    Este es el juego que me ha hecho volver a interesarme por el género Metroidvania. Una jugabilidad muy flexible, banda sonora espectacular, backtracking muy bien diseñado y secuencias de escape muy divertidas. Por ponerle algún pero, los jefes son bastante decepcionantes y el combate queda en un segundo plano con respecto al plataformeo.     This being one of the first xbox games I've actually played from start to finished, and is supposedly one of their better "exclusives", overall it was an alright first xbox experience. I think I can sum up my experience in this game in one sentence, everything moon studios does in this game is good, however nothing they did is mind-blowing, and nothing they did was awful. It was just all around a good game, decent platformer and metroidvania. If there was one big drawback in this game, was that I've seen everything in this game.. done in other platformers and metroidvanias before. Solid game, just nothing blew me away.    … Expand

    If I say that not irritated me and frustrated me with Ori, by the way would be lying to whom this was for the better ... more 1.290x Well but the experience was worth it, Ori is a sensational game, visually stunning with a powerful soundtrack and an exciting and moving plot, and its end is very beautiful.

    Surprising awesome game. Really good platforming and one of those games you just don't want to put down.
    It's a good difficulty as well, harder than it looks. Definitely recommend it

    Gostei muito. Gostei da história. Gostei da dificuldade. Por falar em dificuldade, é bem difícil. Relembra os jogos de antigamente, da época de Alex Kid, Sonic, etc. Vale a pena. Muito gostoso de jogar e divertido.

    Gorgeous, and hair-pulling. There's a real sense of progression, and you'll be earning new abilities until the end. The story is heart warming, and you can tell how much love has gone into it. Best platformer I've played in years.

    Ori is a near perfect modern platformer that finds an engaging point between skillful and fun gameplay. The artwork animation, soundscape and soundtrack are of exception quality. It was a real joy to complete this title. And it's on gamepass too.....now onto the sequel!

    Quite possibly one of the most perfect platforming games I've played in recent memory. The controls are tight. The abilities system is wonderful. One of the best experiences I've had in a long time.

    Ori and the blind forest is my fav Metroidvania game ever (including Metroid). Its beautiful, has smooth gameplay, excellent progression and the game is difficult but doable. Honestly there isn't a thing I dont love about the game so I dont even know where to criticize it tbh. Just play it, its a generational game. Incredible.

    Visuals/environment: Beautiful. I especially like it when you find bright, up-lifting environments to contrast with the ill forest full of dangerous monsters, giving it a balance as opposed to LIMBO.

    Verdict: As someone who enjoys racing games and the occasional shooter, I really enjoyed this game.    … Expand

    Awesome game play, riveting story that makes you emotionally involved from the beginning. There are a few minor glitches but only encountered two myself and they did not effect game-play. One of the best games of the year.

    Absolutely amazing game. Visually appealing, challenging enough to make you have to try but not so much that you want to throw your controller. I would consider this game like a zelda link to the past classic already.

    This is without a doubt my game of the year so far. The game is a classic metroid vania style platformer. It has some of the most creative level design and abilities out of any platformer I have played. The gameplay is fluent and very responsive.     Great game! I found this game very interesting and entertaining. I didnt think I was going to like this game because it is not something i would really play. I was a little wary on purchasing it, but when I started the first level I started to get into it. It's a great game! 9/10

    What a fantastic plat former. This game almost brought me to tears in the opening minutes of the game. You get a very strong deep bond with the characters which is odd from a plat former. There are many new interesting ideas and that art design breathtaking.

Reminds me of a good Ghibli film in many aspects. gameplay is a little lacking, the save system is abit flawed, but just adding a auto-save option would solve this.     Traversing the map as Ori feels somewhat like a toned-down Super Meat Boy in that movement is tight, but jumping is floaty. Quick reflexes, precision maneuvering, and a lot of patience are necessary in order to progress. This is a challenging game, and it can be frustrating if you forget to save as often as possible. There are moments so frantic that you won't be exactly sure as to what's going on, not to mention a couple times where it just feels cheap. Fortunately, that's rare. By and large, it's a blast combining abilities that, by late game, will keep you flying through the air and whizzing past enemies. You'll feel almost overpowered at times, but don't worry; some type of obstacle will soon show up to make you humble.

