A charming and cutesy game but I'd love to see more of a mission structure to the goals. While goals do appear, it feels like some form of story might have been nice. Nonetheless, kids will love the satisfaction of watching their dragons grow and evolve.

Cordy 2 offers plenty of in-app purchases but none other than the initial $4.99 outlay for the full game, are actually needed. Golf Zero is an amazing game that can be aggravating, but in two entirely different ways. If you pay for the game, you'll be grinning ear-to-ear as you restart levels over and over again, shooting for one more hole. If you don't, you'll be treated to a bunch of video ads that will take you out of the action and likely make you delete the app. Do yourself a favor and pay for Golf Zero. For two bucks, you'll be buying yourself one of the best platformers on iOS.

I’m glad that Hyper Light Drifter is on mobile, but it doesn’t exactly seem like a great fit. Between the slow ramp up and performance problems, it’s probably best to play this game elsewhere if you can. If you can’t, it’s still possible to enjoy the game on iOS. I did, but I probably would have had more fun with it on console or PC, assuming those versions don’t have similar issues.

On the second playthrough, I was laser focused on beating it and did so while skipping over a lot of the text I read the first time. After that, I didn't really want to go back to the game. For a roguelike, this would be a terrible thing, but for a game book, I suppose that's not too shabby.
