    Vulnerable, innovador y creativo. Un álbum que contiene mucha alegría entre sus versos pero que no llega a aburrir, tampoco se llega a ser muy infantil, es muy sobrio. Es más bien un álbum Smile para adultos que están en busca de su sonrisa

    Not a huge fan but this is one of her best works if not the best. Cry about it later , not the end of the world, tucked , champagne problems are the best. Only love hold its own ground while teary eyes and harleys in Hawaii are nearly perfect in their production.

    One of my favorite studio albums from Katy Perry! Even though the songs were written far before the pandemic began, there’s so many positive messages of hope and resilience sprinkled throughout this album. Absolutely beautiful and inspiring!

    NRO was a bop that was paid dust just because pop genre has been declining. Still my fav. Cry about it later and Only love are good. The latter reminds me of her Thinking of you style back then. The album is a grower for sure.

    Fuera de los ritmos si te detienes a meditar cada una de las letras, katy nos presenta un lado muy profundo y mucho más maduro sin embargo ella no pierde su toque sabe lo que hace entonces le agrega los ritmos pop que la destacan en Tennage dream pero mucho más poderosa. Este es su mejor obra pocos artistas llegan a este grado de profundidad con su arte.

    - never really over and daisies, chef kisses. been loving it from the first few seconds. must try 10/10
    - teary eyes has a really nice tune especially the chrorus, gives me disco vibe! 8/10 - what makes a woman is absolutely lovely, inspiring and endearing. just pure emotions 9.5/10 - cry about it later isn’t my cup of tea at first but it’s definitely a    my thoughts abt every song on Smile:

    now is my top 3 (besides daisies and never really over): tucked: kinda upbeat, lovely and sweet, got me hooked the first time i listened to it, falling in love with it more and more throughout the song. i love the chorus and it’s context so much!!! 9.5/10

    harleys in hawaii: criminally, outrageously underrated??? i honestly dont know why people slept on this masterpiece. gets even better the more you listen to it, the more mature version of teenage dream, still dont know why it’s not a big hit already. give harleys in hawaii a try i beg you, you won’t regret a single second 10/10

    only love: the lyrics is giving me chills and it’s melody. tbh i had low expectations but got surprised because of how well this is sung. even gave me teary eyes too! meaningful and truly empowering 9.5/10

    im kind of a picky listener but katy’s smile the album does NOT disappoint. some songs are actually growers and after the second, third or event fourth time, you might even change your views on them. though our choices and references may be different but i strongly recommend you to listen to my top three, i can guarantee that you’ll enjoy it. daisies and never really over is amazingly good also. go ahead, give them all a try and support smile the album    … Expand

    While Perry finds the occasional moment of quality here (Smile and Tucked both feel like the best possible music we could get from Katy Perry in 2020), Smile is an album searching for an identity—and when it fails, it falls back on lazy writing.

    Like Joanne before Chromatica, Smile plays like a necessary centering exercise, indulging her insecurities and less surefire instincts. If Witness was overdetermined, Smile is an earnest exhale, for better or for worse. It delivers an image of her journey towards inner peace that is honest (if corny) and catchy (if not exactly inventive).
