    Starfield is basically fallout 4 in space with a better dialog system and better side quests. I hated fallout 4 but I really like starfield mainly because Bethesda went more back to their previous roots in rpg mechanics with this game then a more casual approach like they did in Fallout 4. The game is good and I have fun in Starfield and this game would have been an 8 for me. However, thisStarfield is basically fallout 4 in space with a better dialog system and better side quests. I hated fallout 4 but I really like starfield mainly because Bethesda went more back to their previous roots in rpg mechanics with this game then a more casual approach like they did in Fallout 4. The game is good and I have fun in Starfield and this game would have been an 8 for me. However, this game has had the same graphics, same bugs and same loading screens since skyrim.     Um dos piores jogos que já joguei no Xbox, um jogo vazio, muito repetitivo, gráficos abaixo do que foi mostrado, mecânica totalmente bugada, npc cheio de erros gráficos e no resumo o pior lançamento da Microsoft. Ficar hypando jogo da nisso, agora eu tenho que ficar ouvindo os sonysta zoando!

    Overhype for what was supposed to be another Bethesda game. Copypaste galore of identical buildings and identical caves full of identical furnishings and identical encounters makes Dragon Age II’s map design look diverse. Another dead brain A.I. with no improvement what-so-ever from previous Bethesda's iterations. A lot of useless social skill tree making it pointless to skill up.Overhype for what was supposed to be another Bethesda game. The space exploration is dumb down to point and click adventure (with alot of menus to get around) riddled with loading screens everywhere! Boring story and empty planet to be discover.. if you spent hours of your real time to go on your space adventures instead of point and click, you will be greet with jpegs version of the planet from your ship’s window.. With nothing new to offer instead of the setting is in space, this is good ol' Bethesda game over and over but should have no place in 2023 unless for nostalgia reason. And if you want to waste your 12 to 20 hours before the game supposedly to 'get fun', then go ahead, enjoy the ride.… Expand

    The beginning of the game is extremally slow, the story starts off with you as a miner, touching some magic relic and having a vision and now some historic organization, called the constellation, apparently thinks you're good enough to join just because you delivered the relic. it makes no sense.

    Otherwise the game is expansive, samey, the combat is below expectations in 2023, and the bugs ruin immersion with so many characters staring at you, walking into walls, floating, and getting in your way, extremely poor and inconsistent facial animations and running animations, horrible weight system where you can barely carry anything.

    People think this is fun/funny but they're usually distracting when a game tries to be serious.

    Otherwise, performance is horrible, I have a 3080 and the FPS in the cities and random, empty, planets drops from 120 fps to under 30. It has such a massive gap in FPS for no reason at all, even in scenarios where nothing is happening on screen. NMS had seamless landing on planets and flying in a planets atmosphere and was more stable yet this has the backing of MS and 9,000 members of staff.

    BGS have made the same reskinned combat/AI/animations for over a decade and a half and its time to hold them to a higher standard.    … Expand

    The pain of the paid media to think this is "review bombing" is cringe beyond belief, shows how dark the gaming market has become. I played this game for around 15 hours and I was bored out of my mind. I could waste my time listing out every fault and problem but I would be here all day. I would give this game a 3-4 out of 10 but it loses marks simply because of the audacity of the companyThe pain of the paid media to think this is "review bombing" is cringe beyond belief, shows how dark the gaming market has become.     I went in expecting the best and wow. did it not deliver at all. this game ran slow, there was pop in, constant screens, terrible inventory. I do not own a playstation, but this was the game that would keep me in the ecosystem. and i think i might switch and go try some spiderman or something. its a hassle to pull our 500 dollars again lol.     No 60fps is inexcusable. Other games this gen look MUCH better and are 60fps, or significantly higher eg recently Hogwarts, GOWRagnarok.

    Somehow even worse than typical bethesda trash. The whole game is about as well optimized as fallout 4 boston and as soon as you install it you need to download a mod to remove the green tint so the game doesn't look like vomit. Bugs and loading screens everywhere. It does have plenty of empty computer generated planets to explore if you're into that.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The most over hyped, over inflated title I've seen in a long time. The character creation is so limited compared to its contemporaries and even previous Bethesda titles. Only 1 kind of blue eye colour but loads of reds and yellows for some reason, and only one type of long beard, and its got a twirly whirly moustache attached to it that you can't change. If you watched streamers talking about the game look at how all their characters look basically the same, you'll see what I mean about limited choice. The story is basic and rushed. The way you obtain a ship is hilarious, some guy turns up and just give it to you, a complete stranger, no questions asked! Also the whole "I touched an artefact and now I have visions" is such an overused trope, Mass effect did it, and did better frankly. The game also stutters, locks up and lags in conversations making it look like a badly dubbed movie. I'm told this is because I have to buy new hardware to run this game. So on top of the £60 for the game, I have to spend an additional £80 to buy a SSD because the game won't run on HDD. My computer is less than 2 years old, it runs most games on ultra, no problem, but starfield runs like a clunky even on low. That just seems like Bethesda designed themselves into a corner, and the only solutions were either spend a lot of money to make it run on standard hardware, or let the customer absorb the cost by making it for SSD only. So they opted for us to pay for their mistake. Just a theory, but seems logical to assume that's what happened.… Expand

    A magnificent game, obviously not perfect because no one is.
    A game with a vastness of planets to visit with each its own physics.
    The best thing about Starfield is the immersiveness it offers making you spend hours and hours playing it.

    This game is **** boring. I wanted to play on the phone at the same time so as not to fall asleep. And this is not to mention the terrible bugs, crashes, and so on. I'm really afraid for the fate of TES6

    It is true that you'll find a good number of barren wastelands with little to do other than extracting some resources and take off to more interesting places, but again it really depends on how you want to play. There's so much to do, so many systems and abilities to explore, missions to complete, spaceships to loot, and species to catalogue, that I honestly don't think there's anybody who thinks that exploring every square meter of this universe is the better way to enjoy Starfield.

    While it has weak spots and doesn’t push many boundaries, Starfield is still an excellent RPG experience. Bethesda has once again mastered the things it built its reputation on – world building, quest design, and deep customization. However, it’s found new things to excel at too, with exciting combat and a novel implementation of New Game Plus.
