    Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 finally arrives on current-gen consoles and is all the better for it. With extra content, fun DualSense additions, a myriad of performance options and gorgeous visuals, this is by the far the ultimate version of an already brilliant game.

    At the end of the day, the upgrades from the PS4 version aren’t massive, but they are significant. If you’re looking for a solid sniping FPS on PS5, not only is SGWC2 you’re only choice, but also it’s a great one.

    Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 is a fun next-gen experience on the PlayStation 5 and the devs should be commended on implementing some new gaming tech with the franchise from 4K graphics to fast load times and my personal favourite, immersive haptics when you pull the trigger. Additionally the gameplay works well and all in, Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 is a positive and engaging experience on the PlayStation 5.

    Sniper Ghost Warriors Contracts 2 makes its mark on PS5 with greatly improved visuals, better loading, additional content and DualSense feedback - all of which combine to make it not only the definitive version of CI Games latest effort, but also one of the better sniper offerings on the market.

    Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 is a nice sniper simulator. Plus there is a plenty of additional content and free updates included in a PS5 version.

    My favorite sniperseries has gotten a mighty step up in game quality and graphics. This title is fun easy on the eye and challenging.

Gameplay requires the player to use tact and planning on their part, but the game pace is still faster than sniper elite series. Each map and missions are really fun and challenging. The only complaint I have is that the drone was almost unusable with all the anti drone towers about, otherwise the game is almost perfect for a single player campaign. I must mention that graphically I felt a big difference in the ps5 and XBSX versions. Ps5 version seems to run on lower resolution on performance mode, but on the other hand offers nice adaptive triggers. I wish the resolution on the ps5 version was good on performance mode, the visual mode on ps5 have fps drops all the time and makes the game almost unplayable.… Expand

While Sniper Elite is this deep game with numerous modes, lots of levels, great AI, and great shooting mechanics, this manages to have basically none of that. There is only 4 levels by default, 6 when you include the "expansion" (basically a free update because the developer knew the game was too short on content), and 7 if you include the pointless tutorial level. That is just nowhere near enough, especially given the lack of much diversity to the environments, and how linear they can feel.… Expand

From original 5 graphics options (with and without the AMD FSR), where you could easily set the balance between graphics quality and performance, it is now reduced to just 2 options - 60fps with very low resolution (looks like sub 1080p) and something that looks like 1440p with locked 30fps… It’s not the same game that I bought anymore and I fell scammed :-(… Expand
