Just be prepared to see the 'fail' screen over and over again.- 148Apps

Funkin' Arena's multiplayer twists on tower defense are worth checking out but the game itself can't coast along on those alone. Hopefully they'll show up in another, more fully-featured product.- 148Apps

While the visuals may pop and the urge to collect all the various monsters on display may be tempting, Mutants: Genetic Gladiators is too weak of a fighter to go the distance in this arena.- 148Apps

There just isn't a lot very compelling here. I found it hard to keep on going with this game, because nothing was really drawing me back.- 148Apps

The gameplay of Galaga Wars is just too thin to support the layers of free-to-play systems stacked on top of it. If it was a more meaningful take on Galaga or more elegant in its monetization scheme, Galaga Wars would be a much better game.- 148Apps

While it may not have much in the way of unique gameplay, Mortal Skies 2 is a competent arcade shooter, even if it is on the more difficult end of the spectrum.- 148Apps

True to the classic, Lunatic Clay uses retro visuals and an art-style to match to reincarnate one of the most-known arcade games of the 80s for the touchscreen.- 148Apps

Unfortunately, due to the lack of perceived importance, getting through all the levels seems like more of a chore than an experience. I'm not saying the levels aren't fun, but they all sort of feel the same.- 148Apps

For all of the potential that was possible thanks to this curious mishmash of styles, it would have been nice to see a more polished product in at least one of the genre slices. Even though the combat is initially amusing, small nagging details like grating, repetitive sound effects could ultimately end up driving the player away. That said, for a free game, even getting a couple of hours of fun might be enough justify the download.- 148Apps

Drop the Cake! is certainly fun to look at (or drool over), but the rich molten chocolate at the center of this confectionary game is the surprising challenge it presents. Consider this warning though: sometimes that rich center is hot and you may get burned.- 148Apps

Gene's use of physical mutation to control a player's abilities is a refreshing touch, while its throw-back visual art-style will likely see the average platformer fan satisfied, but the way in which mutations are implemented might become irritating to some.- 148Apps
