    Swift starts off the new decade with her most ambitious and powerful album. The songs, which are proof of her brilliant songwriting wits, paint a clear aesthetic image of love and Swift does this in completely different way, unlike her previous albums. Listening to album was an experience. A major Album of the Year contender.

    this album is clearly one of her best. it explores love, and relationships, and love triangles from multiple perspectives, and sonically it sounds amazing and very reminiscent of 1989. listening to the album feels like listening to a story, and demonstrates Taylor Swift’s amazing songwriting abilities.

    One of the best albums of all time. In this album she discovers the alternative genre and does it so magically. The songwriting is perfect and melodies and choruses are very special on this one.

Eu senti como se eu estivesse sentada numa varanda, em uma fazenda no meio do nada; o inverno começando, o céu cinza e o vento balançando as folhas das árvores e da grama alta, e alguém tivesse me contando histórias. A cada história eu me interessava mais, queria saber mais, ouvir mais. A melodia parece a mesma, mas ela tem suasO álbum é bem melancólico. A vibe dele é muito lúdica. Se você não tem o costume de ouvir músicas mais lentas, músicas alternativas, então, talvez, você não vá gostar do álbum. E se você for fã de música pop (pop fafora), esse álbum definitivamente não é a sua vibe, mas você pode gostar sim, basta dar uma chance pra um novo estilo que não está presente no seu cotidiano. E lembre-se: tá tudo bem não gostar, ninguém é obrigado a nada, mas não custa nada reconhecer que o álbum está bem feito.     If you are looking for a way to escape the real world, you must listen to this masterpiece. It's melancholic, but Taylor's melodies and voice create a perfect balance that makes you feel like you're in a dream. All her essence is in this album. Poetry and music is what characterizes Taylor, and this is the perfect proof for that. Stream Folklore, you will not regret it.

    This is an evocative album. There are not too many beats, but Taylor's nearly perfect narrative ability and beautiful voice can make you immerse in it and enjoy it. This is a very high-quality album, and the fact that Taylor wrote the album during the quarantine period adds points to this album.

    These 16 tracks (17 on the deluxe version) play out quite pleasurably in their entirety, the joins between Swift, Dessner and Antonoff ultimately only of niche interest. But Swift’s powerful songs reach their climaxes with bittersweet orchestrations, rather than blows to the solar plexus or a ringing in the ears. Everything hovers; little truly lands.
