    No puedes sacar un shooter a 30 fps y encima con problemas de apuntado... si a esto le sumas que el juego no aporta nada y tiene problemas técnicos mal vamos. Parece que xbox se está saboteando a sí misma, otra vez.

    Lo he jugado y seguiré haciéndolo para terminarlo al 100%, pero debo ponerle un aprobado justo por haber salido antes de haberlo terminado sin los fallos en la IA y algún que otro bug. Como dato positivo: una idea original que jugado con l@s colegas resulta divertido. Soy jugador en Ps4 , Xbox y STEAM; mi valoración es imparcial pues soy GAMER y no un HATER fanboy de plataformas.     Très déçu après 2 jours et pas mal d'heures pour un titre que j'attendais beaucoup. J'ai l'impression de me forcer à jouer et de retourner sur les débuts PS4/XboxOne le tout dans une mollesse de gameplay incroyable.

    Quand Arkane sait nous faire des Disonhored/ Bioshock/Deathloop... le talent et savoir faire devraient être au rendez-vous.     Disappointing 1st party release for Microsoft. Shoddy CG for story, texture pop-in on the Series X is very noticeable. Performance was poor though setting it to 80 degrees and switching off motion blur helped - but not much. A VRR TV has helped fill in some gaps giving it a more smoother experience. Just a very last-gen game, nothing to show off Xbox's more powerful setup compared to theDisappointing 1st party release for Microsoft.     As someone who mostly prefers to play games that are cooperative in nature, Redfall delivers for me in a way that other games haven’t in a long while. There really aren’t many games where you take the role of a predefined character and get dedicated narrative beats as you are playing cooperatively with friends who have all taken up different roles.

    Sure, this game isn’t perfect. Graphical    As someone who mostly prefers to play games that are cooperative in nature, Redfall delivers for me in a way that other games haven’t in a long while. There really aren’t many games where you take the role of a predefined character and get dedicated narrative beats as you are playing cooperatively with friends who have all taken up different roles.

    Sure, this game isn’t perfect. Graphical issues flicker on the screen, the game has booted me out to the character selected screen once or twice. Also, it is true that the enemy AI does seem to take too long to respond, or aren’t triggered fast enough. Some of the settings around how this game controls with a gamepass need adjustment, but this is currently doable in the options. All of this however doesn’t necessarily bring down the experience all that much as the game is still challenging (on hard difficulty) and a ton of fun with friends. Moving from mission to mission with friends is seamless. Loading in and fast traveling are very quick. There is so much opportunity for moments of emergent gameplay as you work with your buddies and combine your skills and abilities to take on missions which are designed to be approached in multiple ways. More, Redfall’s atmosphere has pulled me in. I’m interested to continue to unfold what’s happened in this town. And, overall, it’s art style hits a tone of being fun but also scary, mysterious. I think a lot of the discourse around this game stems from outside factors. There is very clearly a bias against MS and Xbox and I think it has mired a very special game. But even in just a matter of a few days it’s clear that public sentiment around this game does not match the critical reaction. I’ve seen people that haven’t played on Xbox in years sign online to try this game and I’ve received multiple messages about how it’s a ton of fun.

    I would recommend giving this game a try at some point. If the technical issues are a barrier for you, I would say come back later after they’ve been patched. But overall, I see myself finishing this completely in co-op at least once and even coming back to complete multiple times in solo play.    … Expand

Broken AI, uninspired world, the npcs talk at you, with not real dialogue, no real cutscenes, nothing that makes an Arkane game an Arkane game.     I bought game on play keep freezing and the graphic bad terrible and story don’t make sense and I did decide and story don’t make sense refund get my money and not worth $70 and the worth $4 and lot problem and vampire crash all map can’t attack and and zombie can’t attack and whole game don’t make sense story and map too short and good day

    Un juego muy bajo tecnicamente, graficos y una IA lamentable. No es un juego de 80 napo, es de 30 como mucho. Bueno el juego se puede jugar, pero se nota que le falto mucho mas desarrollo porque se ve.

    It follows the Farcry formula, aka open world first person shooter where you 'one man army' the enemy one neighborhood at a time, but this game blows Farcry out of the water. Keeping with this comparison Redfall has tons more enemy types (which was always my knock on Farcry), better 'outposts' where the missions are actually unique, cooler weapons like a a UV ray gun not justIt follows the Farcry formula, aka open world first person shooter where you 'one man army' the enemy one neighborhood at a time, but this game blows Farcry out of the water. Keeping with this comparison Redfall has tons more enemy types (which was always my knock on Farcry), better 'outposts' where the missions are actually unique, cooler weapons like a a UV ray gun not just rifle/piston/shotgun etc., special abilities, and way less but better collectables that actually contribute to the story and incentivize you to look for them.

    Speaking from someone whos played 20 hours solo the game is creepy as hell. The game is so atmospheric and dark that I think playing with other people would kind of ruin the experience of sneaking around corners through a dark house with your flashlight. Tons of details in the world and you can actually go inside a lot of houses/stores around the island.

    Performance wise, textures take a ton of time to load and framerate is just ok. I'm writing this a week after release so pretty par for the course for games these days. Devs already said they would support this game long after the release so if you want to buy it, wait a few months. If you have gamepass its a must play.    … Expand

    The concept is brutal, the result mediocre. A game with simple graphics that would have been worth it if it had good FPS performance and better IA. With the hype that Xbox has given it, I expected much more. Hope they fix it and I can change my score.

    Although RedFall was a much anticipated game that doesn't hide the fact it came out half-baked. A bug fest, fps dipping, faulty Ai, and with a $70 price tag to add salt to the injury. Microsoft sent RedFall out to die without giving it a chance to shine.

