Nov 9, 2011Stunning single player, amazing evolved multiplayer, elite is usefull but not needed to have a great experience online, i would like better elite features.

Nov 9, 2011Frankly, I play call of duty for online play, and this is the best they have ever released. It's stable, I haven't had any connection issues, the maps are the best of the entire series, and "kill confirmed" has me actually liking the series again. Can't believe they were able to win me back, but they did. Kill Confirmed alone makes this the best call of duty ever.

Nov 9, 2011I'm sorry I really wanted to like this game but I just couldn't. I can't just play a game that asks you to pay 60$ for playing a game you already had for the past 6 years. I just can't being honest I am heavily disappointed and that come from a guy that played 47 days and prestiged 10th times in mw2 :,(

Nov 9, 2011This game is the turn of the century, no wait.... It's just Modern Warefare 2 with a new bigger map pack worth $60. Waste of time, same game, nothing intuitive and very underpolished for a game of this magnitudes release. very unimpressed. 1 for storyline just finishing the story, not that it's fantastic, but it does tie together the story

Nov 9, 2011Dissapointing rehash of MW2. Shame on you Activision. How could you let something like this get out the door? You have like 4 game development studios working on this game, and yet it looks as if someone made the multiplayer in 5 seconds

Nov 9, 2011Great game with awesome gone play and diverse kill streaks...Looking forward to the new map packs! The assault strike packages can be to powerful at times...especially the EMP. But great addition to the series

Nov 9, 2011Takes everything good from black ops, mixes it with MW2, adds a few new features and BAM; MW3...amazing. Ton of content, great campaign, brings back spec ops, along with a mode that you fight waves of baddies. I really like that, because I wasn't a fan of zombies. So worth it, game is a ten out of ten.

Nov 9, 2011Im giving it a 10 to help boost it from these ridiculous 0's
It deserves at least a 7 or 8 and for the other characters?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? -

Nov 9, 2011Game is exactly what i thought it would be, best call of duty to date. Really liking the new upgrades, survival mode and other weeks they made. Dont know what all the hate is about this is the 8th COD and they've improved it just like the did all the other ones. They've never done a complete overhaul in the game just build from it

Nov 9, 2011Why pay $60 for the same thing every year it's just like Madden. People are just like sheep. It's time to move on to something else with more innovation. Call of Duty Elite is a copy of Halo Waypoint and Waypoint is free for all features. CoD is lacking because they know you will buy it just because it's called Modern Warfare.
-
Nov 9, 2011I played it last night, couldn't tell the difference between it and modern warfare 2. Why they don't make a new engine is beyond me. Your money would be better spent on games like Skyrim, uncharted 3, Arkham city or Deus Ex Human revolution.
-
Nov 9, 2011The game is the same exact thing. It hasn't changed at all. It was fun 3 years ago, but its bland and aged now. This cow has been milked as much as it could possibly could.

Nov 9, 2011Same game different year, nothing really new on a franchise that Activision is running dry like they did with Guitar Hero. Seriously how can people keep playing something they played last year and the year before that.

Nov 9, 2011Yet another Call of Duty that is essentially just another re-skin of the same formula that's kept fanboys coming back time and again. Don't spend your $60 on what could just as easily pass for MW2 DLC with more stats.
-
Nov 9, 2011This game has a suspiciously low meta critic and its because of BF3 fanboys trolling like they always do. Anyway, i love MW3. I disliked black ops but MW3 is better on every front. I have played this COD for over 15 hours in the last 2 days. Its very fun.

Nov 9, 2011Fun game. A few new game modes and still a more enjoyable online experience than all the other FPS games on the market. Campaign is not one of its strong points.
-
Nov 9, 2011This is basically the same game as MW2, it feels the same exact way, nothing new other than a few features that were added, which I don't see how they couldn't have been made into a DLC package. Do not waste your money on this game, it is not worth $60, $30-40 at it's lowest I would say it's worth. This does not feel like blackops though, it just seems that they edited the MW2 engine more.

Nov 9, 2011Just going to keep it simple....we as gamers who spend are hard earned money on video games should demand more then just the same recycled game year after year after year.

Jan 11, 2012Ultimately, Modern Warfare 3 feels similar to it's brethren, but that doesn't mean it isn't a great game. The single player element is still exciting, and multiplayer has more options than ever – if you're a fan of Call of Duty, Modern Warfare 3 is a no brainer.
-
Dec 28, 2011Modern Warfare 3, while still an excellent thrill ride in its own right, feels far too similar to MW2 or even Black Ops for my taste.
-
Dec 12, 2011I never expected Modern Warfare 3 to go toe-to-toe with EA's juggernaut this year, but it came out of the gates with a tour de force campaign and co-op mode. It loses points with a perhaps too-familiar multiplayer that caters to the juvenile on Xbox Live; though don't be mistaken, Modern Warfare 3 is one hell of a shooter and a highlight for a series that just won't die – no matter how much we wish it bloody would, at times.
