    Shame on Arkane for releasing this half-baked, empty-world garbage. We expect this kind of nonsense from Bethesda, but do they have to drag down another formerly-prestige developer in the process. They should rename this game Refund.

I have preferred Xbox for games like gears halo and the controller but the controller for the ps5 is a vast improvement and ps owns them when it comes to games !!!full stop .     Personally, I really liked the game, I went through it in one breath, I played on XBSX, and despite 30fps, the game is very smooth and gives a lot of fun, I played the game for Jacob, when the Arkane add 60fps, then I will replay the game for Layla. Do not believe corrupt journalists and haters, the game is cool.

    Not bad... This game is actually pretty fun, especially if you play with friends (and not on easy, lolz). Vampire and their thralls is a nice change from zombies and the guns feel really good. It's got a nice power set for each character and a decent enough narrative even though that's secondary to me behind the combat and loot. Your base speed is pretty swift so the 30fps isn't asNot bad... This game is actually pretty fun, especially if you play with friends (and not on easy, lolz).     I'm not jumping on the review bomb train, this was one of my most anticipated games of the year so I'm not happy about writing this review. No the 30fps and performance issues are not the only problem with this game. It lacks creativity and vision. It feels like a game that Arkane was forced to make. There's no cutscenes, multiple unique and cool approaches to encounters, no real stealthI'm not jumping on the review bomb train, this was one of my most anticipated games of the year so I'm not happy about writing this review.     Played on gamepass. So happy I didn't pay $70 for this game. I read nothing about it going in. 30 fps at 1080p on series x? No thank you. game wasn't fun and looks like trash.

    Such a bland, joyless and technical mess of a game. If the 2013 graphics don't immediately put you off, the atrocious AI and bugs will. Redfall is endemic of the output from Xbox and MS for the past 10 years almost, stretching back to the XB1. Gems are very few and far inbetween a shoveload of mediocrity and disappointment like this game. I uninstalled after a couple of hours.

After games like Prey and Dishonored, im sad to see this game in the state it is. After 1 year delay, and announcing only 30fps at launch, I just had a feeling. Was it a deadline issue?     this game is really bad, its unfinished, the NPCs look terrible, the A.I its also pretty bad, so i played for almost 3hrs and i couldn't play anymore and i uninstall.

    El juego no solo tiene un terrible argumento si no que también se ve terrible, que el desarrollador apunte a gráficos caricaturescos? Esta bien, pero no es escusa para descuidar totalmente el apartado gráfico, texturas, sombras, todo, la verdad se ve el poco empeño que se puso en todo el juego, eso sin hablar de lo terriblemente absurda es la IA

    I had high hopes for this game, unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. bad graphics, AI turned off, and very repetitive. I know it doesn't deserve a 0, but for what MS is doing with their studios I'll give it a 0.

    Red fall is great, it’s has a very nice Arkane feel to it very traditional. The characters are very lively, the map has an intense feel to it like there’s dread around every corner which makes sense because there are Vamps around. The Vamps move like traditional Vamps move around very fast lashing out at you with their claws. Everything just makes a lot of sense when playing the game.

    I had a blast on xbox game pass on my series x...im 19 hours in and still loving it.
    The few bugs I came across didn't really bother me that much...im not sure why all the hate an amazing game from arkane studios.

    I realize that there are things that can be done to improved this game, but my friends and I are having a pretty good time with this game. Looking forward to the future performance update to hopefully set things right.

    Overall average but enjoable could of been a great game if they had had another year to polish and tidy up the rough edges and gameplay honestly id rate it at 80 % playable despite the issues

    I always thought Phil, our savior, and the Xbox would rise up and get better under his leadership, but he let us down. First Halo Infinite, then the gamepass price hike, now this, and looking at the way Starfield looks, I don't expect anything good. I should have picked the PS5, but I trusted Phil, who promised us a bright future, and all for nothing

    Is not so bad, vibe and setting are great, also has good ideas. For sure, lots of technical issues and very bad graphics but I can't put down the controller. Lots of improvement potentials are in this game, hope it will get it or at least the second installment!

    Excelente juego, la prensa no sabe nada. Llevo más de 20hs de juego y claramente le tiraron con todo solamente por ser exclusivo de Xbox, deathloop salió en mal estado y nadie dijo nada solamente por salir en ps5. Lamentable lo que hizo la prensa y los fans de Sony con este juego.

