    Realistically the game should be a 7. My rating, however, drops just with how disappointing the game is compared to the hype. It is decent, however, for a game that has been in waiting for so long, it doesn't meet expectations. Beyond this, it is not up to the caliber of the Fallout series or The Elder Scrolls. I just felt it could have been infinitely better than it is.

    Un juego excepcional con cantidad infinita de cosas que hacer, una obra maestra, aquellos que lo critican seguro que ni han jugado; después de las porquerías de juegos que llevamos esta generación de consolas que este juego tenga esta nota es de vergüenza, tenemos los jugadores lo que nos merecemos una generación lleno de refritos.

    Lied to for years about what to expect. Biggest let down in games ever. If you like infinite loading screens and dead environments with AI from the Xbox 360 era then enjoy if you expected what Bethesda promoted you were getting then beware, save your money. Modders might be the only hope this game has to be as good as FO4 was without mods. Rip Bethesda.

    NPCs look a bit goofy, lots of menus and some loading screens, 30fps but everything else is so amazing that it makes up for these negatives. Yah I wish the space travel was seamless but it’s a space RPG, not a space sim.

    The planets are nice to explore and can look really pretty. The factions and questlines are some of the best that Bethesda has ever created and really took that criticism    NPCs look a bit goofy, lots of menus and some loading screens, 30fps but everything else is so amazing that it makes up for these negatives. The gunplay, ship combat, customization is all great and even tho it’s 30fps, it still feels smooth. The companions are well written, well voice acted and may be Bethesda’s best. They really took the RPG aspect criticism to heart and added lots of depth with skill checks, speech checks, choices, good character builds, backgrounds and traits. A huge improvement over Fallout 4 and Skyrim.

    In general, it’s a good RPG and a great game. The old Bethesda that we loved is back and clearly put effort so don’t listen to the review bombing or salty PS5 fanboys. Gave me lots of hope for ES6    … Expand

    After playing 23 hours on Starfield. I'm in love with the game. You really start to enjoy the game when your about 7 hours into the game. There so much to do. Once I finish the game I might play as a bad person on another save file making all the evil choices.

    This game is solid. I’ve never really liked the older Bethesda’s games because I’m more of a sci-fi person and Starfield scratched that itch for me. This game has me captivated and I’m about 54 hours in and I still have a lot to do. Don’t mind all these people trying to review bomb it they hating because they hopping on a hate-bandwagon.

    Bethesda do it again. A masterpiece, the best game of the year. Hundred of planets, thousand of thinks to do. Exploring the universe is really funny.

    I don't understand the hate this game is getting, don't hear the console warriors, I'm currently 25 hours into the game and it's freakin awesome, you'll be hooked (not instantly) but in the first 5 hrs that's for sure, planets are beautiful, ship building is tons of fun, combat has been improved from past Bethesda's games.     titanico enorme y grandioso me encanta la dedicacin que tiene todo el juego desde la personalizacion hasta la exploracion, realmente te absorbe dentro de una travesia espacial un RPG grandioso que te mantiene pegado a la pantalla por horas tiene pocas fallas pero en general es simplemente uno de los mejores juegos que he jugado y una estrella entre todos los juegos de bethesda

    the graphics are good story is ok (not great unfortunately) it is a Bethesda game, so if you like they're games you will like this otherwise....... but keep in mind the ahip doesn't have real space travel, it has some space battles and fast travel, you can't travel from planet A to planet b without fast travel. if you want    good game.. i'll say between 7-8,

    The game is fantastic. Very good story and keeps me hooked. Everywhere I go there is a reason to explore. The constellation team is really cool and with very good writing. I got the dream home trait and my first hours were about getting money to pay the house. Start the Vangard quest line earlier because it gives a lot of context to the universe of Starfield. The game is fantastic.

    It's a stunning experience. I can see why some people don't like it. But trust me when I say you need to decide for yourself. And stick with it, it's only gotten better for me. It wasn't a 10. Now it is. Bethesda has done it again. Best one since Oblivion.

    Amazing game don't listen to all the fanboys trying to review bomb the game. it starts slow but gets better and better. Best game I have played in the last 10years. Its really pathetic that there are so many people trying to destroy the game because its not on PlayStation.

    Been playing it for 50 hours. It has minor design flaws (inventory management), but the mass of tasks and quests is unique.
    In addition, there is a fantastic unused setting. Absolutely recommendable

    This is my first BGS game except for maybe fallout NV. And I’m absolutely in Love with starfield. Is it perfect? No but this experience so far has been. So all you PlayStation cultist cope because millions of people are enjoying starfield and as they should. Again not perfect but man what a blast so far.

    With this vastness comes this enormous feeling of discovering what could happen if I go there. Maybe nothing happens, and I have a beautiful view to enjoy or build a post in a remote place in space.

