  1. Overall, this has made an old ToeJam and Earl fan very happy. I still would rather it be even more like the original title, but the final product is definitely great.
  2. A refreshingly fun and simple game in a world of gaming that seems to thrive on the extremes of realty and destruction... A must have for fans and newbies alike.

No, there ain’t much of a story...and, a’ight, there ain’t a whole lotta depth...but if variety, challenge, off-color humor, and plain stupid fun is what your soul craves, then your soul craves the flava of ToeJam & Earl.

A great videogame filled with some of the most impressive visuals you'll ever see, dripping with style and oozing with funk-essence. [Nov 2002, p.82]
  5. At it's heart, the game is all about collecting presents and funkifying earthlings; and it's a lot of fun, especially with a friend.

There's also a split-screen two-player mode that makes the game twice as fun. [Dec 2002, p.62]
  7. In the case you have kids or nephews; this is a perfect title to introduce young gamers into the world of video gaming. In fact, this may be the best Xbox game for kids.
  8. Official Xbox Magazine
    82
Undeniably fun, with solid controls, tons of charisma, and respectable tech specs. [Dec 2002, p.154]
  9. It’s a good experience even if you have to cope with the camera and constant Xbox Live plugs.

Earls delicate movements have given me ASMR ever since I was a little kid. The diversity that Latisha brings to the game is marvelous. For years and years we have waited for blue aliens to get more representation and now we finally got it. This game is purely incredible. Full Review »

I think Toe Jam and Earl 3 is really cool because it's funny, creative and original.
