    Scan each survivor for signs of mutation — strange skin, abnormal breathing, or glowing veins. Use thermometers, UV lamps, and breathing analyzers to uncover what lies beneath the surface.

    Let them in, isolate them, or… eliminate the risk. Every decision shapes the future of the shelter — and the fate of those who trusted you.

    MANAGE THE BUNKER
    Inside, survival is a daily battle. Distribute food, medicine, and fuel wisely. Keep the power running, upgrade critical systems, and maintain order before panic takes over.

    FIGHT THE MUTATION
    Some can still be saved. Heal mild infections, develop treatments, and preserve your dwindling population — but beware, not all mutations stay dormant for long.