    This game made me go back, play, and appreciate Cyberpunk and No mans sky again. All the npc's are dead faced and lifeless. Exploring is non existed and the way to play is just fast travel everywhere and sit with multiple loading screens to go anywhere. The fighting is incredibly clunky and outdated and done better by 10+ year old games. I was really hoping for something that immerse meThis game made me go back, play, and appreciate Cyberpunk and No mans sky again. All the npc's are dead faced and lifeless.     Desde Elden Ring eu não me prendo tanto a um jogo como Starfield.
    O jogo possuiu pontos negativos e positivos,mas o positivos prevalecem tanto que acabamos esquecendo dos problemas.
    A texturas do ambiente ( naves,edifícios e planetas) são excelentes. A iluminação desde jogo é uma das melhores que eu já vi. A trilha sonora casa com todo o gameplay,dando ênfase em cenas de batalhas e    Desde Elden Ring eu não me prendo tanto a um jogo como Starfield.

    Quiero comenzar diciendo que, durante el acceso anticipado, lo probé en una series s, con la cual me encontré con un gran rendimiento, a pesar de que iba a 30FPS, se sentía como si estuviera implementando FPS fantasma, lo que lo hacía sentir un poco más fluido de lo que normalmente son 30 FPS.
    Ahora lo estoy jugando en una PC:
    R5 3600 RTX 3060 12GB 16 RAM 3000MHZ En cuanto al juego y    Quiero comenzar diciendo que, durante el acceso anticipado, lo probé en una series s, con la cual me encontré con un gran rendimiento, a pesar de que iba a 30FPS, se sentía como si estuviera implementando FPS fantasma, lo que lo hacía sentir un poco más fluido de lo que normalmente son 30 FPS.
    Ahora lo estoy jugando en una PC:
    R5 3600
    RTX 3060 12GB
    16 RAM 3000MHZ
    En cuanto al juego y sus mecánicas, precisamente vengo terminando una sesión de 5 horas, ya que principalmente la temática de las bases me entretuvo demasiado, buscando los materiales para construir las máquinas de extracción de recursos, yendo de un planeta a otro, y encontrarme con la sorpresa de naves combatiendo entre sí, e inmiscuirte en el combate es algo que le da aún más valor al juego. Este juego es tan adictivo como lo es Fallout 4, tanto que incluso hoy lo sigo jugando, así como el decepcionante Fallout 76, del cual noto más parecido con el sistema de extracción de recursos. Asi como una implementación de vista cenital, el cual es un gran acierto, ya que me hace recordar demasiado al Forge de la saga Halo, la cual es mi favorita.

    Quiero terminar, mencionando que hay sucesos muy random en el juego, que te abren distintas cadenas de misiones, en mi caso me metí a robar un almacén, y de pronto el guardia se dio cuenta de esto, me dio la opción de rendirme, y ahora estoy sirviendo a una rama especial de las CU contra los piratas.    … Expand

El juego es muy bueno y está muy bien optimizado, hay gente que dice que se topa con muchos Bugs, más sin embargo a mi solo me han ocurrido 4 en más de 27 horas de juego, las mecánicas están muy bien y las misiones son divertidas, además de que te entretienes demasiado explorando y haciendo secundarias.
    La verdad un JUEGAZO con escenarios diversos y muy buenos, la banda sonora es perfecta, los gráficos no son los mejores, pero ni de cerca están mal, el juego es justo lo que es un juego de Bethesda y se disfruta mucho por eso.    … Expand

    Starfield has been out now for a week with early access. and I have to say that I share many feelings and opinions that the community do with this game. It is a very slow burn to begin with -- but once you get going, you can’t put the damn thing down.

    We will start at the begining of the game however, not discussing the story aspect but just how it goes. It’s a Bethesda title so it’s a nice little tutorial. You learn basics: walking, talking, mining, shooting, navigating menus, using your ship etc…

    The tutorial is a good entry into the game. There’s a lot to learn, but the game doesn’t throw everything at you all at once. You progressively learn how to things such as outposts and upgrading your ship. However, some areas such as the Digipicking minigame are not explained well enough and would have benefited from a better explanation.

    During the tutorial you will also create your character. This is a pretty detailed one, you can really go in on how you want to look, choose your name (and pronouns!) Aswell as a backgrounds and some traits which can unlock some new dialogue options or alter the way you play.


    Let’s not beat around the bush and ignore the main part of what makes Starfield a Space RPG. Space! The controls for your ship are basic and easy to understand after a short time using it. Space combat is relatively basic but with perks you can get a bit more advanced, taking out enemies weapons to prevent them shooting you or destroying their engines and docking then boarding their ship.

