    If we divided a videogame by stages, we could say that Tour de France 2022 is the leader in almost every sector, but seriously slows down in the graphics sector. The tactical depth will please most fans of the sport, the variety of game modes is impressive and gameplay is responsive, with a refined AI. It stumbles when it comes to visuals, which stops from being a true feat within such a niche genre.

    Typical sports game update that only slightly reworks the previous year's title - despite the dreary technology, the simulation is recommended for cycling fans. Anyone who is enthusiastic about the real tour will also have fun with it on the pad.

    Tour de France 2022 is certainly a good sports title in terms of live cycling management, but especially for fans of cyclists who are new to the license. Regulars will understand with disappointment that the new title offers few new features, such as the addition of online multiplayer to compare your score with other players or the Milan San Remo race (called Primavera Classic). For the rest, TDF 2022 keeps the same quality in the animation of the races, the consistency of the results for certain really engaging game phases, even more so if we are in FPS view. A good entertainment in parallel with the real Tour de France with almost all the real names for the riders and teams, while impatiently awaiting a redesign of the title?

    With such little visual variety, though, there’s not much to differentiate the various stages – and, as alluded to previously, you’ll spend the vast majority of your time fast-forwarding to key moments anyway. It’s all an acquired taste, which is perhaps best reflected by the minuscule budget invested into the series overall. Still, cycling enthusiasts may find something to enjoy in the unique, tactical gameplay, which is all about picking your moments and pedalling like there’s no tomorrow.

    Tdf Games moved a lot from first games. This Tdf game is best of the Tdf games. You can have here real Brands of Bikes and helmets (like inTdf Games moved a lot from first games. This Tdf game is best of the Tdf games. You can have here real Brands of Bikes and helmets (like in Tdf 2021 game), graphic is good, has some mistakes like Rider have no glasses (in older Tdf games Riders randomly had glasses - 2011 - 2015) and not changing weather.

    What I want to better rating:

    Optional clothing of riders:
    Have option to wear glasses, choose helmet if team has 2 types of helm, have option to choose how Long will my rider wear socks.

    Better weather:
    Changing weather and conditions.

    Better crash graphics and crash moves.

    Better Pro mode- rider could ride real world tour teams, not just teams Made by athors and better customization of rider.

    More real brands of bikes and helmets.


    In the end i can tell that Tdf games moved a lot from 2011. There are a lot of Very nice improvements during years and new chapters, but I expecting a little bit more for 40 euros. But in the end I have to Thank to authors what are they doing, they dont have competition in thisa nd I Hope they are already working on these changes what I wrote.    … Expand