    I have played this game for about 80 hours.
    I will say then that this is a very enjoyable game.
    I feel that the ratings for this title have become too political and that it has been subjected to an unfair amount of undervaluation. The free-form gameplay, where you can explore the somewhat nostalgic town at your leisure, use the special abilities of the main characters to sometimes beat    I have played this game for about 80 hours.
    I will say then that this is a very enjoyable game.
    I feel that the ratings for this title have become too political and that it has been subjected to an unfair amount of undervaluation.
    The free-form gameplay, where you can explore the somewhat nostalgic town at your leisure, use the special abilities of the main characters to sometimes beat down guards and sometimes burn down vampire dwellings, is not too difficult and can be enjoyed with the right amount of tension.
    When I played with my friends, we had the pleasure of cleaving vampires that attacked us in all directions.

    Good game, love the concept! Plays like a farcry game and overall is very enjoyable. Storylines are interesting and fully developed. Multiplayer can be kind of a pain when desynched, but overall fully playable and enjoyable.

    Despite the bugs, glitches, etc., Redfall is so much fun. My son and I are having a great time. The atmosphere, city, audio, story is great. Xbox has already stated that patches are on the way which will fix most of the issues. Try it, you'll like it.

    I loved the game. Super fun, and it had the benefit of working on the PC (Unlike Jedi Survivor).

    Especially fun to play with a friend. I don't really get the hate unless people had some crazy high expectations. I didn't. And it delivered.

    Gostei bastante do jogo, a jogabilidade é muito boa e os inimigos muito bem feitos. Tem uma história interessante, mas precisa de um chefes mais impactantes. Tirando os bugs atuais, que devem ser corrigidos em alguma atualização, o jogo é bem divertido.

    It's not as bad as the reviews suggest it. I started playing and expecting disaster, as seen in these reviews, but the game definitely earns a better score than 3.1. Yes, AI is buggy, and dum, we should have an option for 60 FPS. I did not have any braking bugs, at least on XBOX and the gameplay was ok.

    Actually a fun game that was released months before getting finished.

    + Excellent shooting gameplay when foes AI is working normally, gorgeus visuals and atmosphere in general, excellent multuplayer.

    - Broken AI, bad optimization (30 fps is not cool for FPS), not enough content, bad inventory/looting system.

    Hope someday it will be fixed and re-released under updated title.

    Redfall acaba de ser lanzado en Xbox, estuve esperando un buen de tiempo para poder probarlo y puedo asegurar que es un buen juego, si, tiene sus detalles pero se me hace muy divertido que a final de cuentas es lo que buscamos en un juego. lo recomiendo ampliamente, denle una oportunidad y veran que se la pasaran muy bien. en graficas le doy un 8, en historia un 9, y en diversion un 9.

    Noobs doing no new thing's rating the game low. Change your controller settings, to sliding on bumper buttons, you can cancel movement by pulling back on your left between animations for more fluidity. Great atmosphere, comes to life on harder difficulties. Explore everywhere, gather supplies and discover new locations your own way.

    RedFall is the victim of a witch-hunt and vendetta against Xbox from Sony loyalists in the gaming community & media. Is the game great? No. Is it terrible? No. The story is interesting albeit not told through traditional cinematic cutscenes, opting for notes that the player must seek out themselves through exploration. Majority of these people were always going to hate Redfall simply because it’s an Xbox first party title.     Es un buen juego le falta pulir varios apartados, uno de ellos es la inteligencia de los enemigos, se nota que algunos menus pueden ser mejores, como otras cosa mas pero si no haces casos a esas alarmas empiezas a juegar y te sumerges en la tematica o lo que el creadores querian trasmitir es buenisimo.

    Las claves son:

    1-. Un buen parche
    2-.integrar mas detalles en algunos apartados

It's easy to compare guns with a pin system. As far as the guns go my only complaint is true lack of variety of Legendary weapons, other than a major stat change. I think they should have changed the skin, rename the weapon for those instances. Level design is actually good. It does feel rushed but overall its a really fun game to play but you have to be willing to put in the hours. I think in the end this will be like a cyberpunk! My true score would be in the range of 7.8-8.2. The "MEDIA" got this wrong! Play it on the gamepass!… Expand

    Each to their own opinion of course and respect to the dissapointment of the haters, but I've got to say that I'm really loving this game. It's atmospheric, beatifull world and just super FUN! I seriously have been playing non stop since I got it. Oh yeah, the ai is pretty broken but I reckonthat will be fixed quickly. Anyway I'm off to play some more :)

    En líneas generales bastante entretenido y de buena calidad me encanto! lo juego en Xbox series X y se mueve bastante bien, la calidad del sonido ambiente y apartado musical bastante bueno, en gráficos se ve bastante bien y para un -first person shooter- a 30fps no me incomoda al ser un videojuego PVE.