    Additionally, despite space being so vast with numerous systems within the Settled Systems, it’s not always empty — of course, it will be a lot of the time but you can often find yourself encountering various NPCs who you can interact with, some are just fun little encounters, some will involve fighting. A bit of variety to make you question whether you should prepare for a fight whenever you see a ship infront of you.

    Landing back on the surface, let’s talk exploration. When you land on a planet/moon you will be given a tile to explore. Various points of interests can generate in these tiles and ships can occasionally land. However we must note that it can be at times, tedious to get on/off a surface as you will experience a load screen, animation and another load screen. I must say also, the points of interests can be really interesting with some quests/hidden story & lore buried within them if you’re a keen explorer.

    Graphically I don’t feel experienced enough to comment on this part of the game; but I recommend you check out Digital Foundry’s in-depth analysis.

    Cities: Skylines, are beautiful. The cities feel very lived in, busy, bustling. However I’d be lying if I said the NPC civilians looked great, they can be questionable but I do excuse Bethesda bit on this as they’re meant just for background noise, the key NPCs are much better modelled.

    In conclusion: Starfield is a great game if you can stomach the slow burn before you feel it start to really open up for you. The game has its ups and downs but the ups far outweighed the downs for me. There’s a lot to do and a lot to explore but this game doesn’t throw it all at once. There’s flaws such as bugs, crashes, badly explained mechanics, load screens and poor NPC models but given how far and few the crashes were, how I gradually learned the mechanics I struggled, how fast the game loaded and how rarely I looked at an NPC long enough to care? I don’t feel these detracted from the game for me    … Expand

    Currently 16 hours into the game and its one of the best games I have played this year, done 9 missions but the majority of my time is looking around planets exploring them and taking in the breath taking visuals. the 30 fps isn't as hard to adjust to as I mostly play on PC at 240hz but you soon get used to it without it feeling off or annoying. once I have done the game I will update the review

    After nearly 4 1/2 days of playtime, I can comfortably say this game is amazing. The attention to detail keeps you immersed while the story hooks you in. Even many side quests expand into epic journeys. You can actually Role Play and shape your story based on your decisions. I was hoping for a Mass Effect Sandbox and Bethesda managed to exceed that in glorious fashion. 10/10 and my Game ofAfter nearly 4 1/2 days of playtime, I can comfortably say this game is amazing. The attention to detail keeps you immersed while the story hooks you in. Even many side quests expand into epic journeys. You can actually Role Play and shape your story based on your decisions.     Please ignore the sony fanboys with their fake reviews if you have gamepass try the game for at least a few hours and form your own opinion, however I paid full price plus early access and the game is worth it 100% if you like any other Bethesda games, mass effect or space and planetary exploration this game is for you.

    Starfield has a slow start but when you get into it, its as fun as any other Bethesda RPG. I'm about 40 hours in as I write this and i had 0 crashes and minimum of bugs. Those bugs were mostly funny than annoying, and none of them were game breaking. Loading screens were a bit of a let down but I got used to them too. The thing I have to say is most annoying to me is the surface map.. IStarfield has a slow start but when you get into it, its as fun as any other Bethesda RPG.     Incredibly boring game. There are a LOT of loadongs here that breaks the rhythm of the game. The are some good ideas here but the execution is lousy and all there os left is a really slow experience full of loadinga and disappintments.

    I have been playing for over 48 hours since the 31st and I am totally sucked in. I don't understand the complaints for this game.     The game isn't perfect. The inventory management could have been streamlined a little bit more. The game could have also explained things a little better at times. On rare occasions, npcs walk in front of characters you are in a conversation with. But beyond that, the game is super polished the and amount of content in Starfield is insane. The voice acting (quality and variety), environments, lighting, rpg mechanics, breath and depth of mechanics, and sound design are the real standouts here. And the game is FUN.    … Expand

    Formula bethesda de ser que não me agrada. A história até que é interessante, mas, com mecânica ultrapassada e chata. Pontos positivos:
    - som
    - história - gunplay
    - batalha de naves, mas,.....

    Pontos negativos:
    - limite de carga
    - loadings constantes
    - sistema venda
    - nas batalhas de naves não dá fugir/evitar
    - sistema estático das conversas. Os npcs parecem robôs sem emoções

    After 70+ hours I still love that game. Combat is awesome, Flying is good, Story is amazing and in cases, graphics are incredible. The characters, dialogs and side missions are over the top. i am seeing myself playing for a long time.

    Wow la verdad es un juegazo, excelente historia y muy divertido y lo mejor es que lo compre en Xbox y como tiene "Xbox Play Anywhere" lo puedo jugar tanto en mi consola Xbox Series X como en mi Asus Rog Ally asi que me puedo ir a la casa de mi suegra y ahi seguir jugando donde lo deje en mi consola

    The best game ever made.

