Apr 24, 2020Call of Juarez: Gunslinger passed by me in the last generation, but I’m happy to say the Switch port is an excellent way to experience the series for the first time, and the addition of motion controls make it worth considering a return to the American Frontier.

Whether there’s any truth to what Silas Greaves is telling his listeners or if he’s simply lying through his teeth, I had a great time shooting my way through the winding story he wove and taking down legendary bandits along the way.

Dec 19, 2019I dare to say Call of Juarez: Gunslinger is one of the best first-person shooters that’s on the Nintendo Switch. It may not be the most complete experience, (It took me around 6 hours to finish.) but it’s a fun enough experience that I instantly wanted to replay it on a harder difficulty. Should you want to fill out the various skill trees and collecting the remaining “Nuggets of Truth,” you’ll be receiving another 8-10 hours of glorious arcade shooting.

Dec 17, 2019Somewhat overlooked and underrated when it was first released, Call Of Juarez: Gunslinger's second rodeo on Switch doesn't really bring anything new to the table that it didn't already bring before. It's still an entertaining adventure, though, which does clever things with its story structure.

Feb 8, 2020Its frantic action and its story couldn't have aged better, something that doesn't stand out so much in the graphic section. Fans of the Wild West can play this game on Nintendo Switch to live one of the funniest experiences ever created.

Dec 13, 2019Call of Juarez: Gunslinger is as solid a shooter as the Nintendo Switch has gotten in some time. Even though its age comes through in its graphics and linear level design, this title offers an interesting western for you to play through with some seriously satisfying gunplay.
