Le jeu n'est absolument pas fun à des années lumières de diablo 3 , le plaisir de jeu n'y est pas.

Blizzard knows what they want to make this game great, but have no idea how to do so. Their philosophy and actual implementation are worlds a parts.

Season 1 is terrible, you don't feel that you are significantly stronger than in the eternal realm. Will wait a few seasons and then see if they can turn it around.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The game is incomplete in my opinion. The endgame is boring and has almost nothing to do. We don't have any ranking system. The game has too few classes and the developers aren't worried with the balance of them. The inventory interface is terrible, there are missing many slots compared the real need of players and we need some kind of character exclusive storage chest for each character. The first season released content is a joke. The PvP area of the game is dead and they didn't release any new skins for it on season one. In summary we can't accept to pay a expansive price in a game and they release this kind of content as if the game were a beta test... because that's what it seems. Expand

We will not be developing an endgame, we will just nerf the classes and reduce the experience gained. And we will also sell the battle pass without confirmation.
Oh yes, we will also change the balance in each patch.
It's not an AAA game, it's a beta test for 70 bucks.
All I can say is "Blizzard, play this **** yourself" :)

Last session pass for me for diablo 4 will move on to something more motivating.

This game is a mixed bag for me. I'm highly suspicious of the stellar metascore, when I think this game is outclassed by other RPGs.

The Good: - Graphics, mood and decent sounds/voice acting - Zero technical issues on XBox X from my playing - Large, open-world structure you can explore and lots of easily signposted stuff to do - Busy combat with spells and effects going off - Split

    - Split screen coop is loads of fun

    Not so Good
    - Dungeons, cellars and areas feel repetitive
    - Vast numbers of sub-quests are utterly meaningless, with dialogue you don't want to read or hear
    - World scales to character, so progression doesn't mean much except new powers to play with
    - Combat is pretty spammy and repetitive, with no real skill curve
    - Boss fights are repetitive and unmemorable

This game and Elden Ring are separated by a couple of percent near the top of the rankings, but Elden Ring is a masterpiece. This is aesthetically pleasing but ultimately a tedious dopamine farm you'll want to move on from.

What the hell is wrong with Blizzard?
The second they do release a game that isn't terrible at launch, they purposefully sabotage their games.
All Blizzard releases are terrible games.

To sum it all up, after more than a hundred hours of gameplay… the game no longer even runs on my Xbox. No support, only forums. I am running around all over the world do quests and side quests (that seems in no way connected to character development … would be better to send us to a carnival and play whack a mole to level up). I am not an orator nor a game aficionado …. I don’t follow a lot of franchises, but this is one I do. Lifeless, pointless, dysfunctional, unorganized, random gameplay with even less creative skills and equipment system. I won’t get this time back, but hopefully I can help you avoid this horrible mistake. Expand

Sadly weighed down by poor seasonal content. Whilst the gameplay itself feels great, and build variety is decent (if not at the level of path of exile), actual game content after the main campaign is poor.

Now, a lot of people have thrown a tantrum and scored this game way lower than what’s reasonable. I get it, they got their feelings hurt and want to hurt back. But this is not a zero game. It has it’s good moments, there’s just not enough of them.

In a word: uninspired. Buy it on discount.

Made the mistake to give Blizzard one more chance. Before Season 1 it was both better and worse than i expected. The Store and Mechanics weren't that bad. I had seen worse coming from Overwatch. Some Sidequest are real gems but overall the game feels like it was designed by a group of unity devs fresh out of a bootcamp..... Seaons 1 and the accompanying changes showed the true face of activision/blizz again by doing everything and at any cost to nickel and dime the player. The July 18, 2023 patch 1.1 had zero, none, zilch, nada, sh!t, QOL improvements and simply made the game an unenjoyable grind. The satisfaction of playing this game has dropped across the board - Google it. Diablo IV players are livid across Reddit, Twitter, etc. - as we should be. I would not recommend this game in it's current state.

Fix the action. Fix the loot. Fix group finding. Then maybe you can have a successful online loot-based ARPG.

Diablo IV is the perfect evolution of the series. The many new features make for a truly modern title, giving us an experience capable of keeping us glued to the controller for many hours, without neglecting the historical and most beloved features of the series. If we add to this a technical aspect of the highest quality, a very accessible multiplayer structure, and a huge end-game, we obtain a majestic title that stands as the best exponent of the action-RPG genre and is capable of bringing us plenty of emotions.

Diablo IV is a social phenomenon and once again sets a new standard for the genre. It's a dark, spooky, action-packed experience. Combat is frantic, fluid and fun, while micro-management of resources and inventory feels better than ever before.

Diablo IV is the culmination of everything Blizzard has set up before to make one ultimate experience. The world is stunning, drowned in a beautiful soundtrack that makes even the smallest moments feel epic. With a deep character system, satisfying combat and an endgame that feels like only the start of your adventure, it's hard not to recommend. Dig in, experiment with classes, fight some demons and loot some dungeons. You won’t regret it.