    In a lot of ways, Ori and the Blind Forest encompasses why I fell in love with video games long ago. Challenging and rewarding gameplay wed to beautiful aesthetics--is there anything better? Small frustrations aside, Ori and the Blind Forest is truly something special.    … Expand

    Absolutely incredible game. Love the art, the colour, the emotion, everything visual aspect is beautiful. The gameplay is very robust, controls accurately and responsively. It has a very nice story that makes you feel for each characters behaviours, and motives. I personally enjoyed the visuals and emotions of this game the most which makes it one of the best platformers I've ever playedAbsolutely incredible game.     Pros: Beautiful artwork, relaxing music, well done gameplay, a fantastic yet simple story, and solid gameplay mechanics.

    Cons: The only con I could think of would be that there isn't more of the game there. Take Ori and the Blind Forests content and multiply it by 5 and that's what I want. Only reason it's a 9 out of 10.

It may not have a very complex story but is like a pixar movie, it is meant to have a message and be for everyone and the very first minutes will define the first great emotions you'll feel towards the characters of this game.     In gameplay terms it may feel a little bit simple but you as long as you progress in the story, you'll start unlocking different abilities to use during the game. It also has a very good platforming level design and every section of this big world has a unique charm.
    Try this game, I believe that if you like platformers and a nice story/art style then this game is for you ;)

    La música transmite mucho en todo momento, te pone los sentimientos a flor de piel.
    La jugabilidad de este juego de plataformas es espectacular, no había jugado un plataformas tan bien hecho en mucho tiempo, porque puede parecer fácil en un primer momento, pero cuando reúnes todas las habilidades, el juego se complica bastante y llega a ser todo un reto en algunas fases del juego, lo cual crea una gran sensación de satisfacción cuando completas esas fases del juego.
    El desarrollo del juego es buenísimo, empieza sencillo y vas cogiendo habilidad poco a poco cuando consigues todos los poderes el juego se hace sencillamente espectacular.
    Tienes muchos sitios para explorar ya que los mapas van por zonas y están interconectadas unas con otras, puedes encontrar mejoras que están en sitios secretos para poder mejorar la barra de vida y de energía, así como conseguir puntos de habilidad para mejorar a Ori.
    Las habilidades las consigues en unos arboles que supuestamente antes eran criaturas las cuales tenían un poder especial, al llegar a ellos, te ofrecen su sabiduría y consigues una nueva habilidad.
    La historia tampoco es muy compleja, pero es muy emotiva, de eso no cabe duda, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que la banda sonora hace acto de presencia y hacen un conjunto sublime.
    Los sucesos se narran de una manera muy acertada y no tiene excesivas cinemáticas lo cual hace que estés todo el tiempo con el mando en la mano y hace que no pares de jugar en ningún momento.
    Es un juego grandioso, estoy seguro de que a nadie le va a defraudar, tanto si te gustan las plataformas como si buscas una bonita historia, el juego va a cumplir. A mi incluso ha llegado a sacarme alguna lagrimita sobre todo con el pedazo de final que tiene el juego.
    Su precio también acompaña, ya que como máximo esta en 20€ y es un buen precio por lo que ofrece aunque a día de hoy puede que incluso esté mas barato. No obstante me gustaría comentar a los coleccionistas o amantes del formato físico que pronto se lanzara una edición física del juego que costara 20€ y tenemos otra la cuál incluirá el juego y un dlc que se lanzara pronto, así como diversos extras mas como posters y postales del juego y tendrá un precio de 30€.
    Asique dicho todo esto, me parece una compra obligada, y mas que compra, es un juego que todo el mundo debería jugar.    … Expand

    My only gripe is with some minor gameplay issues, from the uneven difficulty to minor issues with the save system. Other than that, amazing game.

    Eu posso dizer, é uma obra-prima, sim, em algum momento pode parecer um pouco frustrante, eu acho que a primeira vez que você precisa escapar da arvore de ginso você pensa "Eu não consigo fazer isso", mas uma vez que você chega no topo, você sente a realização que retribui qualquer frustração.
    Essa sensação pode acompanhá-lo pelo resto do jogo, em algum momento uma sequência parece    Eu posso dizer, é uma obra-prima, sim, em algum momento pode parecer um pouco frustrante, eu acho que a primeira vez que você precisa escapar da arvore de ginso você pensa "Eu não consigo fazer isso", mas uma vez que você chega no topo, você sente a realização que retribui qualquer frustração.
    Essa sensação pode acompanhá-lo pelo resto do jogo, em algum momento uma sequência parece absolutamente impossível, pelo menos para quem é um jogador mediano de plataforma como eu, mas a história só te empurra para tentar de novo, e se eu consegui fazer isso, acho que todos podem chegar ao fim sem bater a cabeça na parede.
    O gráfico e a atmosfera são incríveis, fiquei encantado com o visual e a música, fluindo juntos em uma experiência única, logo após a introdução de cortar o coração você vai encontrar-se querendo prosseguir com a história.
    Então, a luz da árvore dos espíritos pode guiá-lo através de Nibel, espero que você realmente sinta esse jogo, foi muito marcante para mim, no bom sentido, sem soy boyzisse.

