Me lo habían recomendado como una revolución gráfica y tan sólo algún efecto de partículas cumple (porque la mayoría son imágenes estáticas, es muy fácil conseguir "fotorealismo" así). La historia es buena pero es tan pausado que llega a aburrir mucho. La animación y el control del personaje, desastrosos. La música y ambientación, eso sí, muy muy buenas, pero para mí no hacen que llegue al aprobado. Creo que hay muchos juegos anteriores muy superiores, incluso en la Xbox One.… Expand

    Buen juego ( NO ES UN Silent Hill )
    Me gusta la jugabilidad me hace recordar a los antiguos juegos de terror, tristemente no explota todo su potencial, pero fuera de eso el juego es entretenido pero no llega a dar mucho mido como es un silent hill o un residet, sobre explotan mucho los jump scare , tienen mucho que mejorar si realmente quiere ser un sucesor de silent hill

    Poor and inconsistent game design.
    Sometimes you can run, sometimes not. Sometimes you can use a power, some times you cannot. It all depends on the plot.
    Paths are very difficult to see. Sometimes you are close to a corridor and the camera shifts so you can see there is a hallway. But it's sooo inconistent. The Dual Screen gimmick is a mess. It only makes the game run poorly. A full    Poor and inconsistent game design.

    But the most annoying things are the checkpoints. I was far away some times and the inconsistent gameplay just failed me. I died and, after a looong loading, I was at the beggining of the **** hotel.
    Give up Bloober Team, you are not good with this kind of game.    … Expand

    No entraba en mis planes pero gracias al Gamepass lo probé y....... me ha encantado... me ha enganchado hasta que lo he acabado... juegazo.... supongo que, cuando salga para otras cónsolas (si algún día sale), le darán las notas que se merece....

    The game is not a 10/10 but I'll give it one since the game deserves better than its current review status (wouldn't be surprised if some Playstation Fans made a metacritic account, just to give it a 0/10).
    I've been playing this game for about 6-7 hours now and I really like it. The visuals can be stunning, the audio is really nice, the only gripe may be the stiff animations, but hey    The game is not a 10/10 but I'll give it one since the game deserves better than its current review status (wouldn't be surprised if some Playstation Fans made a metacritic account, just to give it a 0/10).

    Un jeu très bon. La musique et l'ambiance sont vraiment très bonnes.
    L'ambiance est vraiment particulière et cette idée de 2 mondes superposés en simultané est une bonne trouvaille.
    Il y a un vrai boulot sur la direction artistique. Ca reste un jeu de niche mais aimant ce style, je trouve le jeu vraiment bon et j'ai prit beaucoup de plaisir à y jouer et suivre cette histoire vraiment    Un jeu très bon. La musique et l'ambiance sont vraiment très bonnes.

Pero en la medida que la historia avanza tienes esa sensación de querer jugar más y más ... Gráficamente no es perfecto tiene detalles como texturas que tardan en cargar o algunos errores en la parte final del juego que cargan tarde o aparecen errores en menores que pueden ser solucionados en una actualización... Pero en general todo está muy bueno ... Si tienes más de 30 años te traerá una agradable nostalgia… Expand

    I think I'm half way through the game and all I can say is that wow, it's been a long time since I've been so involved in a story, I'm really glad there is a game like this, the only bad thing is its optimization, I play it on Xbox Series S, other than that, excellent.

    Não tem nada de nova geração nesse jogo, gráficos de geração passada, o boneco anda td engessado, ele é uma mistura de tell me why com heavy rain vc fica caminhando o jogo td nem terror psicológico ele entrega, o raytracing nem existe na versão do series s, no x está capado em 99% o raytracing, sem falar nas quedas de frame, e o vergonhoso 900p no "mostro" e a versão capada dele o series sNão tem nada de nova geração nesse jogo, gráficos de geração passada, o boneco anda td engessado, ele é uma mistura de tell me why com heavy rain vc fica caminhando o jogo td nem terror psicológico ele entrega, o raytracing nem existe na versão do series s, no x está capado em 99% o raytracing, sem falar nas quedas de frame, e o vergonhoso 900p no "mostro" e a versão capada dele o series s 648p, que vexame, cadê o 144p a 60fps microsoft ?… Expand

    This is really WOW for me. I played with Microsoft PASS for PC. I have strong PC - RTX3090 so no any problems with max RTX settings. Very good story too, crg for this title!

