    Um jogo muito bom, porém eu considero o mais fraco da franquia e também ainda não entendi a mudança de nome de ''Gears of War'' para só ''Gears'', além disso o jogo apresenta alguns problemas no multijogador que são notáveis e atrapalham a experiência online dele.     Is a really good game, amazing franchise, and pretty good campaign. However, I'm giving this game a low score because the main focus of the game is the multiplayer pvp, and it's just awful. Bad mechanics, toxic players, stupid ranking system and playlists, and unfair penalty bans for leaving a game someone else has left already. I really like this game, but I just can't give it a goodIs a really good game, amazing franchise, and pretty good campaign.     Open world campaign, jack as a playable character, lots of improvements in horde mode, Kat and Emile from Halo Reach. I love that all. It is such great game.

    The Gears of War franchise, which has been quite as of late anyway, may finally be dead. This game is an absolute chore to play. From a ridiculous, unresolved story all the way down to ruinous basic gun play, Gears 5 is a total disaster. I found myself compelled to finish it only because I was playing co-op with a more devoted fan; thank God it was on GamePass and I didn't have to payThe Gears of War franchise, which has been quite as of late anyway, may finally be dead. I found myself compelled to finish it only because I was playing co-op with a more devoted fan; thank God it was on GamePass and I didn't have to pay for it.

    All of the weapons have insane recoil, making gun play a chore of timid burst-fire and readjustment. The new additions and even editions to old classics are for the worse. In nearly every mission involving a major gunfight my partner and I both ran out of ammo, forcing us to take reckless action to melee or otherwise kill enemies just to clear the room. The rambling plot has you criss-cross and backtrack through the same bland, empty open world. There is no leveling up and no incentive to explore and do side activities.

    The most tragic issue, however, is the incompetence of the NPCs that are forced to fight alongside you. The sole moment of excitement came when we finally got to use the beloved Hammer of Dawn; we had to restart that gunfight at least half a dozen times because an NPC would walk through your laser and cause the beam to hit and kill you instantly. On the final boss, we had to retry 5 times when uncontrolled NPC would get themselves killed. In one instance, within 3 seconds of reloading after a death, an NPC got himself killed again. A great number of unwarranted restarts will find you in this game, which erroneously focuses on squad dynamics when you cannot control the squad.

    Another nagging irritation is the lack of navigational assistance leaving you to wonder what the hell you're looking for at several points. "Jack" performs a ridiculous McGuffin where he can fly through vents to activate a terminal to open a door or something; oftentimes you'll see the switch he needs but he'll refuse to fly through any but the designated opening to reach it, regardless of how obviously other paths might work. In some cases this opening is rooms or meters away and punitively nonobvious, forcing you to mash the button giving you an environmental scan until you miraculously see the highlighted vent you need to use.

    This game is a 100% pass. The plot remains unresolved and whimpers to an end with a shameful sequel bait. Fitting that the voice actor for JD is also the worse of the two Spartacus in this pitiable attempt.    … Expand

    Me encantó la historia, si bien empezá algo lento la verdad es que termina siendo súper entretenida y muy completa, no le doy el 10 porque el mundo abierto desde mi punto de vista no le cae tan bien a la saga gears, aún así lo recomiendo altamente!

    This game can easily be described as an experience. The game looks and plays incredibly (4k 60fps & HDR) the sound is amazing (Dolby Atmos option included) & it plays smooth. Plus, its on game pass! I recommend it, its really good. Best thing is if you have doubts just use gamepass and play it!

También Kait funciona como una excelente protagonista y el nuevo rumbo que la historia necesitaba dejando a un lado la historia de los Fénix que concluyó hace mucho con la tercera entregaGears 5 supone un cambio en la forma de contar su historia, pero más allá de eso falla en su ejecución pues su mundo se siente vacío y con misiones secundarias aburridas y que frenan mucho la experiencia. También Kait funciona como una excelente protagonista y el nuevo rumbo que la historia necesitaba dejando a un lado la historia de los Fénix que concluyó hace mucho con la tercera entrega y que tristemente JD no supo cómo continuarla. Puedo decir con tranquilidad que es el mejor en su gameplay al hacerlo mas cómodo y menos pesado a la hora de cubrirte y apretar el gatillo, pero aun así no deja de ser el refrito del gameplay de Gears Of War 3 y que ya no plantea nada nuevo a la hora de la verdad. Gears también cae en una insaciable repetición de su narrativa y que su único modo de hacer avanzar la historia es con los descendientes de antiguos personajes como si de la nueva trilogía de Star Wars se tratase. Personalmente creo que esta saga debe concluir antes de que termine enterrada en el recuerdo de lo que fue.… Expand

