Jul 24, 2020folklore is a beautiful, sad, musical masterpiece. it shows taylor's songwriting prowess and her ability to spread into different musical genres. while it is quite unexpected, it is exactly what is needed during these times. one of her best, cohesive pieces of art. taylor never fails to impress. album of the year!

-
Jul 24, 2020On this album, Miss Swift outdid herself on songwriting terms. Songs filled with pure poetry, while soothing vocals and an amazing production and use of the instruments. It is Taylor's more mature album so far. And yes, I think it's one, if not the, best album on her discography. PERIODT. SHE **** DID THAT HAHAHA
HATERS GONNA HATE, STAY PRESSED -

Jul 24, 2020Taylor is giving something like we have never heard before from her, and it’s really working. The whole album has a melancholic vibe that really fits the times that we have been facing these past months.
-

Jul 24, 2020Swift explores the alternative genre in this gloomy, cold yet familiar and traditional album, with the vivid, metaphorical lyrical content that has always been part of Swift's musical development. The collab with Bon Iver is one of her best collabs, their voices match perfectly.
-
Jul 24, 2020I love it, it's a lyrical masterpiece, and the music is just warm and sad ay the same time, really her Best album so far
-
Jul 24, 2020Taylor Swift showed off her superior Songwriting skills and vision on this masterpiece, congratulations
-
Jul 24, 2020One of her best album so far. The lyrics, melody, production, voice, and the concept is so good. The way she's singing just like storytelling you can't find from other singer.
-
Jul 24, 2020It's hard to articulate full thoughts after the first listen as I am stunned at how much this album is all Taylor Swift and yet heading in a new direction at the same time. The beauty of her songwriting and the sounds of Aaron Dessner of The National come together perfectly. I think I will be haunted by this album for a long time.

Jul 24, 2020Love this album. It reminds me of an Indie movie album. Every song is so different yet the whole album is so cohesive. I love how she wrote this album while this pandemic was happening and surprisingly dropping it. My favorite songs are my tears ricochet, mirror ball, seven, the last American dream and all the other track lol!!
-
Jul 24, 2020This is Taylor's most serene yet. It pays homage to red and 1989 that resulted to an alternative record none of her contemporaries has the ability to muster
-
Jul 24, 2020An incremented work coming from the artist completely dedicated. The bulbul made me feel light and like I was in a forest feeling a sensation on my skin. Taylor surprised and hopes that the fruits of this work will increase.
-
Jul 24, 2020Mystical , Golden , magical , heavenly , like a lullaby , honey dripping album , celestial

UncutAug 13, 2020It's a sharp turn to the left for Swift and a fine reminder that she is more than just a gleaming pop phenomenon, but a remarkable songwriter too. [Oct 2020, p.36]
-
Aug 7, 2020A modern-folk masterpiece which finds her moving from her previous pop bangers into stunningly simple yet sharp melodies, ‘folklore’ will be going down in Swiftie history as one of her most unexpected, and undoubtedly one of her best.
-
Aug 3, 2020These 16 tracks (17 on the deluxe version) play out quite pleasurably in their entirety, the joins between Swift, Dessner and Antonoff ultimately only of niche interest. But Swift’s powerful songs reach their climaxes with bittersweet orchestrations, rather than blows to the solar plexus or a ringing in the ears. Everything hovers; little truly lands.
