    but having to pay for extra content is annoying and half the time it isn't even good
    but survival for me is hard and i usually leave the world after i get diamonds and creative gets boring but sometimes i have fun

    Very cool, the Super Mario Mashup is a fun little thing to have on top of your purchase. Also, not $40, only 20! As always, Minecraft is a 9/10. Only because the minigames are gone from the XBOX 360 and PS3 versions!

    Game is the worst version of Minecraft, and i grew up on Minecraft, so I can say this is **** You die before you can even load into the nether, chunks load slow as **** and its just **** Play another version. Even the xbox 360 runs better.

    O jogo tem pontos positivos como, comunidade, multiplayer e os mods(pra Pc) mas vendo o jogo sem nenhum desses três, não é um jogo maravilhoso, a história deixa a desejar, e jogar sozinho é chato, todos ficam com vontade de jogar vendo vídeos no YouTube, mas na prática, minha experiência não foi espetacular, a graça desse jogo, é exatamente o multiplayer, já que jogar Minecraft com osO jogo tem pontos positivos como, comunidade, multiplayer e os mods(pra Pc) mas vendo o jogo sem nenhum desses três, não é um jogo maravilhoso, a história deixa a desejar, e jogar sozinho é chato, todos ficam com vontade de jogar vendo vídeos no YouTube, mas na prática, minha experiência não foi espetacular, a graça desse jogo, é exatamente o multiplayer, já que jogar Minecraft com os amigos é algo maravilhoso, o multiplayer é incrível, Skywars, egg Wars, e diversos outros modos são incríveis, mas a mojang não consegue fazer um single player interessante, além das atualizações medíocres, fãs em meses fazem mods melhores que as atualizações da mojang, que além de demoradas, prometem muito mais do que conseguem fazer. Concluindo, Minecraft é um bom jogo para se jogar online, mas não consegue ser tão interessante no single player, como um rdr2 ou um gta5!… Expand

    Minecraft by itself is a good game, it may be simple but it had enough variables to keep me coming back but I believe the multiplayer function is where minecraft shines, most good memories i have of minecraft involve playing with friends and us playing mini games. Creative is definitely my favourite way to play minecraft as its like lego with a fantasy edge and making maps is addicting. MyMinecraft by itself is a good game, it may be simple but it had enough variables to keep me coming back but I believe the multiplayer function is where minecraft shines, most good memories i have of minecraft involve playing with friends and us playing mini games.     Minecraft is a very good game. On Nintendo Switch, it can have some lag and sometimes doesn't load in the chunks but still. The amount of things you can do is almost infinite. If you have a little bit of creativity, you can make a lot of cool things. The amount of what you can do with thinking out side the box is also amazing. For example using an item frame for a plate. For testing sake, i blew up 30 tnt stacked on top of each other under ground as soon as my world was created and the framerate from that point on dropped so low that whole world was ruined.

    Forget about making a big world.     This switch port should be recalled and Mojang should apologize. Do not buy it!

    unplayble mess, errors causing account wide bans, connection issues, Limited to 2gb of all forms. Unable to play with anyone else, had to delete all save files for an issue to be resolved just for the issue to happen not 30 minuets later.

The game just constantly crashes on me for no reason and it's happened quite frequently the last couple days. I could play maybe a few seconds, then the game would crash. Often when I'd try to go into the game, the game will crash. If the game doesn't load properly and IMinecraft was a good game, nonetheless Microsoft is the worst thing that happened to it, but now it seems I can't play.     It's good, the drawback is that you can play with only two Joy-Con not one, and moving the camera is annoying and impractical unlike the PS4 Edition, and might slip and freeze.

    I don’t recommend getting the switch edition for Minecraft bedrock. Poor frame rate, lags almost all the time (even in minecraft servers, and the tittle screen… THE TITLE SCREEN), bad render distance, bad loading time, and bad shadows. The lag and frame rate was so bad that I have to put every setting to low so it wouldn’t make my game lag.

Issues that are created on the designer's forum can stay for months or years unfixed. Like DLC that are bought, but don't work or only half work.     This game on the Switch will suck you in for hours, with online play, local multiplayer, and solo play all being tons of fun, and having it on the Switch just means more places to play! However, the game can occasionally struggle with performance.