    Después de haber salido la operacion 4 me parece que el multijugador de el juego a mejorado mucho ahora es excelente y casi perfecta por otro lado la campaña no es la mejor de la saga pero en general es buena bastante entretenida y en ningun momento de aburre, puedieron haber echo las partes de mundo abierto con mas cosas pero creo que en general es un aire fresco a la saga.

    Awful game going away from the tropes that made the game enjoyable. Unimaginative enemies, poor gameplay and trying to be something its not. The success of the original trilogy was based on smooth gameplay and a fantastic story. Why put RPG tropes into a shooter? Identity crisis, and poor story.its saving grace is it's voice acting. Such a shame for a series I loved

To sum this up, everything that was good in Gears of War 4 has vastly improved in this one. Stunning graphics, great game play, with a compelling story that makes makes me want to see how they're going to end this series.     Gran juego de la saga Gears.. quizas tiene algunos detalles que no me terminaron de gustar como algunas partes de mundo abierto y creo que la historia pierde peso en la parte final del juego ! pero es divertidisimo y tiene un gran nivel grafico y de sonido.. super recomendado !

    Gears 5 is similar gameplay wise to Gears 4 but with boring free roam and back-tracking missions in a desert on a wind sail sand boat and the story a massive SJW politics injection. The original first three Gears of War games were good, not this s***.

    Muy sorprendido después de haber jugado el 4 (que fue un a menos de la franquicia). Esta quinta parte retoma muchísimo de la anterior trilogía, espectacularidad, buenos gráficos, guión a la altura (con una gran narrativa), ritmo frenético, grandes combates y una jugabilidad muy depurada, la verdad es que si The Coallition sigue por este camino le esperan muy buenas entregas a laMuy sorprendido después de haber jugado el 4 (que fue un a menos de la franquicia). Esta quinta parte retoma muchísimo de la anterior trilogía, espectacularidad, buenos gráficos, guión a la altura (con una gran narrativa), ritmo frenético, grandes combates y una jugabilidad muy depurada, la verdad es que si The Coallition sigue por este camino le esperan muy buenas entregas a la franquicia. Solo por poner dos puntos negativos estos serian 1) IA mejorable, especialmente en los aliados que van bastante a lo CoD, están hay para dar vida al guión pero en combate solo sirven para estorbar y pronunciar frases o advertencias obvias y 2) el juego se queda a mitad de la historia, esto no es del todo malo en mi opinión porque al menos no es como la historia del 4, que básicamente no entiendes que fue lo que quisieron mostrar (casi nada), pero si te deja con muchas ganas de más al finalizar la campaña y un deseo un poco insatisfecho de terminar y dar un cierre. Un juego que en mi opinión esta a la altura del 3 pero todavía no llega al 2 por lo anteriormente mencionado.… Expand

    The Coalition are doing a great job with the Gears series, 4 was good and all but I think they made some great changes for 5. Having Kait as the main character is much more interesting than JD, her heritage and what implications that has for the game's world and characters is a great mystery that I can't wait to see more of in the next game.

Por vários momentos estamos explorando o mundo vasto e com poucos elementos e chegamos a conclusão que o Cap 1 e 4 são bem superiores. Porém, isso não tira a maestria de execução.
    Não tive bugs. O jogo performou super bem no Xbox One X.

    I love campaigns in video games that why I give to this game a solid 9, I really don't care much multiplayer in this game but: MULTIPLAYER 9/10, (the best is the Horde Mode), (the bad is the VS Mode people drops out every time and people kick you out of the party if they want to (same happens in Horde if the leader of the team wants to he kick you out of the party)    AMAZING CAMPAIGN 10/10

    A very good story, finally explained the locust origins which was done in a great way.
    The rest is pretty good, better than gears 4, but it was too short, not even 5 acts. Graphics, sound, music is great, the gameplay I feel a bit slow than previous gears. The multiplayer, well as good as others, fun for a bit or with friends.