    I have over 70 hours in game now. Gameplay is a absolute blast. Multiplayer part is amazing as you can go where you want to and do two mission in one go each his own side.

    I give it a big 10/10 because i love the game and it deserve way more rating !

The Details are amazing and the Gunplay is some of the best i've ever seen. The AI is stellar. The Story is left me Breathless throughout the entire game with very interesting twist and turns. This clearly there magnum opus and i have no idea how they can beat it. Redfall has some of the best Level Design you will ever seen.

    This is by far the best Game Arkane has ever made its one of the most detailed OW games i've seen in my Life. Rockstar will have a hard time to match that with the upcoming GTA VI. They really pulled it off. All bets are off now the Sky is the limit for Xbox Game Studios and the Future never looked Brighter.    … Expand

    Sin ser un juego perfecto, porque no lo es, la historia y la inmersión es de mucha calidad y se disfruta mucho jugarlo, es muy divertido. Los únicos fallos que tiene son los 30fps,la IA que deja un poco que desear y el fallo de texturas de vez en cuando. Yo lo seguiré jugando por el momento.

I dont recommend buying it right now but I recommend trying it out on game pass and see if you like it for yourself. Really easy to pile on a game nowadays instead of trying it out for yourself and giving it a fair shot.     Honestly, my only issue with game is the Ai which hopefully will be fixed soon. I play on Series X and I haven't come across any bugs after 4 hours of playing the game and having fun with it. The variety of weapons, characters and the game's atmosphere are great.

I go downstairs I see a delivery truck the logo for it is so blurry it looks like a 640x480 bmp got blown up to 2560x1440 or something.     Probably one of the worst-made games of 2023. No passion and looked to be built for future microtransactions. I refuse to believe that QA and internal reviewers looked at this and told publishers that this game was ready. Microsoft is 100% to blame for allowing a game like this to release in its current state. Microsoft should have delayed this game an extra 20 years

    Clearly there are bugs but I've been enjoying the game. And don't think the Review Bombing is fair to the Devs who have spent the past 5yrs working on this game. Not the best out nor is it even close to the worst....I personally feel (minus the bugs) people just had a certain expectation for the game, Based off a Misleading Game Trailer....But overall I've been really having fun with the game

This is, by far, the worst game I've played in a very long time. All the things the professional critics have said about it -- terrible graphics, braindead AI, awful shooting, terrible mission design, etc -- are all 100% accurate. IJust when I thought I wouldn't play an exclusive game stinkier than Forspoken this year, along comes Microsoft (via Arkane Austin) to say "hold my beer". This is, by far, the worst game I've played in a very long time. All the things the professional critics have said about it -- terrible graphics, braindead AI, awful shooting, terrible mission design, etc -- are all 100% accurate. I absolutely cannot recommend anyone waste their precious time playing any part of this game as it's rotten to the core. The time you waste playing this is time from your life that you will NEVER get back. Respect yourself enough to take a hard pass on this game and find something else to play.

    Thank God Game Pass saved me from spending full retail price on this travesty -- but don't forget that *THIS* was the first game Microsoft wanted $70 for.    … Expand

My recommendation to anyone looking into these reviews is to save time and buy games like Borderlands or Doom or even Duke Nukem 3D, which still look decent, have great AI, fun hooking gameplay, and a rewarding experience. P.S.: I don't blame Microsoft for this because you can't make an AAAI give this game 1 point because I paid for it through my game pass and didn't pay the full price.     A gente consegue achar jogos piores que Redfall. Velozes e furiosos, Rambo etc. A gente não consegue é um jogo tão ruim, cercado de uma expectativa enorme, de um bom estúdio (Arkane) em um período que o Xbox precisava tanto de jogos. Praticamente todos os tipos de problemas estão presentes neste jogo.

    The whole game feels like it was written by an Artificial Intelligence. It is shocking how a game this bad can come from arkane studios, the studio behind masterpieces like Prey and Dishonored. This game is honestly everything that is wrong with modern AAA gaming.

    What a mess of a game. From the story, and the glitches, to the horrible AI enemies. The entire game should have been nuked from orbit and started from the ground up. Even if patches could be added later to fix the performance problems, the story and gameplay are not worth your time and energy. There are other games that do what Redfall tried to do better in every way.

However, amazingly enough there hasn’t been a peep out of the devs. My gamepass is expiring and Microsoft has given me zero reason to renew so I tried this today. Wow it’s bad, really bad. This is a mostly broken game that's fun for a few hours then too easy and too broken and no matchmaking.

The game wont even work on my PC which is admittedly outdated and can't run some of the large triple A titles. I hope eventually this gets patched enough to be playable to I can at least experience half of what Arcane intended for it's audience. Until then, under no circumstances should ANYONE pay $70 for this game. Even after patches, I would suggest waiting till the price comes down.     Lo instalé del gamepass sin prejuicios y lo jugué un par de días pero lo desinstalé en unas horas.

    The result is a game with no identity of its own. Redfall simultaneously wants to be a looter shooter like Borderlands, in an open world like Fallout's, with action like Dying light and a lengthy multiplayer experience like Destiny. But it fails on all counts. The game environments are bleakly empty, the gameplay is wooden. Like the vampires from the world of Redfall, the game has no soul.

    Sadly, Redfall had unbelievable potential and a dynamic studio behind this that is known for quality gaming, but under delivered at quite literally almost every facet of the game. Redfall, unfortunately, should be avoided, and in fact, I hope that the industry starts taking a look at these games and starts evaluating its processes, because if you're only as good as your last game, then Arkane isn't looking good at all.