    Durante mi vida gamer he estado a punto de lanzar el mando por la ventana alguna vez. Si algo me ha detenido ha sido la certeza de que sin mando no se puede jugar, y no siempre es posible reponerlo, así que… hay que aprender a aguantarse. Esto me ha pasado con pocos juegos, soy un jugador paciente y que confía en su experiencia y tablas de gamer veterano para terminar el juego que tengoDurante mi vida gamer he estado a punto de lanzar el mando por la ventana alguna vez. Si algo me ha detenido ha sido la certeza de que sin mando no se puede jugar, y no siempre es posible reponerlo, así que… hay que aprender a aguantarse. Esto me ha pasado con pocos juegos, soy un jugador paciente y que confía en su experiencia y tablas de gamer veterano para terminar el juego que tengo entre manos por difícil que sea. Pues bien, lo reconozco, Ori and the blind forest me ha sacado de mis casillas. Es el metroidvania más difícil que he jugado. Ni Blasphemous, ni Castlevania, ni Metroid ni hostias. He soltado improperios que se han oído en casa de mis vecinos, he jurado contra los creadores del juego y sus familias y sí, ha habido ocasiones que he tenido que apagar la consola porque estaba hasta los huevos de morirme. Qué mala hostia está contenida en el diseño de este juego. A priori es bonito y mono y su historia te atrapa con sentimentalismo, pero luego…. Es despiadado, te tortura hasta límites insospechados, llamándote manco con cada muerte entre paredes llenas de pinchos, disparos por todas partes como si fuera un bullet hell y puzzles y pruebas que te sacarán de tus casillas por no ser lo suficientemente rápido… o listo.

    A su favor diré que el juego es precioso, la historia bonita y que merece la pena darle un tiento porque sin duda se lo han currado. Pero tened claro a lo que os enfrentáis. ¿Dark Souls? Ori se ríe de los Dark Souls y no alardea de ello. Hay que ser rápido de sesera y de manos para superar Ori and The Blind Forest.     Note maximal pour ce Ori and The Blind Forest. Je me doutais que ce jeu allais être bon, mais à ce point certainement pas. Des graphismes à tomber par terre, avec des effets dans tout les sens, un choix de couleurs excellent, des animations hyper réussies, mais quelques ralentissements seront présent par moment, ceux-ci reste rare tout de même. La map est immense pour un jeu comme Ori.Note maximal pour ce Ori and The Blind Forest. Je me doutais que ce jeu allais être bon, mais à ce point certainement pas. Des graphismes à tomber par terre, avec des effets dans tout les sens, un choix de couleurs excellent, des animations hyper réussies, mais quelques ralentissements seront présent par moment, ceux-ci reste rare tout de même. La map est immense pour un jeu comme Ori. Elle cache plein de secret qui demandera de revenir avec d'autre compétence afin d'être plus fort, donc présence d'exploration, et chaque zone dispose de ça propre pâte artistique. Le gameplay qui peut sembler au premier abord assez simple ce révèle très vite plutôt complexe et profond pour un jeu de plateforme. Exigeant, dynamique, fun, compétence à débloquer, combo, course poursuite, moment de stress, bref tout les points qui fond que ce jeu de plateforme est le maître dans le genre, j'attendais ceci depuis Rayman Legends. La bande son du jeu est magnifique avec des thème vraiment fort qui nous pousse encore plus dans l'immersion du jeu servie pas une ambiance absolument incroyable, vous allez vite ressentir des émotions pas toujours positives. Et justement la faute à un scénario vraiment triste ou le personnage est mal traité et dès le début la couleur est annoncée, il ne s'agit pas d'un rayman, ici c'est beaucoup plus triste et ça se ressent dans la globalité du titre. En Bref un jeu vraiment incroyable à faire de toute urgence qui ne dispose que d'un point faible (les lags vraiment rares).     Un cuadro en movimiento, solo se puede describir asi. Artísticamente es lo mejor que he jugado en mi vida, música que me ha hecho llorar, jugabilidad increíble, difícil como pocos... Este juego no se merece un 10, se merece un 45/10 como poco, y me parece una falta de respeto darle menos de un 9, simplemente porque seas manco.