    Bajarle enteros queriendo penalizar al juego por su campaña es lo que cierto sector de la prensa ha querido hacer. Pero no se dan cuenta que este juego sólo por el multijugador ya es de 10. Por primera vez diré que un Gears debería ser el Goty del año.

    Muy buena campaña, sinceramente no sé que más decir, el multijugador es muy bueno, aunque con ciertos errores, he igual se disfruta mucho pero el sistema de emparejamiento necesita mejorar.

    I am the kind of player that loves playing single player campaigns and for me, Gears 5 is a good campaign. I can't value the multiplayer as this isn't a mode that I played. Graphically amazing on an XBOX One X, it came along with the whole Gears of War saga and it was a really nice move by Microsoft. Entertaining when being linear, a kind of disperse when trying to be an open world.

    Just completed the single player campaign. Played it on my One X, and the game just runs perfectly with very good graphics especially the HDR implementation makes the graphics look great. Gameplay was a lot of fun. Loves this game. Highly recommended.

Los disparos son contundentes y se siente el impacto de cada bala por lo que está de más aclarar que el gameplay está muy bien ejecutado, visualmente es increíble tuve la oportunidad de jugarlo en un Xbox one x y es simplemente asombroso como el juego mantiene los 60fps en todos los momentos de acción, salvo por algunas animaciones extrañas al cubrirse en coberturas que parece que el personaje solo se desliza hacia la cobertura sin moverse la presentación es de calidad muy notable, durante la campaña entrarás a unas zonas más abiertas en las que encontararas algunas tareas extra por realizar que se agradecen pero no aportan mucho al juego y no te motivan mucho a realizarlas. Si buscas un buen juego de disparos lleno de acción y buenos personajes no dudes en ir por gears 5 que a mi pareces es el mejor juego de Xbox hasta el momento… Expand

    Gears 5 is a nice game with an amazing campaign, a balanced multiplayer and other funny game modes like horde and escape. I rate it with an 8 because for me, as an old Gears player (since Gears 1), the addition of aim assist messed up the multiplayer mode for the old players just to give a chance to new ones, when back then we had to play for several hours to learn wallbounce, reactionGears 5 is a nice game with an amazing campaign, a balanced multiplayer and other funny game modes like horde and escape. It added new elements that worked even though the plot had some WTF moments, but all in all its a really enjoyable time if you have played previous entries. The multiplayer is where I see a lot of people getting mixed reviews about. Playing King of the Hill and Team Deathmatch can lead you to believe that the multiplayer isn't for you. IfGears 5's story was just amazing and so much fun.     The Coalition did a great job on Gears 5. The graphics are worthy of the Xbox One X. Multiplayer modes especially the horde mode are always a joy.

    Un muy buen juego, con excelente apartado gráfico y sonoro, la historia subió un escalón más de la epicidad de la franquicia, este Gears abre una nueva puerta en el futuro de la franquicia, el multijugador peca en algunos pequeños fallos pero nada de que lamentarse.

    Tiene una campaña y modos de juego buenos, el problema es que a TC no le importa mucho el juego más que el dinero y eso se refleja con las actualizaciones tan malas que le da, teniendo un multijugador que parece una beta, su sistema de rankeo es malo y muchos más defectos en si es un juego malo y bueno al mismo tiempo y espero sus desarrolladores se esfuercen más

    Gears 5 is an odd thing; it's neither a grand leap forwards, nor a complete rehash of what came before, and therefore sits somewhere in the middle of the two. On the whole, the improvements do outweigh the negatives (the non-linear approach to campaign levels and the small changes to horde mode being some of the most notable), and while The Coalition still has some work to do to really make the series its own, this is a far bolder and more varied approach the relatively safe Gears 4. If you love shooters and you want a good place to jump back into the series, this is perfect place to work the rust out of your lancer.

    Gears 5 proposes a breathtaking solo campaign and a generous array of multiplayer modes. Even if the recipe remains classic, we really want to go through with it. The characters are rather well written, the environments are often spectacular, and Jack the robot adds some salt to the gameplay. A visual feast and glorious action game that perfectly demonstrate Xbox One X's true power.