    It hooks you to the game unlike any other game. You even think about it in office hours and once you are back you start playing it till 3-4 AM. It might start slow but once you get the good stuff it won’t stop at all

    Starfield is just stunning because it is :
    * wonderful (universe, art design, music),
    * very complete (objects, weapons, quests, gameplays, ...) * very good on stories and writing * out of scale on details * impressive on the combinations of mecanics, the physical engine, and technically (almost no bug, huge scale and many details) * and finally immersive et captivating. Starfield    Starfield is just stunning because it is :
    * wonderful (universe, art design, music),
    * very complete (objects, weapons, quests, gameplays, ...)
    * very good on stories and writing
    * out of scale on details
    * impressive on the combinations of mecanics, the physical engine, and technically (almost no bug, huge scale and many details)
    * and finally immersive et captivating.

    Starfield corrects on Day One all Skyrim (96 metascore) Day One issues :
    * no 20 fps (but solid 30fps)
    * no long loadings each time ou entrer or leave a building
    * very less bugs, and * much more life in towns
    * a main quest as good as secondary ones * high level graphics, * much better facial animations,

    After playing for more than 40 hrs on both my Xbox and PC I feel like I am just getting started. The game is awesome, the universe is really good the gameplay is great and the story is amazing. The main story and all the side stories are really good. It's a must-play for me. I feel like I will be playing the game for years.

    Один чёс маргетинговый Фила и Тодда со всех щелей, одни заявления Тодда про то что это Некст Ген игра чего стоят, не считая остальных заявлений клоунов из беседки.
    диалоги плоское уг, сюжет туда же.
    Куча пустых планет с камнями и контентом ctrl+c ctrl+v оптимизации нет, ещё и куча багов.
    Учитывая что мелкософт это некий говномидас в индустрии, то не удивительно что на выходе будут выходить такие кривые помои как Старфилд пополняя ряды Redfall.    … Expand

    I have put nearly 80 hours into the game and feel like I've barely scratched the surface. This is by far my favorite game of 2023. The story is good, the side quests are super enthralling. I haven't really even delved into the ship builder, outposts or crafting which I'd really love to dive into. The combat is excellent, extremely polished shooting mechanics.     Starfield is the biggest RPG of the generation! Loads of things to do, great gunplay, and the story is one of the best I've ever seen. Xbox and Bethesda have a huge 1st party exclusive hit on their hands with this one. Fans will be playing this 20 years from now.

    A lot of people are going to miss out on a great game because of how slow it is to click. I went into it knowing this and still felt like it wasn't going to happen. I wouldn't trade that feeling of starting down one quest only to realize an hour later you've been pulled into something completely different and thinking this is what I was doing. It all seems completely overwhelming from the jump, but these huge epics are unlike anything available. Taken as a whole, without breaking each mechanic or art choices down to its constituent parts, Starfield is the best & most original BGS title yet,BGS are truly enigmatic game designers. They have a tried & true formula sure, but their bread and butter is creating worlds within worlds. It all seems completely overwhelming from the jump, but these huge epics are unlike anything available. Taken as a whole, without breaking each mechanic or art choices down to its constituent parts, Starfield is the best & most original BGS title yet, and my favorite space themed game ever so far. The feelings of awe that pervade every new discovery with the freedom to interact with these random environments via NPC encounters, base building, surveying, or raiding outposts, etc etc just bolsters my appreciation for this art form, my favorite hobby, in a way I can’t really compare elsewhere.     Honestly this game is amazing, probably the thing that made people angry was the loading screens or maybe that thousands of people thought that each planet would be the map from Zelda, but listen guys this game is huge and enjoyable, I recommend this game a lot, besides it’s on gamepass what else do you guys want?

    Currently 30 hours into the game. This is the most premium, well made Bethesda game of all time. It is now my favourite bgs game ever made. I lose track of hours. When I'm not playing, I'm thinking about what to do next in game, or talking to friends about it, or watching streams of it.

    I love this game.

    Started off slow.... but now 50hrs in and can't put it down...
    Graphic isnt the best but passable...
    30fps is fairly smooth but a few drips here and there...
    No major bugs so far...

    It is true that you'll find a good number of barren wastelands with little to do other than extracting some resources and take off to more interesting places, but again it really depends on how you want to play. There's so much to do, so many systems and abilities to explore, missions to complete, spaceships to loot, and species to catalogue, that I honestly don't think there's anybody who thinks that exploring every square meter of this universe is the better way to enjoy Starfield.

Bethesda has once again mastered the things it built its reputation on – world building, quest design, and deep customization. However, it’s found new things to excel at too, with exciting combat and a novel implementation of New Game Plus.
