    1. UPlay registration MANDATORY for online play
    2. 2D map shown in 3D does not make a 3D game 3. Game play is actually very good but sitting through AI moves is mind numbing 4. 2.79GB & $15? It really feels like some codes were slapped together with minimal effort. It had me baffled on many occasions with questionably rudimentary

It really feels like some codes were slapped together with minimal effort. It had me baffled on many occasions with questionably rudimentary presentations. And really, I need to register to UPlay to actually see full 3D vehicle animations in the half hearted battle scenes?

If it was not for engaging gameplay, it would have received 1.

Could be much much more but the game is too shallow.

The platform is very promising but the play is almost nothing to see, very few options and the globe is basic.

As it is its not worth download.

Do not buy this game! lobby wait times are horrendous, there is no way to mute other players, there is no way to boot or skip players who decide not to take their turns. Offline is trash. These positive reviews are either fake, or the players haven;t spent much time in game. I should also mention the random glitches that freeze games, make the board disappear from the screen and other such nonsense. Hasbro should be effing ashamed. Expand

The entire board blurs whenever there is a popup window such as at the start of a turn. Zooms in during an attack. Frequent popup windows for Level Up. All in all, it makes it difficult to see the whole board when you need to see it and that makes playing the game way too frustrating to bother with it. If Michael Bay made a video game, it would be something like this. Another horribly arranged game from Ubisoft. The startup menu is a fair setup with easy to use options. The real trouble begins when you start playing. You do an insane amount of button mashing on every turn just to speed up gameplay, constantly choosing to speed up the AI and skip the repetitive battle scenes. The real trouble begins when you start playing. You do an insane amount of button mashing on every turn just to speed up gameplay, constantly choosing to speed up the AI and skip the repetitive battle scenes. The options in game are limited and you don’t get many choices to rid yourself of the things that holds the game back. Plus, every new game will have one AI that gets a pass and has three continents captured with little resistance from other AI. The game is just boring. Ubisoft is also notorious for glitches that don’t get fixed for years (look up Assassins Creed IV and the game erasing progress). So buyer beware.

If you want a fun Risk option, look for the “Conquest” app for your phone. It’s way better than this, with fast gameplay, smarter AI, and unique maps to play. Plus, it’s free...which is what this Risk version should be.
