-
Oct 29, 2025A tribute to the 2D classic, it successfully celebrates the sarcasm and magic of the original, offering a faithful and satisfying challenge to point-and-click veterans.
-
Oct 29, 2025Long-time fans of adventure games will relish everything that Simon the Sorcerer Origins has to offer so be sure to play it if you're a fellow point-and-click veteran. Sure, genre newcomers may frequently scratch their heads but even they'll have a fun time in the end.
-
Oct 29, 2025Simon the Sorcerer Origins is not a perfect adventure, but with mostly beautifully designed puzzles and typical Simon humor, it is a worthy successor that clearly breathes the spirit of Adventure Soft's originals.
-
Oct 28, 2025Simon the Sorcerer Origins looks fantastic, its writing is brilliant and its voice acting (particularly Chris Barrie) is absolutely stellar. It sorely needs a built-in hint system, but hey, at least you can just look up a guide.
-
Oct 29, 2025Masochistic newcomers and experienced point-and-clickers will undoubtedly enjoy the return of Simon the Sorcerer Origins and Simon’s banter, but those without experience will suffer without hints and a multitude of detailed notes.
