They plan on re-enacting a bizarre case that happened on campus decades ago and turning it into a horror movie, but as they rush to film in the depths of night, strange things start to happen...

    At the same time, a reporter arrives on campus after receiving an eerie letter in hopes of resolving a mysterious missing persons case from the past. After piecing together a series of clues, the mystery unravels and a massive conspiracy covered in darkness is on the verge of emerging.

    As they frantically try to escape, the terrifying being behind the specter-infested building gradually reveals itself... With demons closing in and impending doom at hand, will anyone survive the horrors of the night?    … Expand

    The Bridge Curse 2: The Extrication is filled with some excellent scares, wrapped up in an interesting story and some well-designed puzzles.

    There is a lot to enjoy about The Bridge Curse 2 The Extrication from its well written story and characters to the unique monster designs. Its just a shame those monster designs lead to a lot of boring run and hide sequences. Those who enjoyed the first game or even the movies of the same titles will surly find a lot of love here.

    The Bridge Curse 2: The Extrication is a good Taiwanese horror game with multiple storylines and great horror. You are on your toes escaping from pursuers and solving puzzles at the same time. The game's ambition sometimes gets in its own way as the storylines don't feel fully developed. If you want a good horror game that creates a great atmosphere, you can't go wrong with The Bridge Curse 2: The Extrication.

    The Extrication is still far from a masterclass in horror, but this better sophomore effort in the Bridge Curse franchise has shown it’s learned a few lessons along the way.

    The Bridge Curse 2: The Extrication is better than its predecessor, but not by much. I have a hard time taking it seriously as a horror game, and I have seen much better walking simulators. It lacks in almost every aspect, and I could choose much more suitable games for a Halloween scare. Yet, if you are a fan of J-horror you will most likely enjoy it, especially if you are into Taiwanese lore. If the developers manage to fix the pacing issues and rely less on cinematic storytelling the next episode might be quite interesting.