    Może historia mogłaby być dłuższa plus tytuł mógłby bardziej straszyć, ale suma summarum - jest BARDZO OK! Naprawdę fajna historia i wizualnie i nowatorsko. Gram w gry nie od dziś, ale MEDIUM na pewno nie zapomnę. Jeden z lepszych tytułów które przeszedłem. W sumie historię można by kontynuować nawet w kolejnym tytule bo mam nawet niedosyt hehe :).

    The story is really intense and well developed. As much as it's not a survival horror, I still felt very tense because of the atmosphere and the amazing soundtrack. One of the best surprises of the year so far.

    I played the game through with my sister and I have to say that it was an absolutely great experience. The setting is very scary and the method of saving souls and learning about the residents of the hotel at the time was incredibly immersive and sparked curiosity. Graphically awesome with facial animations that are not 100% polished. 10/10 AA game

    The Medium is a great game. I really love the gameplay. Moving and solving puzzels in 2 worlds at the same time really is something new. The graphics and audio are also of great quality.

    Great accomplishment by the team.

    Fantastic game. looks very good on my Series-X and I love the music. I know this is not a big budget production. But I am sure Bloober Team can make more and better games in the future.

    O jogo tem uma ambientação bem legal e com essas transições de mundo que te dão uma melhor imersão,esse estilo de câmera que remete aos jogos dos anos 90 é um prato cheio para pessoas que já tiveram a experiência de joga-los,a trilha sonora é bem legal nada à se falar mal dela e uma coisa que eu gostei bastante é eles saberem o momento de te assustar sem precisar de exageros

    Gran juego, cuenta con una buena narración aunque al principio estaba algo floja pero después se vuelve más interesante, además las mecánicas del juego son grandiosas y entretenidas la verdad nunca me cansaron.

    amazing game honestly. if you are looking for braindead action gameplay this aint for you buddy, however if you are looking for a fntastic story driven, atmospheric thriller this is righ up your street.
    Being given bad reviews by ppl that just quite aren't intellegent enough to ply the game, but trust me unless you are alos braindead you will love this.

Главный минус это закрепленная позиция камеры в (хрен пойми где) не удобно!!! (лучше бы сделали как в ведьмаке). Управление легкое и понятное, однако не все клавиши были удобны мне. Игра на 20-30% состоит из хорошо проработанных синематиков, чтоФантастическая игра с хорошей графикой интригующим сюжетом и к сожалению не самыми сложными головоломками (но достаточно занимательными). Главный минус это закрепленная позиция камеры в (хрен пойми где) не удобно!!! (лучше бы сделали как в ведьмаке). Управление легкое и понятное, однако не все клавиши были удобны мне. Игра на 20-30% состоит из хорошо проработанных синематиков, что разбавляют геймплей хорошими сюжетными вставками.     Those saying it has past gen graphics obviously played this game only on YouTube. Graphics are stunning and the only small isseu is with characters. Rest of the game is great. The game is fairly easy and could be more complicated but my vote goes for emotions during gameplay and i had best fun with the game in a long time. The game deserves second part.

    Very much Enjoyed my experience with the medium it gave me a blast of nostalgia with some silent Hill vibes it’s not without floors but nothing a patch couldn’t fix I think a solid attempt to this sort of thing

    Best game from Bloober team till now, the world is so detailed, sounds and music are so immpresive, and the story they really took care in writing it when you get hooked you can't stop. I enjoyed every part of the story and I hope there is a part 2.

    From the beginning the game starts strongly and makes Marianne's world interesting, however once you get into Nowa resort the story fails to hold itself together and becomes too tangled with its smaller details while being ignorant towards the larger ones.

    Marianne's main motive which is to investigate a mysterious caller who has promised to speak to her about her ability to converse with the dead, as well as a reoccurring dream she keeps experiencing is sidelined heavily and in comes a focus on smaller characters and smaller story notes which ultimately add no substance to the plot, such as Ursula, a grief stricken nurse who as a result of her own sadness is possessed and kills the people of the resort. While the description of this character and her acts of horror sound interesting, you never once come in contact with Ursula or experience the horrors of this character as not only is she long gone before Marianne's arrival, her story is mostly shown in collectibles and adds little weight to the plot as never once is she mentioned.

