Dec 6, 2017A great version of my favorite game ever! The gameplay is fun. I can build what I want, explore a huge world, and fight monsters. The online also is improving a lot, and playing online is great. They have a lot of new stuff coming out and that is always exciting. This game is easy to like, and hard to get bored from. It is worth playing for sure!

Feb 1, 2015Minecraft is the same but with minor improvements like adding horses and new music. So I don't really got anything new for the game but it's still fun. So I give it a 9 out of 10

Sep 5, 2014Larger map size and enhanced graphics seem to be the only incentive for making the jump from 360 to One. Supposedly, more will come to the next gen titles, like the addition of servers, so perhaps it's a fee worth paying. Furthermore, for those who do not own a console iteration, definitely go with either the Xbox One or PS4 edition. It's a leg up from last gen's underwhelming console ports.

Dec 13, 2014Fun, deep, varied gameplay. Minecraft is one of those games that can be played so many different ways, next gen just makes it a little deeper and look prettier. For the price it is any easy buy. Don't expect a whole new game just expect the same great game with a graphical bump if you owned it on 360 and loved it, it is a no brainier. Come on what are you going to do, not play Minecraft.

Sep 26, 2014If you liked it on 360 you will love it even more on xbox one. Bigger worlds, better graphics, and more fun. It's a must have for those who love to build (and destroy).

Jan 28, 2015I have to say while I originally had no interest in this game I got sucked in by an 8 year old! After that I could not put it down! It is a complete waist of time and pointless but none the less its great!!!
For the price paid you really cant go wrong and should you have an 8 year-old to play with, so much the better!!! -

Feb 22, 2015It's Minecraft. There's nothing a whole lot more to say if I'm perfectly honest. It's not a huge upgrade over the 360 version (sure, there's bigger worlds and better draw distance but co-op connection is still poor) - if you like Minecraft then go for it, you'll love it. If you don't like Minecraft, then this won't change anything.

Feb 16, 2015Even though the hype of minecraft has worn off for me, it was still nice to see a next-gen remake with a noticeably higher frame rate and graphical improvements. Also the render distance was improved, which is always a nice thing too see.

Jan 30, 2015A more optimized version of the Xbox 360 version. Definitely worth the buy if you want to play Minecraft with your Xbox One friends. 10/10 (Masterpiece)

Sep 7, 2014Perfection lies in simplicity. This game shows that game-play is really more worth than graphic and that a game is just as good as the one who plays it.

Sep 9, 2014Minecraft is back on the Xbox One in its simplistic form, continues legal and enjoyable to play and now with more customization options, larger maps and graphics have gotten better. Recommend to anyone who likes to play a survival with friends

Sep 28, 2014Rip off. This dumb downed minecraft version is very expensive and does not offer any mods. It felt very basic and was really slow. This felt like Minecraft alpha last time I played it.

Oct 2, 2014Eh. I kind of feel bad for giving it a score this low, but I really have to. The only reason why it is this low is price vs content. The only reason to buy this version is so you can play split screen with your children. The pc version is 5 ish bucks more expensive and has way more options. More servers, more players, mods. Still Minecraft is a dead game and is even deader on the XBone.

Nov 8, 2014It seems pointless praising a game everyone knows is great, but this version provides a much more stable gaming experience.
-
Oct 28, 2014Much like going from a rustic shelter to a statuesque castle, Minecraft: Xbox One Edition will only offer more in time, with future updates adding even more hours to a game already brimming with near-endless potential.

Oct 14, 2014You know the game, and the good thing is that on Xbox One it works well, thanks to a good optimization.
