Keeping it simple and pure, All-Star Basketball is a fun game for those who just want to score rather than run or defend.

It's a neat idea but with clumsy controls, it takes some persistence to truly enjoy.

I did not find it to be as entertaining as I would have hoped. The challenge of the gameplay was also lacking, even though it is pretty difficult to get three stars on each level.

Sonny does a good job of delivering on the combat from its flash-based predecessors, but doesn't do much more than that. This could make it a quality purchase for fans of tough, turn-based combat. For me though, Sonny's combat seems a little too punishing and the rest of it feels a bit lacking to really feel satisfying.

For a Hidden Object game, The Secret Society – Hidden Mystery lacks significant challenge which is a shame. As a new concept though, I liked it.

A interesting hybrid of classic and modern pinball monetization that ends up working out in the best interests of the player.

This text-based adventure is a satirical take on the gig economy, but it also bites off a little more than it can chew.

If they can manage to find 3 other players to enter a brawl with, players will have a great time with Fright Fight. Even despite the lack of content.

Tomato World 2 is a simple yet tricky one-touch platformer. It's pretty fun.

Capturing orbs by circling them shouldn't be quite so much fun or as tactical, but Bezircle does a fine job of offering both.

If you're way into mini-golf, Vista Golf is a great game to pick up. It guarantees a near limitless amount of courses for both competitive and casual players alike. It may not be a perfect golf game, but it's hard to beat for the price.

All the shiny graphics and technological feats in the world can't make up for the fact that Ravensword feels more like a beefed-up proof-of-concept demo than a full-fledged game.

Games like Big Win Football can be both infuriating and intriguing at the same time. The passive gameplay lends itself well to bite size gaming, but those looking for more of a simulation feel need not apply. Micromanagers be warned, this is the kind of title that can stealthily rob away precious hours, with fairly little gain. Downloader beware: mileage may vary.

Streetfood Tycoon: World Tour doesn't evolve a huge amount beyond these core concepts, even though it does throw in frivolous extras such as the presence of celebrities. Play it for 30 minutes or 3 hours and it'll still be mostly the same. And yet, I still find myself going back for more, which isn't bad going at all for a free to play game.

Despite enjoying quite a bit of the game, I felt a sense of dissatisfaction and frustration in the endings I reached. Maybe you'll get a better ending than I did, but maybe you won't. That's the double-edged sword that Night in the Unpleasant House hangs its hat on, and unsurprisingly the end result is an experience that feels both impressively ambitious and frustrating.

Asphalt 9: Legends is the best of the series so far. While it may lean a little more toward the casual side of arcade racing, it's still a ton of fun and gorgeous, to boot.
