Jun 25, 2023The Elder Scrolls Online Necrom brings us back to the purest essence of this saga. Zenimax incorporates attractive content with a powerful narrative and new areas that exude personality inspired by the great Lovecraft, despite the standardization of each chapter year after year. Fans and new players will enjoy returning to Tamriel once again.

Jun 18, 2023Necrom presented itself as an exceptional expansion, with a story with attention to the smallest details and capable of offering an emotional involvement and a sense of discovery that only Elder Scrolls Online can provide. The introduction of the unexpected Arcanist, the addition of two new Companions and the new challenge of Sanity's Edge entertained and amused us as we did not expect from a game now with 9 years on its back.

Jun 26, 2023The Elder Scrolls Online: Necrom checks all the boxes of what players would want from their annual expansion and then some. The new arcanist class was a joy to play and helped make the nine-year-old game feel new again. Storytelling is an area where The Elder Scrolls generally has no deficiencies, but even so Necrom’s story goes above and beyond in weaving an unpredictable and memorable tale where it’s impossible not to become emotionally invested. The new areas and companions were masterfully crafted in such a way where it’s easy to lose oneself in exploring the new landscapes and learning the backstories of the new characters. The Elder Scrolls Online has gone through several evolutions since its launch and Necrom shows that there’s still a lot great adventures to be had in Tamriel.

Jul 6, 2023“Shadow Over Morrowind” may be ESO‘s overarching theme for this year, but The Elder Scrolls Online: Necrom promises to be anything but dark and dreary for players… metaphorically speaking, of course. Necrom itself is pretty gloomy, and Apocrypha is… well, you’ll just have to see that one for yourself.

PLAYSep 6, 2023With two new areas to play around in and a revelatory secret to uncover, Necrom keeps TESO running forward nicely. If only the Arcanist were similarly unique. [Issue#31, p.86]

Aug 20, 2023Bethesda and ZeniMax's promise has been kept. We do have a good thirty hours of play to enjoy Necrom, however, the quality of the content offered is really uneven. On the one hand, we have very classic content that is very well known to players, on the other hand, we have interesting new features which in certain aspects would have, despite everything, deserved a little more balancing and attention, in particular for Nymic Strongholds and the Telvan Peninsula. However, Necrom remains a good expansion that invites us to spend the summer in a captivating story.