    Then there's Richard, a traumatic painter who has a "Jekyll and Hyde" personality that is controlled by a gargantuous multiple armed monster known as the "Child Eater", who is also collectible material until one scene where he's linked to the plot and if you didn't find enough collectibles to know this same person is Richard, the story looks structurally messy. This is due to how lazily executed their decision making is and ultimately makes collectible hunting a double edged sword where the result is largely inconsequential in Ursula's case, as well as a few other faces you won't meet along the way. However an obligation in Richard's case otherwise you're out of the loop on a large plot detail and left lost.

    With these side plots out the way you may think you find the mysterious voice who was the focal point of the plot, however through the 8 hour + run you never do, it's more useless plot extensions up until the last half hour where the game decides to drop a huge bomb shell that wasn't hinted at once within the story or built up so it seems incredibly forced and out of place.

    As a result the game ends with a flat story and an even messier ending where it's open ended for the sake of trying to push a sequel yet largely lacks suspense.

    Throughout the 8 hour run there's only 5 encounters with an "enemy" and they're delegated to easy stealth situations which can be finished in 10 minutes. The rest of the game has you treading an empty world doing easy puzzles that won't require you to look up a guide once as you're strung along by a story that seemingly makes details up as you go.

    The camera is horrible and can be the reason you miss collectibles and/or doorways meaning you'll be stuck in loop until you find the right area by mistake, the characters outside of Marianne are underdeveloped, lack personality and exist to make the world seem bigger, despite coming off as empty because of this and the musical score is something I don't remember even as I type this, it's so samey and fails to stand out.

    Enemy design is wasted on cutscenes and never once pose a threat or succeed in delivering fear, instead you'll go in a room expecting to be scared yet never encounter anything that makes you scared.

    The voice acting is praiseworthy however and the usage of multiple realities made the game tolerable, but didn't save it from being a common possession story with a lame story. I expected better but I got it off gamepass so I don't feel cheated, just let down.    … Expand

A parte técnica é um espetáculo, ter dois mundos renderizados ao mesmo tempo, além dos puzzles serem muito bons...caramba! Parabéns a Bloober Team por fazer um excelente game! Eu adorei! Joguei no Xbox Series X e está impecável!

    Just finish the game and I love it is very easy but that's not necessarily a bad thing I really love the esthetic of the game and it runs really great on Series X love the end of the game the last cinematic is exciting

    It's a really good game to relax and enjoy the environmental around it

    The game is beautiful and plays smoothly. They really nailed the look and feel of both the spirit and the material worlds. Although there isn't much in the way of complex gameplay, the atmosphere and simple puzzles were good enough to keep me engaged throughout.

    The story was confusing at times. There are a lot of characters with complex interwoven stories that are pieced together by exploring the world and finding notes and memories. The depth of the story is up to the player to discover. That doesn't work if the world isn't interesting enough to want to keep exploring and learning more about it. For me it was just right.

    If you're looking for non stop action, this aint it. But if you want to explore a beautiful, sad world to uncover an engaging story, The Medium is well worth your time.    … Expand

    I do not understand how this game is getting such high scores from reviewers. It's nonsensical. This game is so mediocre. The frames were terrible, the story was lackluster and cliche, and don't get me started on the fixed camera. Its dated and gimmicky overused and boring. I was expecting a next gem unique experience. But I got none. I'd give a lower rating but I feel this is fair enough

    The Medium has a great story that forces you to keep playing to keep unraveling its plot. It has no innovative mechanics, but it underpins the basis of its riddles in the duality of worlds, with a great technical display. Play in series x and the reendering and loading of both worlds was instantaneous. It was a good trip that I enjoyed from start to finish.

    Para ser un juego hecho por un estudio pequeño, técnicamente está muy bien. En cuanto al juego, la historia te atrapa desde el inicio a fin, no quieres despegarte de la pantalla, quieres todo el tiempo saber qué está pasando. Me ha sorprendido de manera positiva. Jugado en PC.

    Despite clunky animations, repetitive gameplay and some technical issues with the Xbox Series X version, I completed The Medium twice. Its dual-reality design, art direction and brilliant soundtrack often made me stop to take in a view or relish the music. Its mature story and atmosphere reminiscent of Silent Hill helped a lot too.     The exclusive Microsoft - The Medium is yet another significant milestone in the catalogue of psychological horror games from Bloober Team, which is increasingly becoming one of the best studios in this area. Without hiding where it comes from, it's an experience horror fans won't want to miss, no matter how short. The duality approach is interesting and has enormous potential. I hope that the Bloober Team will get to work on it again and develop it more in-depth.
