    Dreamfall is more an experiment in interactive fiction than a game. Aside from a few easy puzzles, some boring combat (with no more than 10 or 15 enemies in total) and some running around to fetch various items, there is very little actual gameplay. If you're the kind of person who always breezes past cutscenes, you'll probably want to avoid this one since at least 75% of the time you're watching, not playing. While that may all sound fairly negative (and at odds with the 8 rating I'm giving this game) there is much to recommend this game. The soundtrack, voice acting, environments and imagery are all at a very high level and the story is great. From a pure gaming point of view, Dreamfall may fall somewhat short, but for those who enjoy movies as much as they enjoy games and who are able to set aside preconceptions, this is an experience worth checking out.