    El juego en si es un plataformas sin mas, bastante rápido, con la típica historia de luz VS oscuridad.
    Gráficamente es bonito, muy colorido, con grandes contrastes en el mismo plano, pero lo que da sensación de jugar a algo que no tienen todos los juegos de plataformas 2D es la banda sonora, la perfecta acompañante para la historia, una banda sonora donde lo melódico    Una BSO con juego

    Sin duda el género de Metroidvania ha generado en los últimos años una ola de juegos índies o AA que han tomado el relevo de sus creadores.
    Orí and the Blind Forest trata de unificar esas mecanicas junto a un apartado visual que sólo puede describirse como de ensueño. El apartado técnico de Orí en lo referente al diseño visual y sonoro es sublime. Una obra maestra en dichos términos que    Sin duda el género de Metroidvania ha generado en los últimos años una ola de juegos índies o AA que han tomado el relevo de sus creadores.
    Orí and the Blind Forest trata de unificar esas mecanicas junto a un apartado visual que sólo puede describirse como de ensueño. El apartado técnico de Orí en lo referente al diseño visual y sonoro es sublime. Una obra maestra en dichos términos que traspasa lo que estamos acostumbrados a recibir en obras más comerciales o en la simplicidad de los juegos que rinden tributo a generaciones antiguas basadas en el pixel Art. Uk problema menor derivado de este ambición en lo visual, es que muchas veces los límites entre el fondo y el escenario en que nuestro personaje se mueve no están claros, esto hace que seamos víctimas de algunas muertes muy fácilmente por no reconocer una plataforma, un pincho o que un decorado nos obstruya parte de la visión en un salto. Lamentablemente en la parte jugable, Orí peca de varios errores que le impiden brillar como Metroidvania. En este género, la exploración es fundamental y está muy ligada al desarrollo del personaje. La satisfacción de conseguir un power up y volver a repasar una parte del mapa que antes nos costó trabajo y ahora poder explorar con facilidad es una de las mejores sensaciones. Y esto, Orí falla y bastante. Nuestro personaje es indudablemente muy débil, los enemigos y trampas prácticamente nos matan de uno o dos golpes, y hasta muy avanzado el juego, o sea casi al final, la exploración del terreno se convierte en más frustración que diversión. Pará paliar esto, se ha incluido una mecánica original de salvar en cualquier parte a costa de consumir parte de nuestra barra de energía, la cual también se utiliza para algunos ataques cargados y otras acciones como abrir puertas. Esta solución al problema anterior, deriva en otro problema mayor. Acostumbrarnos a salvar en cada momento es muy tedioso, y como dependemos de una energía que tiene límite, estaremos debatiendonos constantemente entre utilizarla o no. Muchas veces repetiremos varias secciones una y otra vez debido a esto pues se nos olvido salvar y moriremos obligándonos a repetir todo una secciones de 10 mn o más de juego. También este salvado manual nos complica enormemente si no sabemos elegir bien el lugar donde lo realizamos, y nos puede dejar vendidos completamente. El combate es Orí es bastante flojo, apenas tiene complicación más allá de movernos y lanzar una esfera de energía que ataca semiautomáticamente o devolver ataques de enemigos. El juego de igual forma carece de enemigos o cambates con Jefes Finales y plantea una suerte de EndlesRun como sustituto. Dichas secciones tienden a ser bastantes intensas y podrían ser aún mejor sino dependiera tanto del conocimiento del trazado para poder completarlos, por lo que se tornan en una suerte de prueba y error.

    Al final, no puedo decir que el juego sea malo ni mucho menos, sencillamente es un juego con un envoltorio hermoso, que rodea una jugabilidad carente de originalidad y con problemas de diseño.    … Expand

    I gave this title a second chance and.. its still a chore of a gameplay. If you forgot to create a checkpoint, you are screwed and you have to do sections all over again. And you have a high chance to be out of blue orbs for the checkpoints! You have learned a new ability? Then have fun to back track a big section of the level and see the same stuff and enemies again.     Such a gorgeous game with a great soundtrack and story. For an indie game, this is a phenomenal metroidvania. I do feel that the combat was very basic though and I thought some parts of the game could’ve been improved on

    The visuals are amazing, the music is simply gorgeous, platforming sequences are often demanding but fair and rewarding, and its whole fairy-tale appeal is just stunning. It could use some improvements to the UI and the fighting system but other than that, it is a truly moving experience, and a real treat for metroidvania lovers.

    Ori and the Blind Forest is still enjoyable, obviously…it's just that those strengths are so strong that it's hard to imagine what would've been needed for that one ever-so-slightly-weaker element to match up with them. Nonetheless, it's still one heck of an accomplishment, and it's well worth your investment.