    If you have an older switch, don't buy this. It's fine but the controls are incredibly frustrating and several mechanics just,, don't work sometimes. My game regularly freezes, crashes, erases my save progress, randomly deletes my saved skins, etc. I've also yet to have one raid or any kind of event happen without a glitch preventing them from being completed. I've also run in to so soIf you have an older switch, don't buy this. It's fine but the controls are incredibly frustrating and several mechanics just,, don't work sometimes. My game regularly freezes, crashes, erases my save progress, randomly deletes my saved skins, etc. I've also yet to have one raid or any kind of event happen without a glitch preventing them from being completed. I've also run in to so so many bugs, regularly being unable to collect XP, with it just floating behind me until I restart the console. These bugs happen, without fail, every time I play.

    Also, the reason I advise avoiding if your switch is older is the joycons - after several years of use, my joycons absolutely do not click into place like they did when new. This means they slide out with minimal effort. The way minecraft controls forces your hands to almost constantly being pushing the joycons out of place - for me, this happens at least 10 times per play session, and every single time it freezes the game.

    All these factors make the game way more frustrating to play then fun and make me wish I just had never bought it at all. This version is not worth it.    … Expand

It is very laggy with tons of performance issues, but if you are playing with 1 or 2 player splitscreen. it runs really well, despite a couple of lag spikes that don't affect the gameplay atA great port of an already amazing game (personally my favorite game of all time).     While I would call the PC version to be the definitive version. The Switch version is not bad. Unfortunately until you can sustain yourself with things like food, diamonds and redstone "contraptions" the game isn't great, but stick with it and you won't be disappointed.

    This Switch version Minecraft is a pale wish copy of the famous best-selling video game on the planet. Freezes and bugs to all go, not to mention the accessibility of this title with The Nintendo Switch Online + A Microsoft account, with an interface as if I opened a virus ... But Minecraft remains and will remain a safe bet for always!!!

Thats not what was planned i mean cmon? An important character in the gaming industry deserves a Mein kampf skin i think. Cmon Kcom. Sort your game out please.

    To make it short, its an awful port.

    It crashes, it freezes and its the only game that ever forced me to restart my device. After the initial loading is over you still have to wait for for your Microsoft Account to get synchronized, that's the point the game crashes most of the time... Sometimes parts of you World are not loading, when using a map the maps texture isn't loading etc.    To make it short, its an awful port.

    Oh and stupid me payed money for a realm, because you can't play on your own server, you have to rent one its called a Realm.
    And of course Realms are buggy too, often times I spawn dead, at the moment I can't connect to my realm, not with my switch nor with my PC.

    Forcing people to rent a bad server isn't enough, nooo you can buy skins and texture packs.    … Expand

    Minecraft is simply a masterpiece no matter how you play it. It's certainly worth your time if you want to purchase it on Nintendo Switch. The only minor issue is the framerate at times. You can notice a little choppiness when the world is generating.

    Minecraft is very cool on Nintendo Switch, also with crossplay and achievements on Xbox Live! It has dedicated servers, it has good graphics and few FPS drops. You can also download the graphics so that it consumes less battery.

    Minecraft on the PC is way better. This version isn't too bad - but the multiplayer can be weird when it comes to local vs online connecting. While a bit buggy at times it can be frustrating to get everything settled again. Often times the second player controller glitches out and will not re-calibrate and requires a reload of the game. But all in all it's a good game to play with the kid.

Had this game been made of anything but blocks it would not have worked, blocks make the game far less ugly than it would have been if it had the graphics of something like ARK survival.     Minecraft is a good multiplayer game to play with the family. At first I was disappointed with the 720p resolution when docked, but this has been fixed. This game has one of the highest hours played across everyone in my household.

    This game is great. We all know that. Whats remarkable is that they managed to make a decent switch version of it. Its not the best port but in the end i am happy that this is available for all switch players.

    I pretty much knew what to expect from this game when I bought it but I figured I would at least give it a try even though I already had the pc version. It definitely doesn't beat the pc but it is so much better than the pocket edition featured on phones. I was so happy with the controls and it is such a chill game that you can still talk to someone while playing

    I had so much fun with the Game. In local multiplayer or even alone on the go, it's still so much fun creating your worlds and exploring caves and dungeons. Event without mods, it's one of the best versions except the pc version.

It doesn't feel good to sprint, navigate menus, or even place objects, but nonetheless, Minecraft is a game that needs to be played by everyone young and old, and therefore this version must be played if you have no other (superior) way to play it.… Expand
