Awful scenario and director work... Very stupid and boring movie... I regret that I have watched this "horror"...

Still a social horror and a sort of critique of capitalism which, however, seemed to me to be a "not at his best" Jordan Peele. The film didn't fully convince me on the idea of dopplegangers as a metaphore to oppressed people who lives in the shadow of privileged ones. This movie seemed to me the smaller and less talented brother of Bong Jon Ho's "Parasite".… Expand

I have always loved Jordan Peele's work and horror movies, not just after Get Out when people became aware of him. I was content with my enjoyment of the movie, but then I saw all these negative reviews that all said the same thing: that theI have always loved Jordan Peele's work and horror movies, not just after Get Out when people became aware of him. I was content with my enjoyment of the movie, but then I saw all these negative reviews that all said the same thing: that the movie was confusing or illogical. Really? A HORROR MOVIE, THAT IS! Does Freddie Krueger make sense? Jeremy Vorhees? a pet cemetery No. In order to frighten us, most horror movies begin and end in fantasy terms that have some basis in truth. It was the first time a villain assaulted us in a dream, which is why Freddie Krueger frightened the living daylights out of people in the 1980s. Reality and fantasy collide.… Expand