Me and the boys have put in over 6 hours so far and just continue to have true amazing gaming moments!! Killing vampires never been so much fun. The added bonus of skills helps make the coop gameplay mechanics even more fun with each of us adding a special uniqueHonestly DO NOT LISTEN TONTHE NAYSAYERS! The open world is beautiful, simply Amazing graphics and the story is definitely interesting as well. Think state of decay meets farcry where you unlock safe houses and take on missions at them as well as sell/buy items/weapons there etc. Overall it's a great fun game yes it has its flaws but if you're looking for fun time with the boys this it.     El juego es divertido y entretiene. Se nota que los tipos que acá comentan solo son HATERS de XBOX. El juego tiene problemas de IA, pero los gráficos ya se sabían que eran así. El juego cumple y jugable. No sé en donde están jugando los HATERS, pero en SERIES X corre perfecto. Yo seguiré disfrutando del juego y subiendo mi nivel y poderes. El juego es recomendable

    Having an absolute blast playing this game with my siblings! I would like to see more enemies out in the neighborhoods. But that’s about it!

    This a well sized open world. Storyline is pretty good. I like the art style and movement and gunplay are pretty good. I’m only going to solo so my is based on that.

Every playable character feels different and unique and I bet (since I've only played it alone I'm only guessing) that in co-op their different skills and abilties really complement each other.     I've only had one minor glitch that forced a restart of the game. a tutorial pop-up that wouldn't go away and I couldn't hold B to make it disappear so I had to restart the game. But apart from that the games runs smoothly on Series X.    … Expand

    This may not be a $70 game but I am having a great time. People are really loving complaining about the game. I do not think its as bad as people are saying. I didnt start playing until after both of the updates on the release date. There was a 2nd update after 10pm usa and most of the critics were doing reviews on a game release prior to day 1 patches. Some of the complaints I hear are things that are in other aaa games. Like having to be in proximity of host to progress the mission. Just finished playing dead island and in that u had to be within alike a 3 foot circle to progress anything so then in this game they complain about it but its ok in dead island 2.

    Now played 10+ hours, and don't get all the extremely bad rep here. "0" seriously?? It's simple but good fun. The storyline is cool enough and the game keeps growing on me as I go along. Playing this solo on Xbox x series and it's running smoothly. It as its bugs that surly will be fixed. Together with the atomic heart release this keeps adding good value to game pass. No complaints!     redfall is a great experience and it has its bad points but the game is fun, the most questionable thing is the difficulty, because the game feels very easy and this is good at first but in the long run it can get boring, anyway give it a chance

    The Game is very funny play It alone and with Friends ar mucho better. The only problem of this game is the polish. Maybe a month or two of delay could be better. But the few rendiment issues are anecdotical.

    I like it. Mind you I don't ho off Unqualified critics reviews who play 2 hours or not at all as some have admitted. My squad who play it also jave only minor issues with it being bugs and occasional stuck AI. Use your own brains and eyes and give ut a shot, a real one. 10+ hours. Ypu may be surprised.

    The game was good, not impressive. I enjoyed killing vampires. The story was good, but the zombies and enemies were boring. I didn't have a problem with it. 30 frames. I hope you will correct the mistakes.

The fact that im still wanting to play it after being hours in kinda says it all. Art direction is cool. Sound design is cool. Gunplay is cool. Some minor bugs and visual hiccups can probably be patched. Not gonna be a game of the year contender but not aIts not quite what I expected from Arkane.     Bon jeu jeu que je préfère largement à Atomic heart par exemple. Bonne ambiance et progression intéressante. Dans le game pass donc pas de regret.

    On the hardest difficulty, you can outsmart the AI by ducking behind any single obstacle. If that wasn't enough, the game looks and runs like crap, has terrible dialogue and voice acting, no cutscenes, and came out about 3 generations too late. This is one of the worst games I've ever played, and the fact that they're charging $70 USD for it is nothing short of insulting. Play anything else.

    One of the worst shooters I've played in my life, an empty and repetitive world, gameplay from 15 years ago, the worst AI I've seen in many, many years, graphics that don't belong to this gen. It is very sad what Microsoft has done with Arkane.

    The result is a game with no identity of its own. Redfall simultaneously wants to be a looter shooter like Borderlands, in an open world like Fallout's, with action like Dying light and a lengthy multiplayer experience like Destiny. But it fails on all counts. The game environments are bleakly empty, the gameplay is wooden. Like the vampires from the world of Redfall, the game has no soul.

    Sadly, Redfall had unbelievable potential and a dynamic studio behind this that is known for quality gaming, but under delivered at quite literally almost every facet of the game. Redfall, unfortunately, should be avoided, and in fact, I hope that the industry starts taking a look at these games and starts evaluating its processes, because if you're only as good as your last game, then Arkane isn't looking good at all.
