It's hard to imagine a better Spider-Man movie for today's society. Into the Spider-Verse is beautifully and uniquely animated, features a fantastic group of characters (headlined by Miles Morales), contains a fast paced fun story, is reallyIt's hard to imagine a better Spider-Man movie for today's society. Into the Spider-Verse is beautifully and uniquely animated, features a fantastic group of characters (headlined by Miles Morales), contains a fast paced fun story, is really funny (especially the metahumor), and has some great messages. Moreover, the film treats its subject matter and themes with genuine care and seriousness. Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse definitely is one of (if not) the best animated superhero movie(s) ever, a fantastic reinvention of a character already rebooted 4 times, and my favorite animated movie of the year.… Expand

Thoroughly exceeded my expectations. Incredible visuals, kinetic energy, humor in spades, creative styling, it nails every shot it takes - even the bits you wouldn't expect like Spider-Ham.
