    Give Scorn a chance if you feel like you can enjoy this game as an experience, rather than a strictly gameplay-focused project. Otherwise some questionable design choices and short length will most likely just bore you to death.

    It's great that the creative vision of the developer is out there in the world of Scorn. The bold choice of not having any hints about what to do and no leading narrative is a courageous one; one that I applaud. What lets Scorn down though is the fact that the puzzles aren't that inspiring, a bit too bland.

    Scorn isn’t for everyone. Gameplay lacks depth and it is definitely on the short side. But none of that matters once you take in the incredible art direction and haunting atmosphere. Scorn may not be a great game at times, but as far as experiences go, this is a most memorable one.

    Scorn it’s a f***ing ugly game. And at the same time, it’s really f***ing beautiful. Maybe one of a kind.

    As far as horror games that ape the works of H.R. Giger are concerned, Scorn is certainly one of the most interesting examples around, and many of its puzzles are nicely executed. However, crappy combat cramps Scorn’s style, while the unrelenting bleakness of the thing will leave you feeling deflated.

    Scorn is a visual atmospheric feast, but the focus on atmosphere left the title without solid gameplay and a narrative, making it as confusing as the conclusion.

    Took me 3 hours to finish the game, a short game with bad graphics, bad gameplay and bad mechanics and bad movements
    I'm really disappointed.

    Gamepass effect taking over. When I read that Scorn has been in development since 2014 I got my hopes up, but in the end I was severely letGamepass effect taking over. Took about 5 hours to beat, and the entire experience was boring, no music, everything looks the same, confusing puzzles that aren't satisfying as much as they are confusing. Hopefully others enjoy this game, but it just didn't click with me at all.… Full Review »

    You want to hear the plot? (no spoilers) - You just revive, walk and push buttons for 4 hours and die.
